• Dawod (7/5): Good - There was an issue. Seven hours after we arrived, the water became very cold. Keith knew there was a malfunction in the hot water system and we had kids with us. It was a really annoying issue and a bad experience.

• Heather (9/5): Immaculate home with ample space for family/group - The host and co-host were very helpful. The home is very beautiful, open, and clean. There was a great deal of space for our family. Very easy to enter the home using the provided code! The two single beds and pillows were not as comfy as the other beds and pillows, but other than that everything was exceptional!!
• Tobias (9/5): Nice property in great location for good value. - Very good layout. Interesting decoration scheme. TV with viewing options a nice feature. Recommend host turn on thermostat prior to guests arriving so it is comfortable when guests arrive. Kitchen could use a few more supplies.
• Kaylina (7/5): Good - the property was great all the way around. we had a few issues with the property.. unfortunately when we arrived the air was not on so the property was 82 degrees inside. none of the outlets in the master bedroom were working. but other than those the property manager was quick to reply and get us taken care of!

• Tanya (6/5): Beautiful home but needs a little attention (physically & to detail) - The house was beautiful, but upon closer "inspection," there was quite a bit that needed to be fixed and/or cleaned. 2 of the 3 toilets need to be tended to. ( The handles don't flush for some reason, and we had to take the back of the toilet off to flush them. The main floor powder room & master bathroom.) There was quite a bit of dust in the house. ( along baseboards, light fixtures, pictures, etc) I also dripped some water on the floor, and when I cleaned it up with some paper towel, it was quite dirty just from what I wiped. We didn't spend much time at the house, but regardless, I would expect a little more cleanliness. Also, there should be some attention brought to the electrical box hanging from the wall in the kitchen by the fridge. The freezer in the fridge is loose or broke, so it doesn't open all the way. The glass is broken on the stove top. There is flashing missing on the outside of the house and a few other things we noticed. When we arrived it smelled as though someone had cooked up some kind of European food, it was a strong smell and there were dishes on the counter. For the price, it wasn't horrible but could definitely be a whole lot better.
