• Peter (1/5): Bad - They turned me away when I showed up for my reservation! They only allow Indian Nationals to stay there, and I am an American tourist. SO I WAS VERY SURPRISED! That's NOT RIGHT AT ALL. WHY IS BOOKING.COM even listing them as a place to stay, and allowing Genius 3 level loyal custormers to book a room in an Inn that won't allow non-Indians to check in ??? - !!!! I'M NOT even sure If I my Card got Charged $ or Refunded ??? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER BOOKING THERE - WOULD BE BETTER

• Harmeet (8/5): Peaceful, disconnected from hussle and buzzle of city, next to the farms and connected to the nature - This homestay has a big hotel room with cozy bed, AC, big bathroom without bath tub, geaser, TV and wifi. It is located on the Rishikesh highway just 3 kms from Dehradun airport when coming towards Rishikesh. The hospitality of the owner and care takers is amazing. You will feel like home, hence called a homestay. The care taker Druval is the best guide and proactively helps on the right places to visit in nearby areas. He is a local of Dehradun so tells best places to visit in Dehradun, Mussoorie and Dhanaulti. The owner of the hotel doesn't let you feel you like an outsider. If you are a solo traveller, they make you feel like home. They has normal size with vertical window as well as medium size with huge window facing the highway and a big size room on the top floor with 2 side big glass plain windows, one facing the highway and other facing the farms and mountains. The bathroom is of big size and room has a modern touch with false ceilings, bed with headboard, TV panel, Italian marble and large size windows. The cost of the stay is very nominal. In breakfast there are only bread items that you can get but you can ask them to serve you lunch and dinner which could be any items that they are cooking and if you like you can order that too and would be served hot.
• Mayank (3/5): Poor - It is newly constructed They project it as just 10 km from the center but it's actually 15-18 km . It is situated on the very outskirts of Rishikesh. You won't find anything nearby. And if you don't have your own vehicle then reaching there could be very costly to you. While the facility you can book but you need to take confirmation after payment only. If you don't inform them about your food requirements at the time of booking you won't get any food even milk or tea, specially during night. There is only one boy caretaker who is taking care of all the things but a single person can't do all the tasks. While few rooms are good, in few rooms you won't be able to close latch on bathroom doors. If you book more than 2 rooms please take confirmation before going otherwise you might be stranded with less no of rooms because it might be allocated to some other person
