• Massimiliano (7/5): Camera oroginale nel centro storico - Posizione e originalità. Disponibilità del proprietario Aria condizionata comandata da un’app non di immediata comprensione. Camera un po’ buia e ingresso al parcheggio un po’ stretto e ostico.

• Emmanuelle (8/5): Parfait pour couple - L'appartement est très très joli, spacieux et parfait pour un couple. Bien placé en centre ville avec petit balcon. Équipement d'une petite cuisine avec tout ce qu il faut pour ceux qui restent plusieurs jours, nous juste une nuit. Et pas de nuisances sonores avec fenêtres fermées. Un parking fermé à proximité. Le logement était propre. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un couple. Nous sommes touristes étrangers et la communication était difficile. Tout est fait pour faire en toute autonomie mais nous avions des questions sur le fonctionnement de la climatisation, du jacuzzi et on a eu du mal à trouver le parking pourtant très près du logement car le lien maps du propriétaire ne fonctionnait pas et notre gps nous faisait tourner en rond(Zone ztl, j'espère que le peu de temps que nous avons laissé la voiture il n y aura pas de pb car pas de déclaration de la part du propriétaire de notre véhicule malgré demande) De plus nous étions avec notre ado et comme c'est plus un logement pour couples ils ont oublié serviettes et draps pour elle. Petit détail pas très grave.
• Nevila (8/5): Luxury, perfect location and it had all the necessities. - The apartment is much more beautiful than the photos. Central, very luxurious and spacious. It also had a few welcoming drink and chocolate. Very cute ☺️ The air conditioning was automatic and could only be managed by the host. He would set up a temperature and that was running through day and night. The air conditioning is a must during summer time. It might make you fain or it might send you to hospital for bad cold 🙂 so it should be the guests choice.

• Robyn (8/5): Great Location! - The apartment was great, very funky vibe which was fun. The air conditioning worked excellent but there is no air conditioning in the bathroom. There is a nice little terrace and people watching was a highlight from our perch drinking wine. The location is right in old town so a lot of restaurants and shops right near by. The location can't be beat. There is parking close to the apartment that is included which was amazing! The apartment is spacious with a huge jacuzzi, we didn't use it as we were there in July during a heat wave so ya. The power went out 3 times while we were there, like the entire old town so that was interesting to say the least. So to help others locating the apartment, see my notes. Parking garage is located beside a pizza place (excellent pizza btw). If you can park beside it (leave a person in the car as it's illegal to park) walk away from garage down street, turn right, then turn left. Walk down and the door is tucked beside a restaurant so hard to see. The terrace overlooks the restaurant. Ask the host to send a picture of the restaurant as that would have helped a lot. Although the host did sent pictures of the parking garage and door it still was extremely difficult to find. What would be helpful is if the host met you at the parking with the garage opener. We saw another host doing this and luckily he let us in as the opener is in the apartment so you can't get in without it but there is nowhere to park by the garage while looking for the apartment. The host also got mixed up with the check out date, calling us repeatedly to say to be out by 10. They were a day early as our check out was the next day. This stressed us out as we were in Matera at a church tour. They were sorry of course but as a host you should know the dates that were booked and check before calling your guest. Our belongings were moved around when we got back so guessing they also gave the maid the wrong date, unsettling as our passports and money were in our bags. As well there were earrings and necklaces in the apartment, guessing they were the host but those should be removed before guests arrive. My guess is this is a new host learning so hopefully they will read this and adjust accordingly. I would still recommend this apartment to others as the location and parking were great.
