• Kathrin (9/5): Ein toller Kurztrip, denn wir konnten vieles fussläufig erreichen. - Es ist eine saubere, moderne Unterkunft, mit tollem Bad und einer super Lage. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, sollte man sich vorher schon Gedanken, zwecks Parken machen. Aber, das wussten wir und waren darauf vorbereitet.

• Léa (9/5): L’hôtel est vraiment bien, il est propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour rester quelques jours à Bologne, que ce soit - Cet hôtel est très bien, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour rester quelques nuits à Bologne, que ce soit pour une ou deux personnes ! Tout était propre et fonctionnel. Et le personnel est réactif ! Tout était bien, il faut juste comprendre comment accéder à l’hôtel au début mais la personne en charge de la chambre nous l’explique très bien!

• Océane (8/5): - En plein centre Malheureusement lors de notre séjour les voisins face à nos fenêtres on fait une énorme fête, la propriétaire a fait ce qu’elle a pu en appelant la police mais c’était horrible ça a durer jusqu’à 4h du matin et nous avions notre vol le lendemain à 22h30.. la journée a été très longue
• Donde am I (6/5): - Shower was large. Front entrance has a mob scene from the bar next door. Lots of graffiti on everything. Just didn't feel safe. Also long dark hall requires turning on lights. 2nd story walkup to room. Street noise very noticeable until after 1am even with windows closed.

• Barbara5812 (10/5): Czysty i cichy pokój z łazienką - Pokój w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Blisko do dworca kolejowego Bolonia Centrale i blisko do historycznego centrum. Pokój i łazienka bardzo czyste, łóżko wygodne. Kontakt z wynajmującym bardzo dobry. Polecam to miejsce.

• Pollini (8/5): Comodo, accogliente, curato e semplice, posizione ottima. - La stanza era molto lineare e riposante, curata ma minimal. Ottima per un soggiorno breve come il nostro. solo una piccolissima pecca: purtroppo al nostro arrivo c'era uno sgradevole odore nel (bellissimo) bagno. Forse gli scarichi erano inutilizzati da un po', e probabilmente è un inconveniente occasionale.
• Antoni (2/5): I cannot judge the room itself because I didn’t stay, but the way the host treated me was disrespectful, unhelpful, and - The communication from the host was extremely unprofessional and frankly rude. I tried messaging and calling, but received no real help and was constantly pushed back to Booking instead of being assisted. Only after Booking got involved did I finally receive partial answers, and it still felt like deliberate stalling rather than any intention to help.

• Adriana (8/5): Boa relação custo beneficio - Positivo - Perto de tudo, especialmente cafeteiras e restaurantes de diversos preços; seguro, bem silencioso, mesmo com bar na porta, muito limpo, com TV vários canais e streaming, banheiro reformado, para casal é ideal e sobra algum espaço. Toalha razoável. Como é área de bares e central, tem movimento e sensação de segurança. Negativo - Poucos pontos negativos. Nao tem late check out e nao ha como pagar para deixar malas algumas horas. Lençóis mais antigos, colchao mole, não tem armário, mas há área para pendurar roupas. Em linhas gerais, valeu a pena.

• Charlotte (9/5): Lovely venue - Lovely room, great for a night or 2 It was perfect for us but I wouldn’t recommend if your staying longer than 3 nights as not necessarily much space

Agnese was very helpful—she let us check in early and stored our luggage after check-out. I would definitely recommend staying here!:) -

A really nice shower in the morning, really great but the noisy neig - The property was perfectly located The first night was not good due to the noisy neighbor on the top floor adjacent to the bedroom window. At 01:00 in the morning his window was wide open and the music very loud. Even with the shutters and window fully closed it kept me awake.
• Martin (10/5): Fullfiled promise - Everything was clean and in a good order. The tee kettle, small fridge, clean bathroom, large bed (with warm blanket and normal linen not just bed sheets!)... We were satisfied. I also very appreciate the owner willing to help. The usual problem in the southern destination is noise from air conditioning expernal units - there were several outside and it was not so quiet when the windows was open and the units were running. But when windows was closed it was really quiet there.

• Sofie (9/5): You get what you are looking for - The owner was very welcoming, friendly and quick in communication. The room was, like the description, quiet. It was very clean and neat. The airconditioning was necessary. It was small, but perfect for just a night. The beds and pillows were very good. We had a lovely stay! If you're travelling with a large suitcase, you should be noted that there's no elevator. We considered it our arm training. 😉

• Netali (10/5): actually very quiet! recommend and will come back! - It was so quiet ! I honestly couldn't believe it when I saw all the parties and concerts in the neighborhood but you couldn't hear anything from the room. it was nice and cool in the room.
• Callum (9/5): Superb - Location was brilliant, it was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like is that the shower drain was blocked which stopped it from draining properly. This meant we had to have very short showers otherwise the water basin would overflow.
