Enastående vacker lägenhet, fint renoverad. Fina målningar i tak och väggar. Dubbelsäng för två, bäddsoffor för övriga, men det var de skönaste bäddsofforna vi sovit i någonsin. Snabb, trevlig och tydlig kommunikation. Inte så omfattande kök- och köksutrustning, men det framgick ju väl i beskrivning.

• Elena (10/5): Amazing find, we loved this apartment! - This is one of a kind apartment, a lot of authentic feathers, yet very thoughtful and comfortable. Check in was smooth and easy, owner is responsive and flexible. The elevator was a very nice surprise! This has nothing to do with apartment, but just for general knowledge, light sleepers need to bring decent earplugs. We stayed in couple of different locations in old town in Florence and acoustic everywhere is just insane! You can hear every word and step from outside. Come prepared!

Pra quem quer fazer bate e volta para outras cidades e usar trem, perfeito. É uma construção rústica, mas os donos deixaram modernizadas as instalações, é possível fazer home office se precisar, Wi-Fi 5g. E possui aquecedores para noites geladas. É na região central, então é normal que haja movimentação na rua em frente, mas não vai atrapalhar em nada.

The apartment was very large and beautifully painted in the main living area. The noise from the street was crazy loud! Because the apartment is big and there was no area rugs and sparse furniture, the sounds echoed and street noises seemed amplified.

Every detail was fabulous, beautiful comfortable bed. Lisa, Edoardo and Dillon who met us with the keys very professional and polite. Lisa kept in touch with us throughout our stay and was on hand if we needed any help with anything at all. The beautiful apartment lovingly restored and a little Modern twist here are there and with i original shuttered windows was perfect to watch the world go by and here the bells each morning x every thing was perfect and we would not hesitate to book again than you to all at renaissance palace noble apartment.

• Sarah (10/5): It was exactly how I pictured and hoped an apartment in Florence to look. - It was breathtaking and the pictures really don’t do it justice. You can feel the history as soon as you walk in. It had all the amenities that we could possibly need including fast wifi. The check in was easy, we were met at the doors and personally shown how to get in. There were so many restaurants and museums and shopping all around us. Nothing.

Also nevertheless the size of apartment and its height (very high ceiling), there was very very warm inside thanks to powerful heaters. It took a while to get a keys from the apartment. Also the address is incorrect or Google Maps are incorrect, but when I entered the facility address in Google Maps it showed other building. Very small shower and sink.

Easy check in and very clear communication. Plenty of towels, toiletries and toilet paper. Frescoes on the ceilings and walls were beautiful. Safe building on well-lit side street. Comfortable beds with crisp, clean sheets.

Apartment is on the first floor (lift available). Stunning apartment - it was huge and airy. There were plenty of heaters so the apartment was warm.
• Eszter (8/5): Good for young people not for families - Located perfectly , size of the flat , Let me say it gently, noise ! If you use to sleep in quiet places this is not for you! The noise is all around, the windows are not isolated and as long as there is movement on the street you can hear it ( from 1am till 8 am you can sleep in quiet) should focus more on cleaning due not a big deal, host is great , very small 1 showers in the unit , good for young people not family I suppose.

Authentic to Italian culture. When we arrived the room was not cleaned yet so we left our luggage and went out for our tour and returned later that night.

I thought the apartment was expensive for only 2 guests based on what was offered - so maybe we are not the target audience. Very small bathrooms with no amenities. Two "living rooms" so that was wasted space we didn't spend much time in - maybe you would if you have a larger group. Strange mismatched furniture did not give off the luxury vibe the apartment describes and no "decor". This apartment has potential to be elevated to properly command the price being charged. It was also very dark.

As expected with a historic property, the bathroom and kitchen are going to be smaller than in a more modern property but we expected this and everything met our needs.

• Aisley (4/5): Disappointed. - Both the host and Edoardo, who met us to hand over the keys, were easy to contact. The apartment is a beautiful example of the "Noble Floor" with amazing artwork on the walls and nice finishings. The location is easy walking distance to the major tourist sites downtown. The space itself was very large, and there were 3 beds available - one actual bed in an open loft space, and 2 sofa beds: one below the loft, and the other in a separate room which had a table and kitchenette. There was a powder room on the kitchenette side, and a stall shower bathroom off the main room. The kitchenette had a fridge, 2-burner stove, and electric kettle and there was a moka pot with coffee and suger provided. We informed the hosts we would be arriving between 8-9pm, and ended up on the later end of that range due to weather. Edoardo brought us up to the apartment and it had clearly not been turned over from the previous reservation. The beds were all unmade, towels were piled in a corner and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. I'm still unsure why this was the case, and as we had traveled after a full day of work with 2 children I had little patience to try to figure out why the space wasn't ready at 9pm. Edoardo told us he was going to get the supplies to clean and re-sheet the beds and returned 15 minutes later. He and another woman worked quickly and cleaned and restocked the apartment by about 945pm. I noticed that the sofa bed in the kitchenette area hadn't been made up and he informed me we only needed 2 beds because we were 2 adults and 2 kids and I had to show him our confirmed booking which stated we paid for 4 adults and 3 beds. He had to leave again to get the remaining sheets and the apartment was finally ours at 1015pm. We noticed that the sink in the powder room wasn't draining but let it go for the night. There was a fair amount of noise from the street and the rest of the building, but we chalked it up to a Friday night. Showers the next morning only had hot water for 5 minutes. The powder room sink never drained so we took to washing our hands in the kitchen sink area. We couldn't both shower at the same time of day if we wanted warm water, and the noise overnight got worse each night (a Saturday and a Sunday night). It wasn't only street noise, several times it sounded as if someone was trying to break down the door to the apartment - not the best feeling in the middle of the night. We live downtown in another city in Italy so we are used to city noise and limitations on water usage but we were overall very disappointed with this booking, especially given the other reviews. I hope that our experience was an anomaly.
• Alaa (10/5): Exceptional - There are no words to describe this place! It's even more beautiful than the pictures. The apartment is huge, it can easily fit up to 6 people. It has everything you could ever need. It's easily accessible by foot from the train station and it's a walking distance to a lot of sites. I was welcomed by Edoardo who patiently waited for me in front of the place and checked me in even though I was a bit late due to a delayed train, and the host Lisa was kind and supportive throughout my stay. I would give this place more than 10 if I could. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence and can't wait for my next stay in it! Nothing everything was perfect

It gave the whole stay a very magical feeling. The apartment is huge with luxurious couches and furniture, beautiful windows and shutters. I can’t say enough about how visually stunning the place is. Kitchenette with all you need, coffee and sugar provided which was lovely. Comfortable shower and separate WC/powder room. Perfect for a romantic stay, would be fab with friends and family also. Great host communication. If you’re a light sleeper don’t stay in this part of town, it’s not the apartment it’s the area. Apartment wonderful!

• Manish (10/5): Feel home at this beautifully decorated apartment - Lisa’s space is simple superb, I can’t find better words to describe it. Let’s start with the location, there aren’t many locations that are as good as this one. Duomo, Santa Maria Cathedral, Central Market, Train a station and all other attractions are just a walking distance. Is surrounded by hundreds of excellent restaurants and we could find meal and drinks even at 12 midnight. The apartment itself is very safe and quiet. Pictures don’t justified how beautiful the apartment is. The walls are painted 1700 original fresco and first half an hour went in admiring it. Furniture is very interesting, if you are antique lovers like us, you will love it. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works great, Wi-Fi is fast, hot water available all the time, bedsheets and towels were clean and we felt at home. I just wish there was coffee and creamer for us to have a morning cup of coffee. Eduardo came to check us in, he is very polite and helpful. Checkout was breeze, just leave the Keys on the table! I give 12 out of 10 for this apartment and highly recommend it.

The apartment is superb and spacious and has everything we needed. We wish we movies stay a bit longer. The location mentioned by host in the property details is a bit different from actual location. Coordinating with the person showing the apartment was a bit hectic as were driving and had lot of luggage. A little bit more flexibility with checkout would have been nice. But we understand they had other bookings.

The central location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy its beauty effortlessly. The apartment was comfortable and tastefully furnished, offering an unforgettable experience. Although the bathrooms were a bit small, they were more than sufficient for our few days' stay, even with a group of 5 people. They didn't cause any issues and didn't compromise our overall experience.

• Hans (8/5): wish we found this location at the start of our Italy stay and not just for the lat night! - location was great, the room was awesome, large open floor with loft and very tall ceilings. saved it for the future, hope to tay again. small kitchen, large couch, would be a great place to be based out of for a longer period of time. windows could be upgraded to reduce city noises. which I typically don't mind but timing was unfortunate for my one night stay as there was some awful construction/moving occurring right out the window from late night into early morning. this is not a fault on the host or room.

• R. (10/5): Sixteenth Century Fresco apartment in the middle of Florence - This apartment was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s a 16th century building with original frescos. We were met with the keys in hand and a bottle of wine at our arrival time. Everything was explained, all went well. They were gracious enough to let us check out way passed checkout which was extremely helpful. Since our flight did not leave until evening. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The apartment does have air conditioning. Lots of windows and a boiler for hot water. The location was superb all major attractions are within walking distance. Would highly recommend it , would definitely stay again. It was four of us and we were so happy to have so much room. Thank You again
