• elevmavi (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Αυτό που μας έκανε εντύπωση ήταν το κουτί με τα απαραίτητα φάρμακα. Επίσης ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο των Σερρών. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Georgios (6/5): Ενώ δείχνει ότι είναι πολύ καλοφτιαγμένο και προσεγμένο τα αρνητικά που ανέφερα δεν δικαιολογούν τα χρήματα που ζητάει ο - Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε καλή γειτονιά. Δεν εχει παρκινγκ αλλά έχει η γειτονιά. Το διαμέρισμα πραγματικά είναι πολύ προσεγμένο. Το design είναι φοβερό. Έχει υπερσύγχρονες συσκευές. Δεν μου άρεσε η μυρωδιά που ανέδυε η τουαλέτα. Αν δεν έκλεινες την πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν μπορούσες να αντέξεις τη βρώμα. ( ενημέρωσα τον ιδιοκτήτη) Το μπαλκόνι που υπάρχει είναι τυφλό σε ακάλυπτο. Όπως και το μοναδικό παράθυρο βλέπει ακάλυπτο. Τέλος το νερό του θερμοσίφωνα παρόλο που ακολούθησα κατά γράμμα τις αναλυτικότατες οδηγίες του ιδιοκτήτη ποτέ δεν ζεστάθηκε. Έκανα μπάνιο με χλιαρό νερό.

• Galina (10/5): Charming place to stay in Serres! - The flat is comfortable, stylish, it has everything you need-kitchen equipment, washing machine(it is at the balcony and we discovered it the last day!), comfortable bed, beautiful bath. It is amazingly clean. I liked that the bedroom is separated with a door from the living room. Really nice and quiet place. It is near the stadium but it is at the other side and it is not noisy even when there is a football match. Everything was perfect. The only problem is if you have a heavy luggage, you need to carry it up the stairs to the lift, which is not next to the entrance door.

• cho (10/5): - Mostly the location and the oppurtunity of a free parking around the Place, Its on a second floor and i have to carry all my bagage on stairs,its not a bad thing!
• DRAKOPOULOU (10/5): - Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο σε κεντρική πλην ήσυχη περιοχή. Το διαμέρισμα έχει μειωμένο φυσικό φωτισμό αλλά διαθέτει άπλετο φως μέσω κρυφού φωτισμού, led κλπ δημιουργώντας ευχάριστο εσωτερικό περιβάλλον

• Elena Adina (10/5): - Rar am văzut un apartament asa cu gust aranjat. Cozy, e cel mai bun cuvânt pentru a descrie aceasta cazare. Totul este de calitate, cu dotări peste măsură și atentie la detalii. Perfect! Gazda super amabila. Recomand Totul a fost perfect.
