- marcus (7/5): Excellent for a one or two night stay, 25 mins walk to Whitstable harbour which is fine and then a £5:70 taxi back late - As was described, comfortable for a one or two night stay. Easily accessible, everything you need, everything worked apart from the shower which went hot and cold to boiling hot, but once found the exact setting all good Couldn’t with a little tlc and updating but everything was fine
- Rene Dee (5/5): -
- Phillip (8/5): A clean comfortable well appointed room for the night - A comfortable bed for the night with everything I needed for a pleasant stay right down to the coffee, croissants and Twix' It was quite hot inside when I arrived , perhaps best to leave windows and doors open prior to arrival.
- Rhys (9/5): - Lovely little Abode, perfect for a weekend stay in Whistable N/a
- peter (7/5): would have liked to stay longer but were only there for a funeral so not the best reason to visit - nice surrounding quiet. very limited breakfast but maybe our fault as we are gluten free also decor and fittings a bit tired but not enough to put us off
- Martin (1/5): Very disappointing - Nothing Poor condition of property, cleanliness, lack of heating, no bedside light, generally very disappointed so didn't stay went home

- Allen (9/5): Superb - Nice cabin situated at the bottom of the garden Susie was very nice and welcoming would highly recommend. Would be better if there was a parasol on the decking area to shade from the sun otherwise was great
- Karel (8/5): nice stay, friendly owner -
- David (9/5): The hosts were great there when needed but not in your face al the time - It was quirky but that made it interesting Could do with some tlc but overall a good experience for us .
- Thompson (9/5): A special place to hideaway - Ibiza Casa felt like a real retreat, a hideaway at the bottom of the garden. The hosts were so helpful too. Thank you for a great stay.
- Emma (10/5): Thank you would return in a heartbeat - Cool quirky design and our host was awesome and friendly. The main house was very interesting as was the host. Inside the cabin there were lots of little extras like choccy’s. Lots of interesting art work and books to peruse. Nothing not to like - it was wonderful

- Julie (10/5): Amazing - Lovely location quiet & cosy

- Lisa (7/5): Super - Super location for Whitstable town, lovely restaurants. The accommodation was great had everything we needed for a night stay. The hosts was very informative and helpful. Nothing
- Macie (6/5): Handy locality for where I needed to be in Chestfield. - Well equipped Difficult to find (I was sent a message on the day re access, but was driving& didn’t see it in time to assist with finding the correct property , which is down a small side access). Terrible clutted, dated decor (for me).
- Susan (8/5): Will definitely go back - Quirky and comfortable The shower went from cold to burning hot and back again
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Quirky and arty, cheerful and comfortable accomodation. Nice hosts gave us a friendly welcome. Spring water provided. Perhaps some sugar free options for breakfast would be good. Eg fresh fruit and plain yogurt. That said, we did enjoy some fresh damsons from the garden tree! Thank you.
- Hannah (8/5): Ok for an overnight stay - The property was a bit difficult to find, and I was not expecting a summer house from the description. The host was really friendly, though surprised as was unaware of my arrival. Therefore the property was not ready when I arrived. That being said they did ensure I was in and settled quickly and provided me with everything I required. It felt a bit weird as the host was sat in the garden and I could hear them. I had to close all the blinds for privacy. I also ordered a takeaway that got left in the entry to their house by mistake so had to collect it from there.
- Diego (7/5): Nice cabin, a bit far from the center. - Nice cabin in the middle of a cozy garden A bit far from the centre when you are walking
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Location was key for me as played golf at chestfield golf club for a charity day. Lovely room, quiet and complete. It was great no complaints.
- Gareth (10/5): Little gem of a place in a beautiful area.loved our night. - Excellent
- Carrie (9/5): Wonderful ibiza casa ! - Where to start , as soon as we arrived the owner greeted us with a warm welcome and showed us the studio apartment.
Which was absolutely perfect, a bright colourful relaxing space that the owner has designed themselves.
All the amenities were so good and the extra touches were really lovely and thoughtful.
Good advice given by the owner about local restaurants.
Nothing is too much, and you're made to feel at home and very welcome.
Stayed here for my partners birthday and they loved it , we want to come back soon !
Situated Close to whitstable so you can enjoy a beatiful walk or drive. That we couldn't Book more nights due to work commitments
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Garry (10/5): A delightful place to stay - Nice and clean with excellent amenities, easy to find and away from the road, so lovely and peaceful. An excellent and friendly host who was kind enough to take me to and from another location to pick up my phone that I had stupidly left! Would definitely stay again m, given the chance! Nothing
- Ros (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (9/5): Lovely comfortable little place - It was perfect for what we needed it for. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Nothing we didn't like.
- Craig (10/5): I had a wonderful time in Whitstable and this little gem of a spot made it a very relaxed and easy s - I had a wonderful time in Whitstable and this little gem of a spot made it a very relaxed and easy stay The weather, very windy
- It’sbayley (9/5): Other than the initial uncertainty, we had an amazing stay and the host was the sweetest. - The host was amazing, she went above and beyond to make us comfortable and even offered us a lift into town. Loved the little touches such as throws, products, teas and coffees. Heating was lovely. Beautifully decorated and clean. The blinds were broken, only gaps, but there wasn’t available curtains so we were quiet uneasy that people would be able to see in.
- Jimmy (7/5): Good -
- Monika (2/5): Terrible place, avoid. - It is a shed. And it got terribly cold at night so it's essentially like sleeping outside. There is an electric radiator though for people who don't mind sleeping with it on. The place was dirty and full of cushions and throws (how often are they washed?). The "best" part was finding mould on one of the cushions on the bed.
This place should not be rented.
Avoid!!!
- Nicola (8/5): Suited our needs perfectly. - The room is actually a separate building at the bottom of the garden. It was clean and had everything you needed. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits - with cereal and pastries for breakfast. Lovely garden to enjoy, with your own outdoor table and chairs. Yes quirky, but no problem with that. Hosts were pleasant and helpful.
The Monument pub is less than 10 minutes walk and serves great food and drink - a lucky find. Maybe an outside light would be nice.
- Shelly (6/5): Nice little place - Colourful, quirky, interesting, location was good.
Very clean. Everything you'd need.
Car parking safe.
Loved the Biba towels & little toiletries. Cheerful large room. Be nice if better pillows,
Seagulls & birds screaching for food, very noisy & on roof.
My breakfast is different to what you provided.
- Anonymous (10/5): Amazing! Thanks for having us. - beautiful and quirky! everything you need for a little getaway! private, clean and so much to see garden and room was beautiful! Hosts were warm and welcoming.
- Gill (10/5): Friendly host, it met all our needs, very clean - I really loved the decor, it was was equipped and suited our needs. We were grateful for the croissants in the morning and the gentleman was the perfect host. We will definately visit again
- Paola (10/5): Fantastic, I'll come back! - The landlady was very welcoming and helpful. The location is closed to a bus stop, and the beach. I highly recommend it!
- Ray (1/5): Bad - Was very poor more like a shed at bottom of garden blinds all broken very cold we paid for breakfast but got 4 croissants jar jam which had already been used jar cornflakes was dirty we left couldn't stay there managed to get room at Travel Lodge Was very poor more like a shed
At bottom of garden blinds all
Broken very cold we paid for
Breakfast but 4 croissants
Jar jam which had already been used jar cornflakes was dirty we left couldn't stay there
Managed to room at travel lodge
- Michael (2/5): Disappointing would not recommend - The breakfast was poor packet croissants and jar of cornflakes Chalet at bottom of garden it was not made clear in literature, no one on arrival, hairs in sink and bar of soap
- Moy (8/5): Quirky, thoughtful & fun - Lots of lovely little touches - both in the furnishings, the breakfast/snacks & other bits and bobs provided e.g. sleeping masks
Friendly & helpful host - even though I arrived late & she wasn’t expecting me. It was a little cold, even though the host thoughtfully provided two plug in heaters - but it was a very cold night
NB this is not a self check in. I made a last minute booking at 9pm & when I arrived at 10pm the host hadn’t received the confirmation & wasn’t expecting me.
- Ellen (10/5): Amazing hosts, accommodation and location! - The hosts Terry and Sue were incredible. So friendly, helpful and really welcoming. The accommodation is everything you need for a fantastic trip in a beautiful seaside town. Would highly recommend.
