• Dominic (8/5): A good option for pre cruise stay in Civitiavecchia! - Location was great 600 meter walk to Cruise depot. Apartment was large,clean,bright and very well stocked from milk and juice in the fridge to multiple breakfast foods. Manager very helpful with our questions and wanting us to enjoy our stay even though we were just there one night prior to our cruise. Entry process can be a bit of a challenge with building location but was well spelled out in our checkin guide. Only one complete was with a mattress in one of the bedrooms being less than comfortable and maybe need replacing.

You are right opposite a high school, so the noise level off the street in the morning can be a bit high.

• Elena (6/5): Non confortevole - Appartamento spazioso , vicino a porto e stazione dei treni Casa fredda , i condizionatori presenti non sono assolutamente sufficienti per scaldare un appartamento così grande e con soffitti alti . Inoltre in bagno c’era una perdita per cui in terra restava bagnato. Queste due cose hanno reso il nostro soggiorno poco piacevole.

• Marta (7/5): - Samo mieszkanie było czyste, duża przestrzeń w środku. Ciepło w mieszkaniu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Klatka schodowa niezbyt przyjemna, śniadanie- croissants w opakowaniach foliowych, nic świeżego ale można było zjeść. Ręczniki w łazience można by było wymienic bo są szare i nie zachęcają do użytku.

• Bonifacio (10/5): Una notte a Civitavecchia - Innanzitutto la cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario... Appartamento spazioso, accogliente e ben pulito... La posizione davvero perfetta, ci siamo recate a piedi al porto per imbarcarci... vicinissimo! Inoltre la strada è in discesa per cui non abbiamo avuto problemi col bagaglio. Struttura consigliatissima!

• Lisa0220 (3/5): STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! - Towel and bedding were nice. DO NOT STAY HERE IF DISABLED! Stairs are everywhere! Without my families help I would never been able to get into this apartment. It has dirty floors, holes in wall, shower head was terrible and water pressure was horrible, kitchen pans were horribly scratched up from previous visitors use, slats under bed were either split or broken in two so had to put unbroken ones placed precisely to lay on bed, used perfumed toilet paper which I am allergic to and curtains were flimsy to where neighbors are able to view inside. Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Could use a little more cleaning, Bathroom had smell and towel were dirty looking. If you did laundry there were no clothes pins and the laundry hangs outside over parking area.

Sent clear instructions prior to our stay on how to access the property, gave dinner recommendations and we chose Cibus which we all enjoyed and a very short walk away. Property was conveniently located near the port so we were able to walk there for our cruise. Also very clean, I recommend this property.

• Marina (7/5): מחיר סביר ומיקום טוב - מיקום טוב, קרוב לרחוב הראשי ולנמל. דירה מרווחת. תקשורת עם בעלים היתה טובה, אומנם רק דרך ההודעות. היה חסר שמפו במקלחת ומגבת נייר/מפיות במטבח, גם תה לא היה. לארוחת בוקר היה קפה וקרואסון/צנימים עם ריבות, וזהו.

• Brian (9/5): Great place to rest before a cruise. - Location was awesome. Convenient to everything. Easy to access local stores so didn't worry about paying tourist prices. Breakfast was good. Owner brought coffee as we ran out. Quick and good communication before and throughout the stay. I saw in other reviews...the shower head needs to be replaced. Still functional but not the best.
• Emiel (7/5): Voor 1 nacht ok, maar ik zou er niet langer blijven. - Het is een ruim appartement, met 2 ruime slaapkamers, woonkamer en keuken. Ook zijn er goede airco's aanwezig die te bedienen zijn met een afstandsbediening. Het was over het algemeen verouderd, stoffig, en de bedden kraakten enorm. Douche was krap en niet zo schoon, de keukenkastjes en de inhoud (borden, bestek, glazen) waren viezig en aan vervanging toe. Ook is het een gehorig appartement; de bovenburen (kinderen) hoorde je spelen, praten en huilen. Prijs-kwaliteit is daarom niet in orde.

Запах старых вещей в квартире, кровать в одной из комнат не пригодна к отдыху, проваливается и очень скрипит. Не был обновлен один спальный комплект.

• Billy (10/5): Perfect apartment and location for cruisers - Perfect location and the host provided excellent information on the local area and access to the port prior to our cruise. Ideal location for pre or post cruising out of Civitavecchia.
• Kay (10/5): Our excellent and comfortable stay - We were met at the apartment. There was everything we needed for our overnight stay. We found on the balcony a full ashtray that had been left.

• Stephen (10/5): This is a perfect property that is very close to the cruise port shuttle stop. - The property is exceptional. It is spacious, clean, and modern. The amenities are great, from the cold air conditioning to the Wi-Fi to the full kitchen. The building has an elevator. The beds are comfortable, and it was quiet during the weekend of my stay. The hosts were exceedingly accommodating after my flight was delayed. They met me at the property hours after my estimated arrival time and were very friendly and welcoming. I was only there for a short time in advance of a cruise, and I hope to return in the future for a longer stay. The property is a walkable distance to the shuttle to the cruise port if you're feeling adventurous and don't have too much luggage to carry. It's about a fifteen-minute walk at the most. Please note if you're cruising, you need to go to Bus Stop Shuttle Civitavecchia (Via Tarquinia, 8, 00053 Civitavecchia RM, Italy) to catch the shuttle buses that will take you to the port. Be sure to enter the gate and go to the building and covered area and not wait on the sidewalk outside, as the people waiting there are likely returning from a cruise and waiting for transportation to go elsewhere. The shuttles are frequent and free.
