- KANAKA DURGA (9/5): - CENTRALISED LOCATION IT IS NEARER TO AIRPORT AND MARKET NOTHING
- Barbara (9/5): very convenient for the train station. - Very helpful staff. Good meals in the restaurant. Comfortable. My room faced a dual carriageway with heavy traffic. I found the noise disturbing at times.
- Barbara (9/5): Happy to stay here again. - Staff extremely helpful especially when I was taken ill. I was very grateful for their care. I had booked two further nights after this booking and asked if I could have the same room for all of the nights of my stay and they accommodated this request. I found the room allocated to me , although smaller, did not suffer from the street noise that occurred during my previous stay as it did not face the main road. Wifi was not reliable

- Tirtha Chandan (8/5): -
- Rabi Narayan (1/5): very much over priced in online . where as it is 1/2 price if you go directly . - nothing is good except location. staffs are rude . lift not working , Food price is like 5 star price . 1 cup tea cost 100 rs worth 10 Rs
all bad.
- SUBHAJIT (9/5): -
- Parth (9/5): Superb -
- Pramode (3/5): Stay was definitely not up to the mark and even the rates settled by Booking.com not honored. - The behaviour of your Staff was atrocious and when asked about any issue, they remain poker faced and refuse to answer any query satisfactorily. Once Room Service sent the dinner after an hour of ordering and when denied to accept, they insinuated that I was lying and I forcefully charged for the same. Hence, I went to bed on and empty stomach and also had to pay for the same. Check out process too was very time consuming and tedious.
- Noorulhack (8/5): Very good - Staff Restaurant
- K (5/5): Passable -
- Shrikant (4/5): Low value. - No hot water. Rooms very very small. High priced low value budget hotel. Brand name Mango, does the magic. Staff very cooperative, mannerful. No hot water. Room extremely small..
- Mikhail (7/5): Good -
- T.i.m.e. (8/5): Very good - Location and staff and the big room Nothing
- Amiya (1/5): rude behave by staff - Nothing to like Rooms are so small as compare to price
The staff is extremely rude. We had to wait for 3 hours for check in despite putting a prior notice for early check in and accepted by the property. They say “Our rules are our rules, we do not know any booking.com and their rules and requests ”. The staff could clearly see our pain waiting to check in as we had travelled for 7 hours by car to reach the property but shown no empathy. The rooms are below average and relatively expensive if you compare the price. They behave pricy but have absolutely illiterate staff. It was a nightmare for the entire stay. Suggest to avoid this property and look for properties nearby which has much lesser price and good amenities.
- Sumit (1/5): It was a nightmare ! - The only good thing about this property is the location. The staff is extremely rude. The staff could clearly see our pain waiting to checking As we had travelled from 7 hours by car to reach the property but shown no empathy. - Acharya (8/5): Very good - Property located Nesrby to Rsilway station & market centers
- Roy (9/5): It was great and affordable. - On arrival the check-in was smooth and room was clean and neat. Though the space was small but the things were on their places and it was hygienic. I would definitely recommend this place to people for a safe and peaceful stay. The bathroom space is a bit small to move around.
- Rajendra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Avinash (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location and friendly staff. Restaurant on the top is good enough.
- Singh (3/5): Not worth - 4th floor restaurant Specially room size, without facilities

- CHUNG (10/5): - Fantastic stay in an excellent business hotel
- Avinash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manas (8/5): Everything alright -
- Manasa (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good and quite close to the railway station. The people at reception are quite unresponsive. I had to come and wait at the reception 4 times asking for an extension of my stay because my train was in the late evening. They irritated me so much that I didn't continue and ended up checking out. The bed gave me a bad back ache.
- Abinash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vishal (8/5): It is value for money - Location is quite close to airport and railway station both. The restaurant on terrace had amazing dishes and live music too.
- Jena (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sandip (4/5): Disappointing - location is good, food was good room was not finished properly, service was bad
- Joanne (8/5): Everything we needed, would stay here again - Great breakfast, very clean, friendly efficient staff
- Im (5/5): Passable -
- Douglas (6/5): Just about did the job, but nothing special - It's cheap and the staff were helpful in assisting us to book taxis to visit nearby sights (Konark & Puri) The room was very basic, and I couldn't get the A/C to work. Breakfast wasn't great
- Pragnya (8/5): Very good - Food
- Murthy (8/5): comfortable stay with better connectivity to prime locations - food is good. comfortable stay and well connected to the prime locations. value for the money spent nothing specific
- Saaketh (8/5): Very good -
- Anil (4/5): Disappointing - Room is small
- Subhash (4/5): Disappointing -
- Krishna (4/5): No clarity - Nothing much. I had a stay for two nights. Just because I had to reach at after 1.30 in the midnight, I was asked to pay the entire sum, which was not mentioned anywhere, in the website . it's mentioned, that visitors need to pay only half the amount once they reach and the rest once they leave. In there the receptionist simply mentioned, that if i do not comply then they won't provide us a room. At after 1.30 midnight with my old parents who was tired of the journey , I just had to accept what they offered.
As a customer it felt as if we were running away without paying. Not atall happy.
- Naman (8/5): Very good -
- Kumar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bhaaskaran (3/5): Poor - A/C was not working properly. Linen weren't very clen. Room was too small for the price.
- Vedant (2/5): Very poor -
- Gupta (9/5): Superb - Best hospitality
- Pravinchandra (9/5): Superb -
- Scott (7/5): Careful with Early Check In - The Mango is close to the railway station. 150 auto rickshaw away.
The Cafe Sundowner on the roof has good Western food and nice ambiance.
Good music play list, comfortable seats, and cold drinks. We arrived early due to our train's schedule.
We announced our arrival to the desk clerk, he found our reservation quickly and gave us the room early.
We were obviously appreciative and were thinking how nice it was and how hospitable the organization was to allow us the room early.
Two nights go by and it's time to check out and go back to the train station.
I paid cash for the bill as they required 1200 IRS to use my credit card. No biggie.
But they added an extra days fare to the bill for the early check in.
I was totally satisfied with our stay until check out time when we were charged this previously unannounced charge. An extra fee, announced, is more than fair. A whole days charge for a few hours when the room was empty anyway seems desperate.
- Sunita (1/5): Not good as expected - Nothing is there to write good about the hotel, i travelled for work and booked for 1 day and specially requested for early check-in but the property charged 1500 rs extra , even they refused to extend 1 more day as my some official work did not not completed by showing they don't have the room in same day of stay Very low and very poor service, very low quality of food, very bed experience, plz do not prefer this property anyone.
- Pulak (8/5): It was a pleasant stay & friendly atmosphere. - Didn't have breakfast Didn't have breakfast
- Samantaray (5/5): Passable -
- Jain (10/5): Exceptional - It was good I visit 2 nd times
- Rakesh (7/5): Good - Breakfast was OK. There was no attendance proactively providing service. You have to ask for service. Space not reserved for those who are hotel residents
- Gurman (8/5): Very good -
- Lakshmipathy (3/5): Food was good. But Room condition was bad. - Good Rooms are conjusted. There is no space to sit and eat food in the room. For reading, we have to sit on bed and read. Commode was broken and tap in the wash basin dangling. It was not repaired even on complaint to receptionist. Room no. Was 111.
- Robin (8/5): Very good - Good restaurant and a reasonably comfortable room. The WiFi did not function during the morning before check-out which meant we could not get an update on our train.
- Indranil (7/5): average stay . Lost the Hope. - Food is good. Service is also average. Washroom is too small. In room catagory not value for money at all.
- Shapiro (8/5): nice stay except for terrible breakfast - nice and comfortable room and bed
lovely rooftop dining and bar area AWFUL breakfast…..worst we’ve had in several weeks of travel through India. biggest problem is NOT ENOUGH food or choice.
- Lisa (8/5): Very good - Tiny room but comfortable bed! Close to railway station. very nice helpful staff!
- Dr. (8/5): Very good -
- Yaddanapudi (4/5): Disappointing -
- Barry (10/5): highly recommend hotel and restaurant. - we had a large room with big windows. the rooftop restaurant was excellent, mostly used by locals. good buffet breakfast.
- Puja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Banerjee (8/5): A pleasant experience - Comfortable rooms and good room service. Food was excellent. Fittings in the bathroom needs to be looked into.
- V (5/5): Passable -
- Soham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jyotiprakash (9/5): Superb -
- Sanat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shubhrasish (8/5): Good, pleasant stay at Bhubaneswar. - The restaurant was very good...they have an excellent team of chefs. The room service was also quite good. It was under renovation so there was quite a bit of noise and dust.
- Sushant (1/5): cleaning and standards were low - the location is the only one thing which I liked the most before booking. the breakfast was good. the room assigned was next to the garbage of electrical wastages which we never expected to get. we had to call 3 times to stop the drilling noise and hammer noise coming from banquet. the fried rice was not up to the standard. the wash basin drainage connection was not fixed prior to arrival. the duvet cover had stains and marks which they replaced with a new one after showing them.
- K (7/5): Good - Location Room is not tidy particularly wash room
- Mishra (1/5): Bad -
- Prasanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manisha (2/5): Below average or poor - Staff agreed to change my check out date Constant construction noise till 11pm at night. Staff non responsive to request of stopping it at a decent time
- Arungokul (1/5): Mango Hotels Bhubaneswar - Rooftop Cafe is really good. One of the best in Bhubaneswar. Bad choice, imo. Especially considering the availability of much better properties in Bhubaneswar with better facilities in the same or even better price.
- Mishra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gupta (8/5): Very good -
- midlifedreamers (6/5): close to the airport - We were delayed at check in for 30 minutes or so. There was one receptionist and she was trying to deal with a problem. The man complaining very calmly, was asking for the Manager, the manager didnt seem to want to come. eventually we were taken to a room, oops this was still occupied. we were taken to another room and this was ok but had a not very nice stain on the duvet cover. We had dinner at the hotel and this was ok, a little highly priced for the quality but a nice room and comfy seats.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - People at reception are rude and the facility does not have proper internet connectivity. For a business person its really hard to stay as he cannot work.
- Rajath (8/5): Nice Hotel to stay close to airport - Located close to Bhubaneswar airport, Mangos Hotel Prangan is one of the best options available in the city. It's a new Hotel with Spacious rooms with all major aminities.
Hotel Staff is well trained and great hospitality.
Food is good and hygienic as well but prices are on the higher side. Hope the hotel management will need to reconsider this.
Although we stayed for a day but we will consider this hotel for our longer stay sometime in near future.
- Sayantan (6/5): Decent hotel for a stopover - The hotels needs to improve on the following -
1. More staff needed in the parking area to assist guests with baggage - especially when there are multiple guests arriving and leaving
2. Bed linen needs to be clean. There were stains on the bed sheet
