• Isaam (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, with supermarkets, food outlets, and easy transport options just a short walk away. The apartment itself was very spacious, spotless, and as described. The host was great — quick to respond to any questions and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine and clothes line were a big plus, especially for a longer stay, making it easy to keep on top of laundry. It felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. A couple of small points to note: the internet was a bit slow during our visit, but the host mentioned he’s upgrading the package soon. Some fittings are a little older, but everything was clean and in good working order. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you value space, convenience, and a responsive host. Would happily return!

The location is perfect close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Overall I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place.
• Kulsum (10/5): Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient experience. - Booked this 3 bedroom apartment for a few friends and I, which is perfect for a chilled out stay. It's clean, spacious, and centrally located, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The apartment is fully equipped for all your needs which makes it even more convenient. The host is very friendly and hospitable, always available to help. The support staff were also very accommodating and helpful.

• Camilla (1/5): Would not recommend - We were supposed to stay for 4 nights, but we left after one night. The aircon is not working proper and there was 38 degrees in the apartment. No aircon besiddes the rooms. The host did not seem to bother too much about this, but he was nice enough to let us leave with no extra charge after one night. The check-in was a fuzz and we were not introduced to either the gate or anything else. The worst part of this stay was the ‘helper’ that thought we had stolen the aircon remote and honked at us, when we left. He was really uncomftable. Would not recommend.

All the facilities are clean, It’s well equipped with gas cooking, a large refrigerator, cutlery and crockery. Zain is very helpful and friendly and helped us arrange our cab out. One of the beds in the middle room was broken and couldn’t be slept on. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms had a leak
• Mike (10/5): Christmas holiday at Zain's apartment - A great place to stay like home! Young Zain our host was amazingly helpful and caring, even helped with our luggage. His uncle and aunt also greeted and welcomed us like friends. Zain always had a smile and a warm welcome from our check-in to check out offering his service and availability at any time. We loved everything in the apartment, 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double beds, attached toilets, storage cupboards, clothes rack, bedside table, good lighting, windows and what we really appreciated, ceiling fans plus air conditioning for all the rooms. Had a spacious dining and kitchen with pantry for which they had provided an electric kettle, microwave, mugs, cups and plates, even kept dish washing and hand washing liquid near the sink. Thoughtfully kept a washing machine too. Lounge area was very comfortable with big sofa chairs and wi-fi and dialog TV for relaxation. Had a lovely open door and window balcony view from 3 locations of the house, very airy and relaxing. Ideal place for a quiet stay without noisy surroundings or people. Security vise there was a big gate and CCTV and also an inner gate with button lock so we felt absolutely safe. Also this location is just a short distance from Havelock City Mall and Pamankada, very convenient. All of us absolutely loved the place and will definitely consider renting again when we stay in Colombo. We are so sorry that we couldn't take any photos to share. Thank you for everything Zain, we absolutely loved your apartment! Highly recommended! 💓 A bit of a narrow entrance from sub road but that was not a problem and we got used to it with a couple of times :)

• Praghalathan (8/5): Great apartment in a nice location - The apartment was quite spacious and clean. The kitchen had a gas stove and basic cutleries. Provision of washing machine was really useful. The hosts were kind and helpful. The location of the apartment was good with easy access to restaurants, bakery, and supermarkets. The apartment was quiet but still pretty close to the main street. Air conditioner in one of the rooms gave repeated issues. The bathroom in master bedroom needs a bit of maintenance and the apartment WiFi wasn't working well as expected. Providing a few cooking vessels might be helpful.

The convenience of having everything I needed within walking distance helped me manage my time better. The owner was friendly, and the staff member was very supportive. Whether you're travelling for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.
