• Guerrero (8/5): We enjoyed it a lot the location and swimmingpool is very bear to the beach. - Swimmingpool Location Staff are very friendly , alert and responsive. Our room is situated in the other side, we need to cross roads a bit dangerous with a kid but the guards helps us a lot when going out. We came late at the breakfast buffet around 8-8:30 and almost no more food left. It took a while before they refill.

• Alina (1/5): bed bugs in this hotel. Also they promise one thing and then they forget about the commitments they made. - The gym is definitely one of the best in Boracay. Well, the room that I was given definitely isn’t worth the money I paid. 1. There were bed bugs in my first room and after a couple of nights I detected the bitten areas all over my body. I was offered another room after I complained to their receptionists. And guess what, the other room also had the bed bugs. I had to interrupt my vacation to search for another hotel and move there. I asked them to refund me money for the night I was not staying as I was not ready to test the 3rd room for bugs. they then agreed to refund me money and even helped with the transfer to a different hotel - that’s how horrible I was bitten by the bugs- all my legs were in red spots! when I left though, they decided not to pay the refund (even though they promised to do so when I was leaving). Now I am trying to get this money with no luck so far and Booking.com is not helping with this, unfortunately. 2. The food was not good, everything is oily-buttery, deep fried, no fresh veggies, the only thing I could eat were eggs and fruits. 3. there were huge cockroaches outside!

The location is good also near to the beach and d.mall lots of small stores and restaurant nearby. Beside main road so easy to take etrike. The breakfast buffet taste good and we really enjoyed it. The staff are the best so helpfull, approachable and nice. So hotel is a bit expensive so i expect more. The room look new and clean when you enter but during our stay i notice its not so clean. The bed has double mattress but we saw that under the top mattress is moldy There is also a cockroach, mosquitoes and other insects inside our room. They don't have enough place for wet clothes to hang.

• Judy (5/5): I was booked at the bottom rooms initially because we were travelling with seniors, children and PWD. But those rooms w - staff are very helpful and friendly the rooms that I paid for were not given to me. The toilet was clogged all the time and we have to call them literary everyday to have fixed. The next time we used it, it was clogged again. So annoying. Food and coffee is not as good as shown in their website

We cannot turn off the timer even when we press the button for it in the remote control. It also releases not so cool air.

• Malekomark (10/5): Fantastic Stay - we booked longer .... Twice! - Everything. Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff, breakfasts, beach towels, gym, location, location, location. Walk to beach in 1 minute, Starbucks in 5 minutes, D'Mall under 10 minutes. Getting in and out of shower/tub in the Premier room may be a challenge for some folks. Tub has a tile surround approximately a foot wide making stepping in and out a bit challenging.
