- Ann (10/5): Spacious and convenient! - This actually is a spacious apartment, with large bedrooms and large common areas. It is conveniently located near at least four places to get breakfast and coffee, and an easy walk to the T station. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Also, off-street parking!

Loved the Medford vibe. - Never been to Boston before, so staying out of the downtown in a walkable neighbourhood was fun for my family. Easy access to the subway and lots of restaurants, including the famous Kelly's diner and the barber down the street. The green metro line felt pretty slow to me and we relied on it to get anywhere because we were on foot. I might stay closer to the downtown next time. Or on a different metro line.

- Mohsen (10/5): Exceptional - It was very spacious, super clean and it had everything. The owner was very responsive. The location was very good with available public parking. It has coffee (and decaf), tea, herbal drinks, and even peanut butter for breakfast. All the required utensils and dishes were available. I definitely rate it 10/10. The check in time was so late (4PM).
- Rosemary (9/5): Great place with lovely owners who are super helpful. - The hosts were very supportive and friendly, we only had to text them and immediately they would reply. The key code is a great way to come and go - no need to worry about losing a key! The flat was spacious and had most of the things we needed for a great stay. Extras like an air fryer were really appreciated. It was very clean and comfy. The car park was very useful behind the property. There was a little place to sit out and catch the sun, most of the day. The owner is doing up the garden (we are from UK, I think it's called a back yard in US?) so it will be even more attractive. The apartment was well placed, just a 15 min walk to the train station into Boston, with shops nearby to do basic shopping and have a coffee. There was an excellent pizza place on the next block along. And an open air swimming pool, at Tuft's park, two blocks away, which we didn't use, but if you have kids would be great. The bathroom is a little small with no window. The shower was tricky to work at first, so we had cold showers for the first day - but we worked it out in the end. (You need to turn it on to the max flow until it heats up and then turn the flow down to get the desired heat.)
- Embry (10/5): We had a nice relaxing night in a comfortable place and will keep our eyes out for openings here. - The unit was perfect for a group of our size, of PhD students in town for a work research trip, especially on a week where there were very few properties available in our price range. I only wish we had been able to stay there both nights! It was comfortable and clean and spacious, and even though we were mostly there to sleep and shower, we were able to relax for a bit after a hard day with what felt like privacy and coziness. No complaints!

- Carl (9/5): A good choice for our family stay on a budget. - Great value for spacious short term stay as no cleaning fee. Lots of room for a bunch of kids to bunk on the living room floor. Off street parking for our Land Rover. New mattresses but they were soft and inexpensive. Takes a while to boost temperature but it was toasty after a while.
- Katelin (9/5): Superb - The owner was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Beds were comfortable. Cute bakeries and shops right nearby and about a 20 min walk to Sommerville.
