• rovov (9/5): - Goede locatie tijdens een fiettocht door Spanje. Een kamer in een appartement met gedeelde douche/WC. 1 kilometer van de Metro en in 40 minuten in centrum van Madrid. In de wijk ontbijttentjes en leuke buurt cafés. N.v.t.

• MAIDA (9/5): Nice place to stay. - It was very modern and clean and the room was beautifully decorated. The hosts were nice and very helpful to me. The area was nice for walking around as well and it was easy to get to the center. I could hear the loud music in the street and I had to use white noise to block it out. Thankfully though it didn't go on all night long.

• Merida (8/5): Limpio y acogedor - La limpieza del espacio: tanto la habitación, el baño como la cocina. Además la cocina está habilitada con bastantes utensilios y electrodomésticos para poder cocinarte en buenas condiciones. Hay nevere grande, vitro de inducción, air frier, ... No tengo ninguna queja importante a destacar. El lugar está un poco alejado del centro pero es tranquilo.
• Antónia (8/5): Solo utazóknak csendes szállás - A szállás makulátlanul tiszta volt, nagyon csendes környéken, kényelmes ágyakkal. Szobaként volt hirdetve, viszont tudatosan minden úgy van fotózva, mintha ez egy lakás lenne 2 különálló szobával. Ott a helyszínen szembesültünk vele, hogy hiába kivettük mindkét szobát a lakásban igazából 4 szoba van, a személyzet egyik tagja igazából ott lakik. Így tulajdonképpen ez egy apró hostel, a szobákat pedig úgy illene hirdetni, hogy szoba közös fürdőszobával, így tudná az ember, hogy mit vesz ki és miért fizet. Solo utazóknak tökéletes szállás lehet, ~10 percre a metrótól.

Todo muy cuidado y limpio, la calidez en los detalles, el olor y limpieza te hacen sentir en casa, los espacios comunes están perfectamente hechos para que todos los huéspedes esten a gusto. • Valentina (10/5): Великолепная уютная комната - Если вы путешествуетес в одиночку, это просто восхитительное жильё, и я очень его рекомендую. В квартире есть абсолютно всё, так же, как и на улицах района, который мне весьма понравился, хоть и находился не в центре. Я не считаю это минусом, до центра близко на метро, так как станции очень короткие. Кровать удобнейшая, в квартире невероятно чисто, даже там, где обычно не особо убирают. Анас, хозяин квартиры, невозможно добрый, милый и деликатный. Он очень заботится о вашем комфорте. Мне не хотелось уезжать, очень уютно и спалось прекрасно. Я провела в этой комнате четыре дня. 100% превзошла ожидания, хотя я и без того видела высокий рейтинг. Я очень благодарна за гостеприимство. Никогда не знаешь, кто въедет по соседству. Есть люди, которые уважительно относятся к другим, а есть те, кто просто не понимает, что они шумят или пачкают всё вокруг, и это недопустимо в общем жилье.
• Sisi (10/5): - Anas took such great care of his property that it is clean, comfy and welcoming. Definitely recommend it. I had to share the bathroom with another guest, which was no problem at all given the cleaness of the bathroom. The bed was soft and warm. All facilities were well-maintained.

• Kristína (10/5): - Ubytovanie vyrezá ako na fotkách, izba, kúpelňa a kuchyňa boli čisté, plne vybavené. Prenajímateľ je veľmi milý. V blízkosti je plno obchodov. Jediná nevýhoda je vzdialenosť od centra a od letiska. Metro je asi 10-15minút cesty.

La limpieza es de primer nivel, con ropa de cama de buena calidad. Buena cocina y lavadora. Cada detalle está pensado con cuidado; incluso había un aparato con líquido contra los mosquitos en la habitación. ¡Muy recomendado!
