• Denise (10/5): Highly recommend. Owner Carla is a delightful help. Superb location. Gorgeous Villa. - Clean and modern and a superb location. Heated pool. Spacious. Showers were excellent. Lots of hot water and powerful. Dishwasher and washing machine with detergents supplied. Sun on the patio from sunrise until 5.30pm. Th only minor issue and it was minor, it over looks a street but as its a residential area it’s a very quiet street, maybe one car passed in the hour. Zero noise pollution by night. So it didn’t bother us in the slightest.
• becci (10/5): Perfect stay for a family of 6 - The property was fantastic, it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Host was amazing, fixed a tiny issue we had and booked taxis for us to airport. Welcome fruit, water, coffee, tea and wine was a lovely touch on arrival, as well as cleaning products. Spar shop 2 minutes away and beach a further minute. Garden had the sun all day and the pool was perfect for our 4 year old.

• kerry (9/5): Lovely villa in a good location. - This property is in a great location, an easy walk to both the strip and the old town. It is a quick walk to the closest Spar but you can easy walk to Mercadona or Lidl. The main rooms are comfortable and have lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped, we had washing up liquid and a sponge etc there for our use. The outside area is spacious and has nice furniture, there is a small pool to cool off in. The bathrooms are modern and have good showers, there was hand soap and shower gel provided. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and ample storage space. The host provided a cot for our grandson. The host was responsive and welcoming. We had some water, wine and fruit for our arrival which was a nice touch. There was no negatives for us.

It was the perfect location, quiet and peaceful and only a 2 minute walk to the main strip. Also a little supermarket just around the corner. We will be back!
• Humera (10/5): Would stay again - Very clean, great size villa, amazing location, very kind and courteous host. Pool was a little smaller than expected but it was heated which was good, and the heat was turned up on request which we appreciated. Some basics in the kitchen would be appreciated such as salt, cooking oil etc. we have stayed in places where these were provided. It’s just nice not to have a bare kitchen and have to buy everything. No major complaints though. We had a very pleasant stay and the host was lovely. Nothing major

• Julija (10/5): - We just loved everything about the villa. We were greeted by host's father on arrival and stayed in touch with Carla throughout the stay. It was our first time in Lanzarote and we didn't regret choosing it over the hotel. Clean, spacious, modern, close to all of the shops and restaurants. Kids loved the pool, we loved having meals on the terrace. We hope to be back :) having to leave :)
• Joanne (10/5): Fantastic holiday, with my husband, Mum and my two grown up kids.. - The property was stunning, so modern, spacious and clean. It was 5 minutes walk to the main strip, but really quiet as it was in a residential area. The pool was small but big enough for us to float about in our lilos. The host was lovely and on hand to answer any questions. She also allowed us to keep the Villa on until 6pm on our last day which was amazing. Also, when we arrived there was complimentary water in the fridge, fruit in the fruit bowl and a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us. If you’re thinking about booking don’t hesitate, you will have a great time.🩷 Nothing..

• Katrina (10/5): - Villa Nina, is an amazing find. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a holiday home away from home. Very relaxing, quiet and surreal, yet just walking distance to great restaurants, lively entertainment and the beautiful Beach. It is a fabulous little sun trap location. Our host Carla, went over and beyond our expectations. Nothing seemed to be of any inconvenience to her and made sure that our stay was ideal. Really looking forward to going back. Nothing. everything was ideal.

Modern decor and appliances and the air conditioning was certainly a relief after being in the sun all day. The pool and the patio area was also stunning, we had a brilliant stay. Highly recommended! - Villa Nina is very well presented and in a great location within walking distance of the main strip in Puerto Del Carmen. The property is modern, spacious and tastefully decorated and all the facilities are of a high standard. A special word of thanks to Carla, our very pleasant and capable host, for her excellent service and support during our stay. The small outdoor pool is not a swimming pool, for those guests who particularly require one.

• Alan (10/5): Excellent property and host - We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible villa for a week, and it exceeded all our expectations. First and foremost, the early check-in was a blessing. Our flight landed at 10.30 am, and we were able to drop off our bags and settle in before noon since there was no previous guest checking out that day. The villa itself boasts a wonderful patio area with a beautifully heated pool, surrounded by plenty of towels for convenience. Inside, the villa was exceptionally spacious, providing a choice of coffee pods, tea, wine, and fruit, which was a delightful touch. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a washing machine and laundry area out back, adding to the convenience. Our host, Carla, was truly exceptional. She greeted us upon arrival and maintained contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Carla even arranged a taxi for our return to the airport, demonstrating her dedication to the little details. The villa is located just off the busy strip, making it accessible without the hassle of climbing hills. Despite its proximity to the strip, it was extremely quiet at night, providing a peaceful retreat. Overall, this property is a fantastic find, and we cannot recommend the host, Carla, highly enough for her attentiveness and hospitality. This was a superb experience from start to finish. We had to leave.
• Hilary (10/5): Superb Villa Nina in Peurto del Carmen - A very beautiful place to stay. Villa Nina was exceptional. Good spacious bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room, en suite, main bathroom and all well kitted out. Perfect dining facilities with seating inside and outside. Very clean with many appliances, it has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday even an outdoor pool. I have to say the host couldn't do enough for us and was extremely helpful. Our time there was a last minute booking due to a medical emergency of a family member and we had to remain in Lanzarote for a while longer. We couldn't have booked a nicer place. The location is very close to the strip to the restaurants, shops and beach. We had a lovely relaxing time at Villa Nina, it is located in a quiet area, but is approximately a 3 minute walk and you're in the middle of the buzz. We would highly recommend Villa Nina as a perfect place to stay and many thanks to the host. No fault will be found with Villa Nina

• Russell (10/5): A great stay in a wonderful villa. - Villa Nina is one of the most stylish holiday home we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean with new appliances and two fabulous bathrooms. Having such a great outside space was something we made great use of and the teenagers enjoyed the pool. The location was also perfect and a short walk from all amenities. I would highly recommend and would love to visit again in the future. I have no complaints

The location was excellent for me my husband 3 kids beside shops restaurants . The Villa was very clean no need to bring anything only your clothes was one of the best holidays . Air conditioning in Villa was lovely beds very comfortable kids loved the pool . We cannot fault anything . Washing machine clothes line washing powder all included was just home to home exceptional . Will be returning . I cannot Fault anything
• Adamowicz (10/5): Exceptional - Great spacious villa in residential area. Very close to local shops, promenade and beach. Host very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Ps. The villa has aircon in every room which is a huge bonus.
• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived earlier than check in time but was able to leave our cases and collect a key whilst it was still being cleaned. We took a short walk to the main strip for some lunch and Carla met us back at the villa for a hand over at 3.30. Carla also arranged our transport from the airport. Could not have worked better, no issues at all.

• Elizabeth (10/5): A fabulous experience - We had such a fabulous time at Villa Nina and it catered to our every need. The Villa is newly renovated and it has been finished to a very high standard. It is ideal for families and has the added bonus of a swimming pool which while small, was just perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 children who just wanted to dive and chill. The villa is beautifully decorated in a contemporary finish. It has everything you might need, a spacious kitchen, air conditioning in every room, and lots of dining options both indoor and outdoor with the addition of a shaded dining area outside being a lovely addition. The villa is set in a wonderful location in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen but far enough back from the strip to give the impression of a much quieter location. As hosts go, Carla was as impressive as the villa. She went out of her way to welcome us, even meeting us at the villa when we arrived at 10.30pm and taking the time to show us around, leaving us with wine, lots and lots of towels (it’s the little things!), a change of bedclothes, and all the housekeeping bits we might need including dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing products and so on. Both she and her lovely family are very proud of their lovely villa with all its lovely family connections and I hope they always have occupants who appreciate their efforts and enjoy the warmth of their hospitality. They check in regularly and are always quick to respond to queries. A fabulous experience and we will return.
• Helen (10/5): Perfect and immaculate villa centrally located. - Beautifully clean and decorated to a high standard with two wonderful Roca shower rooms. Spacious bedrooms and equipped with plenty of white towels and pool towels. Fully fitted brand new kitchen. Inside and outside dining tables. In fact two outside enabling choice of sun or shade! Small pool but still big enough for pool games for a family of four! And a lovely pool too. Four lovely new pool loungers. All basic provisions there which was great - washing up liquid, hand wash, laundry detergent etc. Great little courtyard at the back with washing machine and drying rack with doors from a bedroom and bathroom. Perfect if you like to pack light! So central and a few minutes to the beachfront and the closet supermarkets. Quiet residential area. Lovely communications from Carla. There was nothing that wasn’t to be liked!

The villa is spacious and has nice outdoor areas too. Carla is a fantastic host and is very accommodating and attentive. Definitely worth booking you won’t be disappointed, we are already looking to book again. That we didn’t book for longer
• Scotia (8/5): Villa Nina PDC - perfect location. - Location perfect for access to the main PDC front and beach. Couldn't ask for better. Villa roomy, clean and good facilities. Carla and Carlo very patient with our Ryanair flight delay and loss of luggage! Lovely welcome to the Villa and a welcome pack. We were allowed to book out late as our flight was at 1815hrs on the last day which made life so much easier. Able to self-cater if wanted as all facilities in the kitchen plus washing machine, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher, etc. Showers provided instant hot water and good pressure. TVs have access to usual channels including Netflix in English. The location is semi-residential - quiet yet only 5 minutes from the front so 'best of both worlds'. We would return. The pool was fine for cooling off but some may prefer a larger size. Beyond their control, we had workmen in the street each day laying tarmac but we went to the front each day so not a huge problem for us, just bad timing LOL.
