• OUASSOU (9/5): - L'emplacement géographique est parfait. L'emplacement est paisible. La communication avec les propriétaires était très fluide et amicale. Un établissement qui se recommande sans hésitation aucune. Il y manque une machine à laver. C'aurait été une bonne chose.

• Maciej (9/5): Fajny czas w Zadarze. - Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony i w świetnej lokalizacji. Wejście jest przez sklep z pamiątkami i brudne podwórko. Sama kamienica pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
• Ola (8/5): Amazing - Standard of a room is really good. The owner really cares about his guests, he sends all the good tips, and even let us have early check in. Location is everything!!! The entrance is a little bit scary, especially by night, but it wasn’t an issue. I gave 8 stars, not 10, because 2 day before end of our stay we ran out of warm water :/
• Grzegorz (10/5): Bardzo dobry wybór na pobyt Zadarze - Super lokalizacja. Stare miasto i jednocześnie wszędzie blisko. Dwa kroki do wszystkich atrakcyjnych miejsc, od zabytków , restauracji, kawiarni, supermarketu po port i miejsc zbiórki na wycieczki. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Dobry rozkład apartamentu. Remont budynku nie wpływał na użytkowanie apartamentu.

• Valeriya (10/5): If you can look past the condition of the building, the apartment is a great place to stay – but be prepared for the con - The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing – right in the heart of the old town, close to everything you’d want to see and do. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a short stay. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable once inside. However, the condition of the building was a real downside. The entrance and common areas were dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly quite disgusting. It felt a bit scary walking in, especially at night, and gave a very bad first impression. It’s a shame, because the apartment itself deserves better surroundings.

• Julija (9/5): Charming studio in the heart of old Zadar - This appears to be a recently renovated place in an old building in the heart of Zadar. So it had a great location, was clean with a comfy bed, tasteful decoration and a good space organisation. Communication with property managers was a bit confusing. I did not know who is who and who would do what. The owner was not involved....as far as I understood. Yet I had a good time. I hope the electricity and the tv was fixed after I left.
