Ma la ciliefona sulla torta e stato il bagno. . Non in camera ma alla fine di una rampa di scale... E non mi sembra sua stato specificato su booking... Cmq ho visto di peggio... Buona vita

- Katharina (7/5): Nice house, wonderful host, could be cleaner - Very nice Toskana like house, nice and huge gardens around, very calm neighborhood. Pool very nice, room big enough with private bathroom. The host Francesco was really nice and helpful, he had good recommendations about the area. He tried to fulfill all wishes and even cooked dinner for us one evening which was fantastic! Thank you! For us it was perfect, but it is way out of the city and you will need a car. The sanitation were not so clean, which can be annoying and they weren’t clean in the whole week we were there. Breakfast was typical for the area, but don’t expect much as it consisted of hard bread, cake, butter, orange juice and jam, all in plastics. But the coffee was very good.

Nice gentleman/owner. this property has a great deal of potential. it wasn’t clearly indicated to be a room rental vs a b and b. As such, i would change the name to Affitta Camera La Fornace. The owner only shows one bedroom photo which wasn’t the room i was given. More pictures of the individual bedrooms (i believe there are 4 available) would be helpful. Overall I found it dirty and run down. Lots of dust, left over personal items in the rooms; poor interior design and layout. The property could be amazing but it would need better cleaning, maintenance and interior design team. The price was the same as bb’s nearby so there wasn’t any advantage.
