Catherine (10/5): Great and affordable Boutique Hotel. - Celia Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay. It is centrally located within easy walking distance to some fabulous restaurants. Tuan was extremely kind and helpful and organised our activities and cars for us. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean and we had a lovely rooftop view of Phong Nha.

Jonathan (10/5): - The owner was very kind, flexible, and helpful. I arrived late by sleeper bus, but late check-in was no problem at all. Breakfast was also well arranged, as you can choose in advance what you would like to have. Whenever I needed something, the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. I also arranged my transport to Tam Coc through the owner, which made things very convenient. The rooms were good, clean, well maintained, and pleasantly cool. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Anita (9/5): Kodikas hotelli - Hotelli oli siisti, ja huoneemme ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, ja alakerran kirjakahvila teki tunnelmasta kotoisan. Huoneemme kylpyhuoneessa (johon oli käynti oman terassimme kautta) ei ollut erillistä ilmastointia, joten se oli näin kesällä erittäin lämmin. Yläkerran kuntosali oli myös odotettua pienempi.

Elizabeth (10/5): Great stay! - The staff was very friendly. For breakfast, you order the day before. They didn't have anything vegan on the breakfast menu, but were able to make something for us as the coffeeshop that is part of the hotel offered smoothie bowls made with coconut milk. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the a/c worked great. The location was great for walking to various restuarants in town and for getting picked up for excursion.

Stan (8/5): Great hotel, certainly would recommend - This is probably one of the best places to stay in Phong Nha. Terribly nice and modern hotel with good air conditioning, nice pool, great breakfast included. There was quite a bit of noise coming from inside the hotel, such as the pool area and the communal spaces. The bathroom can only be accessed via the balcony. What I also did not like it that every time I or other guests would pass the front desk the lady would come running after yelling ‘excuse me’, then asking where we were going etc. Felt a bit watched and like I was doing something illegal, while I was literally a guest

Victor (5/5): Mauvais séjour - L’emplacement dans la rue principale. L’omelette au petit déjeuner. La chambre était sale à notre arrivée, plusieurs insectes, toile d’araignée. À notre demande, le ménage a été fait. Les parties communes sont vraiment pas agréables et très désordonnées.

Evelyn (9/5): Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Celia Boutique Hitel und haben nichts zu bemängeln. - Freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick in den Hof. Das Badezimmer war über den Balkon zu erreichen aber auch geräumig modern und sauber. Der Innenpool schön und perfekt für unsere Tochter zum abkühlen.

Vlekken op de muren, gordijnen en deuren. Wasbak was echt niet schoon. Lag nog afval van de vorige gast op de tv kast. Marijn (7/5): Medium hotel - Het hotel is op loopafstand van de bushalte en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt (1 keuze uit een paar dingen) is inbegrepen. Koffie overigens niet. De kamer was niet helemaal schoon. Ook de badkamer was niet heel fris, met name het douchegordijn was onhygiënisch. Het “gym” gedeelte was zeer verouderd en eigenlijk niet meer te gebruiken. Wij zouden de volgende keer iets anders boeken.

Lou (9/5): Sehr gutes Gesamtpaket - Wirklich tolles Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Ein ganz tolles Café, in dem man jeden Tag das kostenlose Frühstück vorbestellen kann (auch sehr guter kaffee ist inklusive). Viele schöne Ecken in dem Hotel zum verweilen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Den Wäscheservice kann ich sehr empfehlen (abends abgegeben und morgens direkt wiedererhalten). Der kostenfreie Fahrradverleih hat uns gut geholfen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Außerdem wurde jeden Tag unser Zimmer gereinigt und mit neuen Wasserflaschen ausgestattet, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist für den Preis. Es war alles super. Man könnte Hafermilch einführen in dem Café.

Marcin (10/5): - The hotel is undeniably high standard—it is very clean with a modern design, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The location is also convenient, quite close to the “center” (if you can call it that, as the town is basically just one street). However, the one thing we felt was missing was the atmosphere. While the staff is polite, the vibe feels a bit impersonal. Having experienced the wonderful, warm, family-like hospitality in other places across Vietnam, we felt this hotel lacked that genuine, welcoming spirit and “soul.” Summary: A very solid, comfortable choice for accommodation if you prioritize modern standards, but don’t expect the warm, family-style connection found elsewhere.

Adam (9/5): Lovely Stay - Great hotel with genuinely lovely staff who could not help us enough. We arrived very early in the morning (4 am) and we were let in and checked into our room earlier for a small fee. The hotel modern, clean and right in the center of Phong Nhà
Guest (8/5): Good location and we loved the free bikes - The food at breakfast was good and had lots of variety. The man on reception was super friendly and helpful providing us with free bikes to cycle round, even telling us points of interest and routes we should go. The bedroom we were given was a downgrade from the bedroom we booked, we booked one with a balcony and Mountain View but didn’t get a balcony or any view. The woman at breakfast offered us a drink we said yes only for her to charge us after we drank it, without any knowledge of a price (we thought since it was offered and there was no price list or menu it was included as it wasn’t stated otherwise) then when it came to paying we wanted to pay by card she said it was cash only so we gave her 500,000 (it was all we had) and she wasn’t happy and kept asking for change. Better communication on the price front would have been appreciated

Heloise (8/5): - The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The pool and design were very good. The airconditioning was great. The bathroom was separate and approached from the private balcony. The shower was over the bath and very slippery when wet.

Snoeck (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were very spacious, the wifi was strong, the hotel itself was very modern and beautiful. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We stayed in a few hotels around Phong Nha, and this one was our favorite by far.

Sam (8/5): Good budget hotel in Phong Nha. - Great central location to lovely restaurants, cafes. Free bikes provided. Refreshing swimming pool, nice rooftop area to relax. Staff friendly and helpful. Small size bedroom. Outside bathroom frustrating for use overnight. No running hot water for a shower during our stay. Intermittent AC due to power problems which unfortunately made the room get quite hot at night. Breakfast was very basic.
Mardelle (9/5): Fantastic hotel - Such a beautiful modern hotel. Rooms were lovely, the room we had was at the back away from a noisy road and had a lovely balcony. Be sure to go to rooftop lovely views. The owner was so nice and helped us book a bus with our bicycles. Pho for breakfast was yummy. Onsite coffee was delicious. Must stay. na
Steve (9/5): Nice new hotel near center - Very new building, nice and clean rooms. On the central road, so it is only a quick walk to restaurants and so. No elevator, but free bike rental. Nice indoor pool, but i did not use it. Breakfast needs to be ordered the evening before. It is good, but no coffee included (must be paid separately, this should be free). At 4 every morning a cock starts cockadoodledooing persistently very nearby, i needed earplugs.

Michael (8/5): A pleasant hotel with great staff - Very friendly and helpful staff. Building is new, clean and well presented, with an indoor swimming pool and library. It's within walking distance of the centre of town, and close to restaurants. A budget hotel, very good value. Breakfast was basic but fresh, for example a banana pancake with a small plate of fruit, and a glass of water. Unlike other hotels I've stayed in, breakfast did not include tea or coffee.

Aannoou (8/5): Very good - Hotel clean, staff very nice, breakfast was good,hotel well located and a good quality for the price. Very minor things: it s odd that you have to get outside on the balcony to go to the bathroom which was a bit problematic with pouring rain. Some little things could be added to make the room more cosy.

Big rooms , clean, modern Nice bath with view, good facilities in the hotel, including really cool hammocks over one of the floors and a rooftop gym. 2 downsides: Really small boiler so not enough hot water for normal shower - only 5 minutes of good hot water. I think this is really important for the hotel to improve at. No elevator Soo third floor is a bit annoying..
Alice (9/5): Really good place to stay in phong nha - Good vibes with cafe bookshop downstairs. Clean and comfortable room. We got a free upgrade with a bath and balcony. Could book tours and rent scooters through hotel. Limited breakfast options but still nice food.

Esther (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay here. The hotel facilities are excellent and it serves a nice breakfast. It has a lovely calm atmosphere. The staff are so attentive and helpful, they helped book our day out to Phong Nha cave. The day that we were due to leave, disaster struck and my partner fell sick. The owner rearranged our bus to Ninh Binh for us and let us stay another night. I cannot stress enough how kind and understanding he was during the day whole situation. We would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Jonathan (10/5): Great hotel for 25$ a night - The hotel look brand new and modern. Great facility with indoor swimming pool and nicely design architecture. Coffee shop attached to the hotel which is the same staff working there as the hotel. Everything is great there.

Alan (8/5): Very good value in a modern hotel - This is a modern hotel only a short distance from the town centre. It has a lovely bookstore and coffee shop on the ground floor. The bikes are free to use and the owner is very helpful The room does get a lot of condensation if it is not hot outside
