• 昱劭 (8/5): 想要有居家感的感受，這間不錯。 - 整體本身不錯，而且對面過馬路有一間Life超市 微波爐很髒 位置上離難波と桜川這倆站地鐵站 走路都需要時間。 在給入住指南上，有很矛盾的地方 1.能告知一下入住者屋內Wi-Fi 2、針對鑰匙的部分，在指南上提到，若垃圾滿了，要拿去垃圾場丟，是需要房間鑰匙的，但是房間鑰匙是被鎖在鑰匙盒裡面的。有好處是至少不怕鑰匙弄丟就是了。

Additionally, there was no flexibility to adjust the check-out time (10am) even though there was no cleaning done by 12pm (time at which we left the area). I would have been OK paying an hourly fee for this flexibility. This is less critical than the mold, naturally

• Laura (8/5): A great stay overall - The location was great, easy to reach from the train station and convenient for getting around the city. Although the room was a bit cold, the AC worked well and kept things cozy.

And the communication with the host was superb, they were always very attentive. The only downside is that I wish there was a lamp or another smaller light in the room for the evening before bed.

• Beyza (10/5): Moderner Aufenthalt mit großem, sauberem Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen - Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Man kommt mit einem Code in das Gebäude und der Schlüssel hängt in einer schlüsselbox an der Wohnungstür. Das Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse riesig. Genug Platz um am Ende vier große Koffer auf dem Boden auszubreiten und zu packen. Wir hatten ein Hochbett und es war schon ziemlich gemütlich. Es war alles sehr sauber. Sehr moderneres japanisches Bad mit verschiedenen Funktionen wie Sauna. Pakete können während dem Aufenthalt bequem auch ohne persönliche Anwesenheit empfangen werden – eine Anleitung zum Postfachsystem liegt im Zimmer bereit. Man muss recht viel laufen, dadurch dass die nächsten Haltestellen ca 10 - 13 Minuten entfernt sind. Wenn man den ganzen Tag auf den Beinen ist, will man am Ende eigentlich nicht mehr so viel laufen. Aber es ist auszuhalten gewesen. Uns haben aber definitiv Hausschuhe gefehlt. Da wir um Neujahr herum dort waren und der Boden schon recht kalt war. Wäre gar nicht mal so schlecht, wenn der Besitzer diese auch anbietet. Ansonsten nehmt Hausschuhe mit.
• Jennifer (8/5): Loved and enjoyed our stay overall! - I love that the environment is very quiet and how near the supermarket is! I also love how spacious it is and all the amenities that come with it. We enjoyed our stay. The room can be further cleaned as there are some visible stains already on the floors and walls. The property is also a bit of a walk if you want to stroll to Dotonbori at night.

• Jorge (10/5): An apartment in a good location that allows you to move wherever you need. - I liked the view of the apartment as it was on the 10th floor. It was bigger than most hotel rooms, this allows to have luggage that does not occupy most of the room space. It had a small kitchen with a fridge that allowed you to cook. It was really close to several train and bus stations, so commuting was really easy and convenient, and it was close to Dotonbori so I could get there in a 10 minute walk. It did not have a front desk so I could not send my luggage from the previous hotel to this one, so I had to carry all luggage myself from Kyoto to Osaka.
• CHIENCHEN (10/5): - 我們一行人都超滿意的住宿☺️距離難波站走路大約15分鐘、距離蘆原橋站走路約10分鐘，去哪裡都很方便。是公寓式的住宅，空間很大，我們可以完全展開我們的行李箱。室內燈光很明亮，燈光開關分了很多盞，早起的人完全不怕一開燈吵醒就還在睡覺的人。附有盥洗用品跟毛巾，甚至還有洗衣精，洗完衣服可以晾在浴室裡面烘乾。真的超棒的住宿體驗！👍

• Ma (8/5): - 地理位置很好，在难波地区，三个方向都有交通设施，到站点步行距离都在15分钟以内，对面就有一家营业到晚间12点的生活超市，周围也有好几家24小时便利店，非常方便。房间里很干净，双层床铺很方便一个以上房客能分开睡觉。对于早出晚归，大量时间在外面的游客来说，这样的房间比酒店宽敞，储物空间很大，洗衣服，晾衣服也很方便，干净度足够，是更舒适的选择 房间里只有一把椅子，如果能增加一把就好了，毕竟是能够容纳两人的房间，有第二把椅子的话就能坐下面对面吃饭。另外有可能因为洗手间空间相对封闭，稍微有一点点味道，其实卫生洁具打扫的还是很干净的，可能需要喷一些除菌除味的喷雾。
• Nogawa (7/5): - A localização é muito boa, tem um supermercado grande bem em frente ao prédio, fica a 15min a pé da dontobori e das estações de trem. O apartamento é grande e bem equipado. O prédio é seguro, tem elevador e a vizinhança é bem tranquila e silenciosa. Os travesseiros não são muito confortáveis e os lençóis tinham manchas. A cama faz barulho com um simples movimento. O ar condicionado faz barulho, então pra quem gosta de silêncio talvez incomode um pouco.

• Allan (7/5): - A big room with plenty of space and good equipment, ideal when going around Osaka. It's situated about 15 minutes from the Namba streets, great for shopping and activities. The staff was also really reactive with our questions and issues, definitely a plus. Some issues arose when going to the hotel for the first time: I didn't receive the right code for the key box so we waited about half an hour in front of the door before receiving the right one. We couldn't make the WiFi and the TV work as well sadly (YouTube kept crashing for example)

• Sam (9/5): Nice & cozy! - The room was very nice and the giant TV was great addition. I actually somewhat regret not reserving the place for a couple more days. Everything was clean and neat. I wanted for nothing when I stayed there. The grocery store across the street makes it an even better stay. It was a bit difficult trying to get into the room, since during the process of getting the key out of the lock box that is on the door. The directions to get the key were missing 1 step when entering the code for the box to finally open. It escapes my mind on the order, but the # button was to be pressed before or after using your door code for the box to open, and I distinctly remember not seeing this in the directions when using the code. I had to get one of my friends who lives nearby to help with getting into the room by contacting the building's staff on my behalf. I assume my friend thought they would speak Japanese when helping us get in, but they corresponded in English, so it should be okay if you rely on English to call the staff.

• Navin Win (9/5): Review Nov 2025 - I've stayed at Cityspire hotels many times, but this room is smaller than others. There are few amenities and only one chair. The bunk bed is inconvenient for older people. The advantages are that it's convenient, not far from the train station, there's a supermarket across the street, it's clean, and the price isn't too high. The disadvantage is that the room is too small for many people and there are few amenities. Last year I stayed at Cityspire Sakurakawa, which was cheaper and had a much larger room with more amenities. But overall, it's good. I've stayed at Cityspire hotels many times, but this room is smaller than others. There are few amenities and only one chair. The bunk bed is inconvenient for older people. The advantages are that it's convenient, not far from the train station, there's a supermarket across the street, it's clean, and the price isn't too high. The disadvantage is that the room is too small for many people and there are few amenities. Last year I stayed at Cityspire Sakurakawa, which was cheaper and had a much larger room with more amenities. But overall, it's good.

• Dheeraj (9/5): Highly recommend for families and value for money - The property is great value for money for family looking to stay for longer duration .. the company was reachable through messages and were very prompt in responding .. we didn’t have any issues checking in as we did pre check in formalities During our stay the heater stopped working so they even arranged a portable heater for us .. all basic amenities in the apartment and the convenience store is right in front .. so we could cook basic stuff .. closer to many different train lines .. great value for money

DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS (TAKEN MANY YEARS AGO). BE PREPARED TO DO SOME MAJOR CLEANING. It seems the owner does not address issues raised in previous feedback. Important: This place is not in Namba. “Namba West” simply means west of Namba—not in the central Namba area. The apartment was not as advertised and was very disappointing. The photos are outdated (likely taken decades ago) and misleading. The unit is smaller, worn down, and lacked basic cleanliness upon arrival. The floors and bathroom were dirty, the bathtub still had hair in it, and there was a persistent odor throughout the apartment. Dinning wares are cheap plastic with burn marks. There is no chair or dinning table in the unit. Just a coffee table and a love seat. Subway is far away not near the unit. Closet space was unusable, filled with stored items, and the towels provided were dark and unappealing. Several amenities did not work until we cleaned them ourselves—both the air conditioner and the bathroom heater for drying clothes had clogged filters. The Wi-Fi password was only given after we specifically asked for it. The metal bed frame had sharp corners—dangerous enough that I actually got cut by it. Overall, this is a poorly maintained property that does not match its listing. A major disappointment.

• nozomi (7/5): 今回は観光をメインだったので、安くて交通が便利なとこを選びました！！そこに関しては完璧でした！ - 目の前に24時までやってるスーパーがあり、コンビニも近くにあるので便利でした！ 駅までは歩いて20分？ぐらいかな〜 クチコミをみてわかっていたので、排水溝の匂いはしょうがないかなーって思います。 旦那がハウスダストなので、すぐに体が赤くなってしまって、ホコリやカビがすごいのかと思いました。後、お風呂のカビがすごく気になりました。

Öncelikle oda zemini ve diğer yüzeyler tozluydu, odada giymek için kullan at terlik yoktu, klima çok eski aşırı mekanik gürültülü çalışıyor ve buna rağmen soğutmuyordu, klima kumandası kirliydi, tuvalette aşırı şekilde idrar kokusu vardı bu nedenle yerleri deterjanla kendimiz sildik fakat koku çıkmadı, mutfak ekipmanları eski ve yanıktı, tabaklar ve bardaklar plastik olduğu için sıcak yiyecek ve içecek için kullanamadık. Mutfak kapakları kirliydi emin olmak için kapağın birini kendim sildim ve evet kirliydi. Havlular koyu kahverengi olduğu ve diğer yazdığım kirlilik detaylarını görünce kullanmak keyif vermedi. Oda büyük olmasına ve mutfak olmasına rağmen odada masa ve sandalye yoktu, oda duvarında tablo veya çiçek gibi dekoratif detaylar olmadığı için ve diğer yazdığım detaylar nedeniyle kendimizi cezaevi hücresinde bir komedi - korku filmi içinde hissettik. Japonyada sekiz ayrı yerde konaklamış biri olarak burası büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu.

• Eriko (9/5): 立地良くて便利 - 路線が徒歩圏内に2線の最寄り駅があったので行く場所に合わせて選べるのが便利でした。 ユニバに行くのも、万博に行くのも程よい距離で使い勝手良かったです。 向かいにスーパーもあるのと、営業時間も12時までだったので、翌日の必要なものとか買うのに便利でした。 滞在中に洗濯もできたので長く滞在する方には良いかと思います。 角形ハンガーはあったので使えて良かったです。 外にも干せるよう物干し竿あったのですが、洗濯バサミがなかったので、Tシャツなどとめられなかったので、室内干しにしました。 一応、普通の家にありそうなものはキッチン用品とか、掃除機とか一通り置いてあり、便利でした。 エアコンの調子が悪くて、音がするのが、気になりました。 浴室乾燥も使いましたが全然乾かなかったので、少し困りました。 ドライヤーは古い機種だと思うのですが、だいぶ高温になって髪が傷みそうだったので、あまり使いませんでした。

• Riese (9/5): It is a really good place to stay and the washingacgine with a provision of a detergent is a very big plus. We got home - It is in front of a supermarket which gave us a cheaper option to buy our dinner and breakfast. The supermarket marks down their bentos around 8pm to 8:30 which gave us a good value for our money It is just that your trash will only get cleaned once you checked out of the property . For us who stayed for 5 days our trash from day 1 to end piled up.

• Jodie (7/5): Good - Unfortunately checkin was difficult even with the instructions as a few steps were missing. We couldn't open the entrance doors but thankfully another person let us in then inside, once inside this is where the step was missing, we looked everywhere for the lock box but it wasn't until I read the instructions on how to open the letterbox that I saw a number, so we caught the lift to that level, found the door & there was the lock box - the instructions catch the lift to level #, find door number # would've been helpful. The room is very small & it wasn't clean. No shoes allowed which is fine but the floor was dirty (dust, fluff etc) I actually tried yo vacuum it however the vacuum was full & the filter was disgusting so it clearly hadn't been emptied in a very long time (it is now). We did a load of washing & our clothes ended up cover in fluff, I pulled off the filter & it too was full, we had to wash the clothes a few more times to get them wearable. Communication with the owner for entry details & wifi details was quick. To use anything around the room you need google translate. Location was good there's a park, running track & supermarket across the road & a short walk to Namba Station & Dotonbori. Would've given a better review if checkin instructions were clearer & the unit was cleaned, or provide slippers if no shoes allowed.
