• Sasha (8/5): Lovely girls weekend - I stayed here for a short weekend girls’ trip and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The staff were especially helpful and attentive, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for a future visit. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway. The only thing to note is that the hotel is close to the main strip, so you can hear some of the hustle and bustle and music from outside. However, this wasn’t an issue for us and didn’t detract from our overall experience.

• Eduardo (7/5): Good, value for money central Oura Stay. - I enjoyed the location as it was right by the strip of Albufeira, where all the bars are - but with little noise. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the space and the fact everything was recently refurbished. Given the price, I felt it was good. I did not like the lack of amenities, but to be expected of a property like this. The lock on the door wasn't great, there was no safe, and the door code is the same for all guests (they do not change it, which is high-risk).

Er kon een keer beter schoongemaakt worden. Het was er niet smerig(!) maar gewoon een beetje extra aandacht in het poetsen, onder de bedden en de badkamervloer bijvoorbeeld.

Buitenplaats bij het zwembad, kan je lekker chillen in de zon of schaduw. Parkeren kan gratis binnen het resort. Wordt pas na drie dagen schoongemaakt, dus ook handdoek na drie dagen. Wat ik heel jammer vond.

• Hugo (1/5): - De ter estacionamento dentro do condomínio Ter ar condicionado Não ter microondas como estava dito nas observações A reserva ser para 3 pessoas e ao chegar não ter toalhas de banho e só terem dado depois de varias idas a receção Na informação dada não ser dito que a piscina está dentro do condomínio e não do hotel porque estava com muita lixo e a parte da relva não ter manutenção Na parte do banho falta um tapete/tolha para se por no chão E os apartamentos terem janelas antigas as quais deixam entrar muito barulho do bares que ficam mesmo na frente do edifício A internet durante a estadia quando funcionava estava sempre a falhar e fraca

• Thamarasl (7/5): BIEN - La ubicación es super céntrica, estaba muy limpio y los apartamentos son muy espaciosos. Las camas son muy cómodas. El alojamiento esta metido dentro de una urbanización que tiene piscina. Al estar cerca de la zona céntrica, se escucharon durante toda la noche a las personas pasar, sus gritos y el ruido de la calle, golpes, movimientos de muebles.... los coches y las motos que pasaban a gran velocidad... ademas de esto, en el departamento no habia estropajo, ni trapos, balletas.. faltaba el recogedor, el cubo y la fregona. Quisimos recoger, fregar y limpiar lo que ensuciamos, pero no pudimos por falta de utensilios de limpieza.

• Leona (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - Leaving! There was absolutely nothing good about this property, the room was fairly clean except for hairs on the pillow. First of all the entrance/walk way to the hotel was unlit so was very dark and felt unsafe. The path was unsteady and uneven so also felt unsafe. The property itself was very poorly maintained, there was multiple shopping trolleys just dumped outside the front door, lots of rubbish and lots of unused/left over building materials. The pool was unkept, neglected and honestly disgusting to look at, there was no pool chairs or anywhere to sit. There was nobody at reception or to be found that we could speak to when we realised the front door to our room looked like it had been kicked in, there was a huge gap in the door,which I could fit my hand in. That added to the feeling of being so unsafe. In my opinion this property is not suitable for women alone, I think it’s more suitable for Portuguese men! We didn’t see even one other woman during our time here. The hotel was so unhelpful and dismissive when we contacted them with our concerns and fears about our door not closing fully. We told them we felt so unsafe and would be booking another hotel and they did not care. We asked for a partial refund as we were booked to stay for 3 nights but left after the first night and they did not offer any kind of reimbursement. The only reason we stayed the one night was because on the night we arrived it was 1am and there was a thunderstorm.

• Gerarda (7/5): Groot, schoon en centraal gelegen in zeer levendig gebied - Zeer groot en schoon appartement op enorm ommuurd complex met groot gedeeld zwembad. Het zijn diverse appartementengebouwen, waarvan een deel permanent bewoond wordt en een deel voor toeristen is. Je kunt parkeren op het ommuurde terrein, zeer groot pluspunt. De locatie is centraal, vlak achter de Strip van Albufeira. Er was tot diep in de nacht herrie te horen van de bars in de omgeving. In mei was dat nog wel te doen, maar in het hoogseizoen is dat vast anders. Nu waren veel appartementen nog leeg, maar als alles verhuurd is zitten daar vast ook veel luidruchtige huurders tussen.

• Ithylla (5/5): - O alojamento parece ter sido reformado recentemente e tem tudo para ser um bom local de estadia. No entanto, deixou a desejar na limpeza. Fiquei por 3 dias e não houve limpeza durante esse período; além disso, quando cheguei, o ambiente já não estava bem limpo. O banheiro apresentava um odor muito forte, como se viesse do esgoto, e o ralo da área do banho estava entupido. Também não havia um tapete/toalha para o chão do banheiro, o que fazia com que o piso ficasse molhado ao sair do banho. As camas são antigas e fazem barulho ao se mexer ou levantar. Os lençóis e cobertores estavam amarelados e com fios de cabelo, dando a impressão de que não foram bem lavados. As toalhas de banho também tinham mau cheiro. As janelas estavam com muita poeira, aparentando falta de limpeza. Enfim, se melhorarem a questão da limpeza, será um ótimo alojamento. A piscina também não estava bem limpa e apresentava o fundo descascando, mas isso pode ser relevado, pois aparenta ser um lugar antigo que está passando por reformas.
• Bruno (1/5): Cauchemar !!!! - Juste un peu de propreté. Rien d'autre ! C'est pas un hotel,l'accès c'est la brousse. Situé à côté d'une rue pleine de bars et restaurants à musique à ciel ouvert. Le pire c'est le soir et la nuit, musique à fond, jusqu'au matin,qui résonné dans le murs. Nuit blanche, Obligé de partir.
