• Marise (8/5): - Disponibilité de l'hôte et réponse rapide ! Petite attention aussi mais l'appartement contenait un adaptateur universel, ce qui nous a bien aidé ! Conforme aux photos Isolation faible, on entend la rue et les chambres à côté très fort..
• Ellie (6/5): Ok stay for the price - The location is really convenient, right next to Bayswater station. The hosts were communicative which was helpful as I was staying alone. If I had needed to cook dinner it would have been equipped enough to make something basic although I never found the cutlery. The bed was ok to sleep in, but was soft so if you don't like a soft mattress this isn't the place for you. The studio felt tired, it isn't a new property and the room hasn't been done up for while. The bedding and sheets smelt clean but there was hair in them. The sinks didn't drain away in the flat or were v slow and the shower was v weak. It also has a single glazed window which makes it noisy at night as there is a bus stop right outside the window with night buses passing.
• Aldana (9/5): Perfecto para una estadía corta - Perfecto para una estadía corta, para una o dos personas. Tiene conexiones a transporte publico y muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Instrucciones claras y limpieza. Algo común en la zona es que no tienen ascensores, por lo que es complicado si viajas con valijas. Lo mismo sucede en la estación de Bayswater que solo tienen acceso por escalera.

• Maria Aparecida (4/5): - Localização Banheiro de for uma pessoa um pouquinho gorda não cabe no box, pia do banheiro minúscula não cabia nem escova de dentes e estava entupida. Utensílios de cozinhas de péssima qualidade e quase não tem. Máquina de lavar roupa fica no subsolo e não no AP não consegui lavar as poucas roupas que precisava pq sempre estava ocupada tive que pagar lavanderia. A cama extremamente desconfortável, o colchão fazia uma ondulação no meio quando a gente deitava.

• Wong (3/5): Not a good experience staying here. No lift, must walk up with heavy luggage to 3rd floor. - Location is pretty convenient, short walking distance to subway station. No elevator and owner didn't disclose it on Booking.com site. It is definity not suitable for senior tourists, tourist who have difficulty in walking up the long stairs especially with their heavy luggage, I was put up at 3rd floor. I have booked for 4 night stays and even when I checked in 1st day, the hand soap, dish detergent were very low, cleaner didn't refill the liquids. Also, hand towels were low. We took pictures to inform the person in charge but no one got back. Very poor service.

• Paula (8/5): Ubicación inmejorable! - La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, buena conexión con underground y buses, supermercados y lugares de comida muy cerca, la zona es muy linda. El estudio es tal cual las imágenes, es chico pero muy completo, con todo lo que necesitás para la estadía. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me brindaron toda la info para el ingreso. Nos aparecían picaduras de algún tipo de insecto cuando estábamos en el estudio, suponemos que había algo en la alfombra pero no llegamos a darnos cuenta de qué insecto era. Tal vez deberían ver la posibilidad de fumigarla por si acaso.

• Tanja (9/5): Wir werden unseren Besuch nie vergessen. Vielen lieben Dank an Danielle! - Es war gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Fenster scheint nicht ganz dicht zu sein und es ließ sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen.
• Katrin (7/5): Gute Lage aber sehr kleines Zimmer - Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Zwei Underground Stations in der Nähe sowie viele tolle Cafés und Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ausreichend aber nicht unbedingt groß. Für zwei Personen muss man schon gucken wo wann sein Gepäck lässt. Es war sauber und ansprechend. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war okay für Londoner Verhältnisse. Fenster sind sehr dünn und hellhörig, könnten mal erneuert werden. Im Winter ist bestimmt auch nicht gerade warm. Bad ist auch sehr klein : Dusche mit einem Warmwasser- Boiler und einem sehr kleinen Waschbecken. Kommunikation war etwas schwierig bis wir den Code für die Box bekommen haben.

We kept looking on the walls, or posts, till we discovered the box at the bottom of railings behind some bush. the fridge could not open fully due to carpet, and we could not get hot water in sink for some reason ( but that may be because we are not used to UK plumbing issues) we had some communication problems with our internet for the days of our stay, and could not readily ask hosts about things, as phones were not helpful The bed was very soft, and we met in the middle regularly!

• Vidaller Axpe (8/5): Repetiría sin dudarlo, pero con una cama nueva!!!😂 - Me gustó la ubicación, que estaba limpio y que los dueños fueron muy, muy amables y nos pusieron las cosas muy fáciles. Muy encantadores!!!! Es un estudio que se nota que tiene muchos años y al que hay que ir con mochila. Las maletas no caben. Para nosotras fue perfecto por el tipo de necesidades que teníamos. Yo creo,que sería urge te que cambiase el colchón de la cama. Eso seguro. Se metía para el centro y era muy, muy viejo. Incluso cambiaría el canapé también. La ventana también tiene algún cristal rajado y está muy vieja. Debería mantenerse en mejor estado.

The room is clean and everything (TV, microwave etc) works perfectly fine. The bed is comfortable too. Pretty loud cars outside sometimes at night but it's ok with a closed window

• Ockie (4/5): Uncomfortable, however passable - The location, close to Bayswater train station, parks, supermarkets and Coffee shops/restaurants. The unit is very small for 2 adults, no hot water in the kitchen, I asked the host about it, never got a reply. Toilet seat was still broken, although I see some previous complaints about this. We could not connect to the "free wi-fi" or watch TV as there was no connection at all. No washing machine as in the description: We found a washing machine and dryer down in the basement of the building, but needed payment (GBP 3.50 and GBP 1.0) to make use of it. We were not made aware of this. After the host's reply, I need to update my review: My last Wapp question was about hot water in the kitchen - NO REPLY. Wi-fi: We had to use our paid Wi-fi, (AIRALO) which I would recommend to future travellers to use when promised Wi-fi does not work at all. Netflix would not connect on the TV. Toilet seat: The toilet seat came loose, so I doubt that it was fixed, unless it was a fixed by a unprofessional useless person Wahing machine: I've checked the description again and again: IT SAYS: 'IN YOUR PRIVATE KITCHEN - WASHING MACHINE' - No mention of coin-operated down in the basement! Nespresso machine on photos - NO NESPRESSO MACHINE To summarise - misleading information in description, I stand by my comments and will not easily recommend this property. Thank you.
• Ibrahim (4/5): Left very disappointed - This is in response to the owners comments on my previous review… For your reference, please find below screenshots showing messages that I exchanged with Nicholas moments after realising there was an issue with the hot water. So as you can clearly see from the time on the messages, I had reported this straight away. The reason given was the faulty boiler then the second message from Nicholas was that due to the warm weather in London, this can effect the water situation?? Hmm…for the amount I paid for 2 nights, warm running water is not too much to ask for. Also the reason there was handwash in the bathroom after departure is because that is the bottle I purchased myself from the Sainsbury’s Local by the station! No hot water and poor responses from the owner
• Kaleb (6/5): Great Location - Location is a short walk away from a tube station, which is quite nice. This place is uncomfortably small for two people, especially the bathroom. When I arrived, the host was unresponsive at first, leaving me outside with luggage for about 30 minutes or so.

• Ayşegül (7/5): Good - The apartment's location was great; being just a few hundred meters from the metro station made transportation very convenient. The small kitchen in the house provided a good opportunity to at least prepare breakfast for my son in the morning. The shower was great; we were able to take a nice shower with hot water, and there were plenty of clean towels available. The coffee machine was fantastic—perfect for me in the morning and for my son’s hot chocolate in the evening. Also, when we first arrived, there were small chocolates on the bed, which was a very nice gesture. Thank you! I could only use a small non-stick frying pan in the kitchen, and when I wanted to cook something for dinner, the two larger non-stick pots and pans available were scratched. Since using them in such a condition is unhealthy, I couldn't use them. The bed was very comfortable, but it would have been much more hygienic if there had been a protective cover under the sheet. My son (14 years old) and I stayed in the room, but there was only one chair. One of us had to sit on the bed to eat something. Despite sending two messages to the host, there was no response regarding providing us with an additional chair.

• Tiffany (9/5): Would recommend - clean, nice flat. Small but pleasant. - Great location! The property is very clean and well equipped. We had a nice stay and would recommend! The hosts were helpful, and there is a laundry facility on site. The flat is small but it was advertised as such and we expected it. For us we would still happily stay again, but if you are more than one person and have big luggage it might be challenging.
