• Janis (9/5): Viss bija ļoti labi; dzīvoklis bija plašāks un ērtāks, nekā gaidījām; tuvu svarīgākajiem objektiem. - Ļoti labs dzīvoklis, jo īpaši ģimenei ar bērniem. Plašas telpas, klusā vietā, bet tuvu svarīgākajiem objektiem. Ļoti tuvu Borough Market, Tate Modern un St.Paul Cathedral, ar kājām var aiziet arī uz Westminster Abbey u.c. Dzīvoklis ļoti labi aprīkots; bija viss nepieciešamais, lai uzturētos. Cena varētu būt zemāka, bet tas ir raksturīgi Londonai vispār, ka tur cena ir krietni augstāka nekā citās Eiropas pilsētās.
• Mateusz (5/5): Uwaga - Pełne wyposażenie razem z suszarką do włosów, płynami do mycia, tv i mikrofalówką. Lokalizacja dobra. Grzyb w łazience, brak ręczników (właściciel powiedział, że będą, ale niestety nie było. Były na drugi dzień dopiero wieczorem przyniesione pod drzwi w reklamówce foliowej ). Obiecano nam, że będzie herbata i kawa. Były 4 herbaty i jedna kawa dla 4 osób na 3 dni. Meble zniszczone Brak prześcieradła do kanapy - trzeba było jedną noc spać bez prześcieradła, bo było doniesione razem z ręcznikami.
• J (8/5): Great host and bad neighbour! - Great host, very responsive. Neighbour! I was staying alone and was eating in the kitchen speaking on the phone around 10:30 pm and someone knocks on the door telling me from behind is the neighbour and to be quiet and thin walls and that I am banging about. I wasn’t.
• Silvia (1/5): - El día de mi check-in, a las 14:00 horas, fui contactado desde el alojamiento para informarme de que no disponían del apartamento que yo había reservado. La comunicación fue muy vaga, y me encontré sin un lugar adecuado para hacer el check-in. Finalmente, me asignaron un apartamento completamente diferente al que contraté, en una ubicación distinta, notablemente más antiguo, sin luz en el baño y, en general, en condiciones mucho peores que las acordadas en mi reserva. Además, solicité en repetidas ocasiones una factura empresarial, ya que se trataba de un viaje de negocios. Sin embargo, este documento nunca fue enviado. Tras insistir, únicamente recibí una pseudofactura que no cumplía con los requisitos legales y fiscales necesarios para mi empresa.
• LORENZA (4/5): - Il giorno dell'arrivo mi hanno comunicato che l'appartamento, che avevo scelto e pagato, non era disponibile (perchè, a loro dire, i precedenti occupanti avevano fatto dei danni). Ci hanno dirottato in altro appartamento poco distante ma certamente di minor valore rispetto a quello da me scelto. Luce del bagno rotta (non sono venuti a ripararla nonostante lo avessimo subito segnalato e chiesto, quindi bagno al buio…), ci hanno dato solo 2 asciugamani per 4 persone (chiesti di aggiuntivi ma nessuna risposta). Mobili molto vecchi (le sedie avevano lo schienale quasi sbriciolato..) Non posso quindi recensire il Deluxe perché non ci sono nemmeno entrata …quello sostitutivo era in una buona posizione ma l’assistenza è stata assolutamente nulla e comunque non è quello che ho scelto.

• véronique (1/5): - Rien car je n'ai pas été dans ce logement que j'avais choisi. On m'en a attribué un autre, nettement moins bien que celui ci en photo, le jour de mon arrivée (à 17h30). Les toilettes et la lumière de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionnaient pas, pas de serviettes de toilette en arrivant (seulement le lendemain midi après plusieurs relances), pas de wifi. Pas de poignée sur la porte de la chambre, sols en piteux état, peu de communication. Je n'ai jamais vu le personnel malgré tous les problèmes rencontrés. J'ai appelé à 2 reprises, personne n'a répondu.

• Jes_r82 (1/5): Pessima esperienza. In Italia si chiamerebbe TRUFFA! - Esperienza PESSIMA! Dopo essere arrivati in loco sono iniziati i problemi. Innanzi tutto la difficoltà di comunicazione con la struttura che è stata completamente assente! Prima ci davano probabilmente la possibilità di effettuare un check in anticipato, poi scomparsi dalle comunicazioni per più di 2 ore, passate al freddo con un bambino in loro attesa. Una volta che si sono fatti risentire ci comunicano un indirizzo differente da quello che è presente su Booking, quindi appartamento differente da quello scelto sul sito (nettamente peggiore rispetto a quanto prenotato). Asciugamenti e carta igienica INESISTENTI quando siamo arrivati. Anche qua dopo esser riusciti a comunicare (circa 2/3 ore per riuscire a parlare con loro) con la struttura, con relativa promessa di portarceli e farceli trovare alla sera, questo non è avvenuto! Alla fine gli asciugamani, siamo dovuti andare a comprarceli il giorno dopo! L’appartamento non era quello prenotato e di fattura e qualità nettamente inferiore, con luce del bagno rotta, la chiusura della porta anche essa rotta (fortunatamente la porta dall’esterno però non poteva essere aperta) e riscaldamento non funzionate (tenendo conto che a ottobre a Londra ci sono 8/9 gradi direi che il problema era grave). Sul giro scale, all’esterno del palazzo la sera si accampava sempre un senza tetto con un grosso cane il che ha spaventato a morte mio figlio!!!! La mia esperienza purtroppo si riassume in PESSIMA! DIFFIDATE DA QUESTA STRUTTURA!
• Sadi (3/5): STRESSFUL - The address is the wrong one, even the postal code is wrong - i spent 1 hour under the rain wandering around, making several desperate calls to try and find the location, calls were not always answered, explanations very poor, key box almost impossible to open, very stressful experience. Please do not go there, you will get LOST. Plus upon arrival, no towels in the bathroom. BTW, why is it that they call it LUXURY appartments ? this is not luxury.
• Michael (8/5): Simple, basic accommodation, well-placed for the South Bank - If you're looking for a basic appartement, which is clean and well positioned (close to the South Bank and Borough underground station, you will not be disappointed. "Deluxe" is an exaggeration, it's quite basic (bring your own towels!). Provided that you're not looking for luxury, it's fine, clean, well positioned. Nice exchange with the owner via messaging.
• Kristína (9/5): Ubytovanie hodnotím veľmi dobre až na to správanie pani upratovačky o ktorom ubytovateľ možno ani nevie, bola by škoda k - Ubytovanie má naozaj super lokalitu, metro bolo vzdialené minútu pešo od ubytovania a do centra mesta to bolo kúsok asi 20 minút pešo k Tower Bridge, na základe toho sme chodili všade pešo a ušetrili sme dosť na cestovnom keďže metro v Londýne nie je najlacnejšie. Vybavenie bolo naozaj dobré, všade bolo čisto a zodpovedná to fotografiám. Ale aj nám chýbali uteráky, ale keďže s ubytovateľom bola super komunikácia hneď odpovedal na správy boli nám ihneď dodané. Ubytovateľ vyhovel všetkým našim požiadavkám a odpovedal na všetky správy čo hodnotím na výbornú. Malo to samozrejme aj malú chybičku, odchod z ubytovania bol o 11.00hod. Už o 10.20 som so všimla že pani upratovačka stojí pod oknami a čaká kedy odídeme, nakoľko sme ešte neboli pripravený tak sme sa ešte chystali a surovo o 10.59hod. si otvorila dvere a vyhodila nás so slovami že ona sa ponáhľa, my sme už boli pripravený na odchod ale bolo to trosku take neľudské nakoľko som ani obutá ešte nebola a von pred bytovkou na lavičke som si ešte balila ruksak. Prišlo mi len čudné prečo nám to nebolo povedané hneď nazaciatku keďže sme s ňou boli osobne a s ubytovateľom som bola po cely čas v kontakte. Keby povedali nech odídeme o hodinu skôr nebol by problém.

• Michelle (2/5): Very disappointing - Location and safe To arrive to untidy apartment,bed slept in , towels on floor dirty dishes in sink. Looked like someone just moved out to let us stay, but accordingly to them it was cleaning that never showed but yet to let the key in lock box without checking. Over priced. Hotel better option.
• Lewis (1/5): - Received a message from the host a few hours before I was due to check in saying there had been a problem with the electricity at the property I had booked so I would be staying in an alternative property. The alternative property was nothing like that advertised, it was much worse, and not close to the property I had booked. To top it all off, it was one of the hottest days of the year and the window wouldn't open so the flat was boiling hot.
• Salvador (2/5): Not deluxe at all - Nice and convenient location. Bed was comfy Dirty sheets. Only two smelly towels for three people for the whole stay. Used condom sachet down the bed, and old dirty hairbrush in the shoe cabinet. We found a dirty towel laundry bag in the wardrobe. The bedroom was full of mold...all the apartment needs serious cleaning. Not deluxe at all.

• Mario (7/5): Location buona. Staff e servizio molto carente. - L'appartamento si trova in una zona vicina alla fermata della metro di Borough raggiungibile in pochi minuti. In zona ci sono supermercati, ristoranti, fast food. In circa 20/25 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere tower bridge. Avevo chiesto la possibilità di effettuare il chek in anticipatamente e mi era stata confermata la disponibilità, ma all'arrivo l'appartamento non era ancora pronto. La signora che stava ancora facendo le pulizie non era stata informata del nostro arrivo anticipato. Una volta entrati in appartamento non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani da bagno. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare telefonicamente il sig. Adam diverse volte prima di ricevere risposta. Dopo numerosi solleciti e messaggi via watsapp gli asciugamani sono arrivati alle 23:00 !!!! Pulizia dei locali accettabile, un po di muffa nella doccia.

We went there to stay with 4 guests and we informed the owner before we arrive for the number of guests. They promised to provide the entire facilities for 4 guests. Unfortunately, there were no towels for 2 guests and the owner said that he would bring it for us but it never happened.

• Izrrael (6/5): It was good in general, I would recommend due the location. - Location is great, metro is near. They were nice enough to allow us checking early on the first day. Mold in the bathroom that can be resolved with a bit of effort.

• Eva (9/5): - lokalita bola super, 2 min. chôdze ku Metru - Stanica Borough, cca 10 min. chôdze na London bridge a odtiaľ ku Tower bridge. Byt útulný, prakticky zariadený, nechýbalo nič, možno by sme očakávali viac uterákov, keďže sme boli 4 (2 dospelí + 2 deti). Komunikácia s ubytovateľom dobrá - reagoval na správy takmer hneď. odporúčame :)

• Natalie (5/5): Good location but not ideal with a baby. - Great location and easy access to apartment once we had finally got in contact with owner. Very specious and relatively well equipped. Requested a cot which didn’t arrive until day 2, meaning I had to sleep with my 6 month old on the uncomfortable sofa bed with a duvet that had no cover. The apartment had been cleaned but in need of some updating to make it actually look clean. Was a little tricky to get pram and baby up the stairs to the apartment.

• Shaun (7/5): Location is Great, would not describe the apartment as Luxury. - The location of the apartment is great, good location even for taking short taxi rides into central London. train station nearby with access to local shops just around the corner. Although this is in a good location, i would not class this as a luxury apartment. everything you need was there for a few days stay but i was quite underwhelmed at the property its self.

• Agata (8/5): Good location and good value for money for 4 people, but read the small print (deposit needed) - - Excellent location, close to the Borough Station - You get two separate rooms to sleep in (bedroom and livingroom with sofabed) - Eveything you need for overnight stay, eveything was working for us (wifi, hot water, heating, kitchen stuff) - We were 4 adults and we all were comfortable and enjoyed staying in the apartmet - For London's standards it's a good apartment, small imperfections don't matter to us - Read the small print: I had to pay a security deposit directly to the owner before the arrival, but we got it back day after ( I guess the owner had bad experience with previous clients) - I had to contact the host before the arrival to confirm the time we will be there (which can be tricky when you are out and about and don't know when you get there, and I felt uncertain if the owner will be there at that time.) The owner was there waitng for us, at 9 pm - but I felt it would be easier if we could just get the keys anytime. - There was only one large towel and we the owner had to go and bring us more, which we got 1h later...

• Amalie (5/5): - Rigtig god beliggenhed lige ved Borough Market, 2 km fra London Eye, Big Ben mm. Det var nemt at komme til lejligheden, og krævede kun en kort gå tur fra metroen. Vi var inden ankomst ikke informeret om, hvordan vi fik adgang til nøglen. Vi ringede til udlejeren, som guidede os hen til den rigtige opgang, nøgleboksen var dog tom, så udlejeren kom efter ca 45 min, med en nøgle til os. Han var meget flink og imødekommende. Stedet var meget beskidt, med skimmelsvamp i alle vinduer, og markant på badeværelset. Lejligheden var meget slidt og ingen borde til at spise ved, ikke en gang et sofabord. Alle (de to der er i lejligheden) er dobbeldyner - så vi sov 2 voksne og et barn med en dyne, og 2 voksne med en dyne inde på sofaen.

• Natali (4/5): Not worth the money - grubby and unkept - The kitchen was the nicest room, well-equipped with a washer dryer. Even though the kitchen tap was wobbly and the utensils all had to be washed again to use. The location was good too as it's just a few mins walk from Borough tube station and London train station, and the river isn't far. Bed was comfortable, plenty of sheets and loo roll etc, heating worked and area was quiet (at this point I'm thankful for the bare minimum). Firstly, no one contacted us about where to get the keys or confirmed check-in time. We booked this for Christmas week and had even asked if the flat would be decorated (it wasn't) - laughable now considering the state of the place. We managed to get through to a number and were told where to find the keys. The apartment is grubby. Not dirty (sheets and towels were all good) but the blinds were mouldy and broken, the grouting and walls in the bathroom speckled with mould, the wardrobes had no hangers and were full of crap including a bag of wet towels and linen the cleaner had left behind that we had to ask them to collect. The entire place was falling apart and uncared for. And this place was NOT cheap to rent. There were no instructions for anything - wifi, washing machine, how to check out (we just left on the last day, zero communication). At one point the hot water stopped working and they sent us a YouTube video to fix it ourselves. The guy on the other end of the phone always answered and offered to send people round but who wants that on Christmas Day? If they were to spend a bit of time and money and communicated with guests properly they could have a decent property, at the moment I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. Especially not over Christmas.

Fraudulent. - The owner asked me for a security deposit of £100 which I paid but it has not been returned to me despite barely being in the property/leaving it exactly as I found it. I have chased repeatedly. It feels fraudulent. The check in was also around 2 hours later than agreed as the property was not ready.

• Richard (4/5): Not really good... - Good location, relatively cheap. We had to do a self check-in, although the host said he would come at the apartment. There was no hot water/heating and the boiler did not work. We contacted the host who allegedely contacted a technician but we never received a message what to do to get it work. Fortunately, one of my friends managed to solve the problem but he had to do it at least 4 times during our short stay. The apartment was also not the cleanest, especially the windows and the shower. The couch was uncomfortable to sleep on and there were only 2 "bar" chairs and a tiny table.

• Yordanova (6/5): Good location but needs more attention on amenities. - Good location, personal welcome. The property needs renovation. There was no Internet for the first night. We could not get hot water. We had to adjust the settings of the boiler ourselves so that we could have hot water. This should be something the homeowner insures is set fine before check in.
• Eum Kara (4/5): - The location was good to close the station. It was good because there were many shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. The staff answered quickly when I asked them. I found the apartment address at first, but I was really embarrassed where to go because they didn't give me the information to enter the apartment in advance. When I called him, he told me where to pick up the key, and I wouldn't have been able to enter the apartment without the phone. I thought I was scammed at first..The structure is really good for sleeping for a day, but it was too small for the family to go away. I don't know all the British people live in a small place, but..The room and living room are nice, but the bathroom was really disappointing. The door knob was broken and could not be closed, only two towels were given to four family members, and there was no shampoo or body wash. The kitchen faucet also shook and seemed to break.

Deluxe is not an accurate description of this apartment - it is functional or basic at best. it’s clean but worn & the facilities are basic. there were no towels when we arrived - although some dropped some off 24 hours later we had already bought some so we could have a shower. door handles were falling off - we couldn’t shut the bathroom door. there is mould in the bathroom & satins on the sofa. tried contacting owner multiple times to confirm check in info & request towels. communication is very slow.
• Paula (7/5): Good location, kind host, some minor and acceptable issues - We really liked the location, very close to nearby attractions and the host was very kind and helpful. Finding the apartment and getting the keys from the lockbox was not easy, I had to facetime with the host but he was very helpful and kind. The bathroom door handle was broken and the bathroom overall is a bit small so it's not very comfortable. The apartment lacks a more proper table and chairs to eat, but other than that it was well equipped.

• Paul (3/5): Definitely NOT Deluxe - Good location, with Borough Market, London Bridge and Tower Bridge all in comfortable walking distance. Good size and could be good, but needs some serious cleaning and tlc. After booking and paying in full, the host contacted to ask for £100 to be transferred by BACS as a refundable damage security and for passport details. This was not mentioned at all pre-booking. After questioning this, the host agreed neither were needed. The property is dirty and in need of some tlc generally, with flaking paint on a number of doors and cupboards. The bathroom in particular, is mouldy and I would guess the toilet hasn’t seen bleach in a long while. The TV has no terrestrial or satellite channels, so is only suitable for internet tv or PC/stick based viewing. The living room has very basic furnishing and the only seating (a corner sofa) is uncomfortable. No toiletries provided and only a small, thin towel.
• Liudmyla (3/5): I guess the only reason to stay there is only if you need 2 beds in London. - London I guess it is quite missleading to call thaat sort of apartments Delux. Very few things in the apartment worked properly. Door handles fell off, you have to stick a piece of wood between the door and the floor to keep them open. A lot of small things that add up to deprive you of any comfort of being there. The owner was friendly, but this place really needs to be fixed up and renamed accordingly.
