- Dimitrios (5/5): geht so...viel zu machen hat aber Potential zu teuer - Die größe vom Haus für eine Familie war sehr toll. Das Dorf war sehr ruhig und man konnte sich sehr gut erholen.Vom ort aus kommt man mit dem Auto sehr schnell an den schönen strände und die Stadt Preveza.Ein ganz grossen PKW parkplatz ist auch direkt neben dem Haus aber leider nicht bedeckt. Alle zimmer hatten Klimaanlage die sehr gut waren.Duschkopf etc waren auch gut. Alle fenster hatten Mückenschutz gehabt die in guten zustand waren. Wlan empfang war sehr gut und die 50.000leitung war top. Lose Steckdosen die aus der wand raus hängen.Waschmaschiene die nicht geschleudert hat alle wäsche waren ganz durch nass noch.Sauberkeit von allen zimmer waren nicht toll.unter dem bett im Schlafzimmer waren noch Gegenstände vom anderen Gäste und sehr viel dreck staub etc. Die fenster besonders in der Küche richtung Balkon war so dreckig das man kaum raus schauen könnte.Lose Kabeln stehen aus vielen wände raus ( ich hoffte das da kein strom drauf war ). was mich aber sehr gestört hat war das Katzenklo auf dem balkon. das ist eigentlich eine grosse Vase wo blumen eingepflanzt werden und genau dort haben kater und anderen katzen ihr Kott gemacht . 2 meter entfernt wo man sein Frühstück und Abend essen genießen kann wenn man nicht diesen geruch hätte. Viele Katzen waren auch da. 2 oder 3 stück stören mich nicht aber es waren bestimmt ca 10 auf dem grundstück die auch immer nach oben zu uns kamen. manche katzen haben sich auch erbrochen auf den balkonstühle und Tisch.jeden tag musste man das erbrochene weg putzen. ( wir haben die katzen nie gefüttert )

- Emmanouil (9/5): Great accommodation for the Preveza area. We could stay again! - Great location, elevated in the hills of Nicopolis. All bedrooms equipped with A/C and big area of kitchen and living room. Outside balcony was great for breakfast or dinners. The owners are very friendly and really make you feel welcomed.
