Guest Reviews
- Mohammad S (10/5): - I really liked how the host respected our faith and left u two prayer mats with a welcome card. We really enjoyed the 4 nights in this house with every thing we needed were in the right place.
- Big Tone (8/5): - Location No downstairs bathroom.
Beds were not to comfortable in my opinion. Thus is just my opinion.

- Tamara (5/5): Not worth the price tag you paid! And cleaning fees for nothing - Location was amazing! Very roomy The house was not clean, walls were filthy , stains on the carpets, tiles look like they haven’t been mopped very sticky and feet were dirty after walking on them. Did email booking company and they offered to send a cleaner for the walls next day. Holes in toilet walls, there was grime and dirty on toilet wall. Bathroom water was warm did not get very hot at all. There was ALOT of spiders and spider webs throughout the house. Could not open kitchen /lounge room windows to let house breath or get fresh air. There was a mattress in one of the room in the cupboard with a rust/blood stain on it. There was no plugs for the kitchen sinks. Beds are hard also. Overall very unhappy for price that was paid
- Ross (7/5): Good -
- Josephine (8/5): A relaxing and enjoyable stay. - Location... modern property... secure parking... garden area... spacious Quite few of the blinds in the dining area were broken or misfunctioning so they could not be opened.
Upstairs toilet leaked & made noise during the night.
- Anonymous (8/5): I enjoyed my stay. Lovely place and in a very good location. - The property was super clean. Like, sparkling clean👌🏾. Heating was really good. First aid kit came in handy as I needed bandaids, saved me a trip to go to the pharmacy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Wifi was fast and reliable. Very nice place👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Being asked to take the wheelie bins out on set days👎🏾. There is actually a timetable for guests on the fridge with bin collection dates. And it’s 4 huge wheelie bins. It’s a distance where you are supposed to wheel the bins to, about 150m or so in the cold. I don’t treat my own guests like that at home. Why should guests that pay be asked to take the bins to the street? When I raised this with staff and said to them I am prepared to take my rubbish back to Melbourne because I wasn’t prepared to be wheeling previous guests rubbish, I was initially told that it’s standard. Lucky, I stayed on days when none of the bins were due for collection, so the staff member ended up saying I shouldn’t worry. I also didn’t like that there is a bit of a smell in the house, maybe opening the windows a bit more will fix that. About leaving the house clean, I didn’t really have a problem with that but please provide a mop or something if you expect guests to leave your property clean. I ended up having to ask a family member I had visited to bring a mop to clean. I wasn’t prepared to pay $70 per hour for leaving the house unclean. So after booking the accomodation you get a list of rules, please provide rules before people book. The wheelie bin issue was a big deal for me. The rest of the rules were reasonable. I paid $700+ for 2 nights, surely that should cater for bins. Please always wash dishes before using them. They expect guests to wash dishes and put them away. For a public accommodation, dishes should be thouroughly cleaned. I wasn’t surprised as some dishes were put away dirty. So always wash dishes before use. I think the staff whould run the dishes in the dishwasher before putting them away. How can you trust guests to wash dishes. People just wipe dishes, it’s so unhygienic.
I quote “CLEANING: The property is to be left as you found it with all dishes washed and put away and all food removed from refrigerator and cupboards.
