the Glen shopping centre was literally across the road and was great.
the station was there too. only thing missing was tongs and spatulas when we cooked breakfast for bacon and eggs.Otherwise everything was there what you needed

- Jessica (10/5): Gorgeous Gorgeous !! - Beautiful Apartment and foyer. The Location was amazing in terms of access to the train station and The Glen for shopping needs. The apartment felt so homely, and came with all appliances you need for your stay. In short everything that was needed was available! The host Harry was delightful, especially during the power outage we had, the communication was awesome for the circumstances! Only one thing was the bathroom cabinets had a little bit of dirt buildup! But besides from that everything was super clean and professional! When I booked originally it shows the pool and gym as part of the booking, so was a little bummed to find it wasn’t but I feel like that was just an error as it was in the building across the road run by the same team!

- Johcvink (8/5): Family visit to Melbourne - The staff, helpfull, friendly, efficient and effective, easy to contact and very fast to replay. Flexible any time of day checkin, this great for international travellers, who might have late arrival times, they cannot control. The apartment was very clean. 2 minutes walk from Glen Waverly metro train, and the bus station. So rapid access to Melbourne CBD. Furniture was a bit limited, I would have preferred real dining chairs instead of bar stools.

It's near the railway station and The glen. It is not a hotel, it's a service apartment, don't expect any service, weekly cleaning only. No staff at desk, no desk. At same price you can get international hotel which is near by.

Quite well equipped if want to cook but we never cook as there were plenty of food places nearby. The location was very good. Its right besides a shopping mall and within 5 mins walk to Glen Waverley train station.
Harry was amazing - attentive and very helpful. He met us upon arrival at the apartment and briefed us thoroughly. The washing machine and dryer are pretty new and very clean. Glad we chose this place. Nothing

- Anonymous (9/5): Spacious and comfortable and a good facility for a visiting relative with mobility issue. it is fairly clean and safe. - it has a view albeit the view was multi-storey car park, school and railway station. we could not use the veranda as it rained and was cold at the time we were at the apartment. we like the space as you walk into the flat / kitchen. The bathroom was spacious but could do with a optional self directional shower ( hand held shower extension). Bed was clean and comfortable. Good self regulating temperature control. all necessary facilities in the kitchen. Laundry facilities excellent. sofas were comfortable. There is a lacking in shelves. you can only hang clothes and not smalls.
Could do with a optional self directional shower ( hand held shower extension). one is drench from top to toes. so you will need to take your makeup off before shower. no quick shower and touch up and go.
Bed sheets are wedged under the mattress - uncomfortable at feet end. would be better with just duvet.
The flat is sort of clean. Could not mop the floors as the mop at the flat leaves mor dirt and water as you mop. Dreadful mop.
