• Bandini (9/5): - Appartamento molto bello, luminoso e comodo. Posizione eccezionale per poter visitare Roma comodamente senza necessità di spostarsi coi mezzi. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Super consigliato. Scale abbastanza ripide e strette per arrivare ai piani. Per noi non sono state un problema ma magari cui ha bimbi o bagagli ingombranti potrebbe avere qualche difficoltà.
• Ines (7/5): Trevi - Meest centrale locatie naast Trevi fontein, en zeer comfortabele bedden . Als studio is het ideaal maar om te koken is het bare minimum, je betaald vooral voor de locatie maar om te eten staat de tafel tegen de muur en is er weinig plaats dus nogal duur voor de ruimte .
• Terena (7/5): Good but lock on door to the building needs to be changed as it inhibits access - Good location and clean apartment in safe area. The lock on the outside door to enter the building was not working correctly. Eventually through trial and error and with precision accuracy with key placement and right amount of force you could eventually access however took 10-15 mins at times to get inside......the gentleman staying in downstairs apartment had to give us entry on two occasions, he mentioned he had the same issue so it wasn't just the sets of keys we were using. The lock needs to be replaced as this is not ideal for females travelling alone to gain access quickly or at all.... it inhibited my travels as I could not gain entry to the building on my own so had to relay on my partner to travel back with me each time.
• Federica (8/5): - L’ampiezza dell’appartamento e il fascino di essere esattamente di fianco al Quirinale e in pieno centro storico Le modalità di consegna delle chiavi ci hanno obbligato ad attendere 40 minuti fuori dall’appartamento in attesa che l’incaricato arrivasse. Non Ci avevano informato che l’appartamento, trovandosi in zona ztl, non era raggiungibile con l’auto questo ha causato grande disagio con le valigie. Zona bella ma molto confusionaria (fontana di Trevi affollatissima a tutte le ore). Angolo cottura non adatto per cucinare.

• Nazia (4/5): top location otherwise not really clean - the location is excellent but the appartment would benefit from some deep cleaning, I founs some sharp glass object on the carpet. We could have seriously hurt ourselves. The towels could be cleaner not very clean. Minimal comfort provided the door of the appartment is extremely hard to open with the keys and need reapair
• Joanna (7/5): Good - The refrigerator was broken during our entire stay. We wanted refrigerate and saw online that it had a refrigerator which is part why we rented a flat. But they didn’t put a new one in before we arrived.

• Bárbara (10/5): Comfortable, clean and perfectly located. - It was modern and fully equipped. The uphill location is a bit uncomfortable for travelers with large suitcases.

• Karen (5/5): Overall good for a central location but the apartment lacks quality and doesn’t lend itself to spending too much time in - Check in process was smooth and easy and well communicated. The location of the property was great. Walking distance to most of the main attractions Due the location being close to the Trevi fountain and surrounding streets it was very noisy throughout the night. Due to the age of the building, the windows where very thin so did nothing to insulate from outside noise. It is marketed as a 2 bedroom apartment but it is really a 1 bedroom with an open second bedroom off the living space. The inclusions stated a tumble dryer but there wasn’t one in the apartment. Bathroom had a odour coming from sewerage which wasn’t enjoyable. Very basic provisions with only coffee pods. No tea, sugar, salt/pepper or bottled water, small milk for coffee. The lounge sofa was very hard and the cushions would slide out and you would constantly have to adjust it back.
• Topdemir (8/5): Sofa in the living room needs to be fixed because bottom part was keep falling apart! - Location was very good but since there was constraction near by there was a noise till morning had hard time to fall sleep. I guess it was only for this month.

• James (10/5): Excellent apartment, excellent location, we had a great time. - My Family of 3 traveled to 4 properties around Italy in two weeks. This was the best. Excellent location in the middle of the old part of Rome next to the Trevi Fountain. It is located on a quite road. Check in we were met by Peter, shown the property and given the key. Property was clean and very well designed. Most attractions were within walking distance. We will stay there again. In the morning the bottles were collected by bin trucks from the near by restaurants. They echoed up the hill to the apartment and were very loud.
• Lisa (9/5): Great location - Allowed us to drop our bags early so we could enjoy the city! The climb up three flights of winding steep stairs was a little bit of an issue
