- Emily (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Hanoi - Absolutely perfect hotel in the heart of Hanoi very close to train street. We arrived very early hours of the morning and our owner arranged self check in which was a life saver. The room was spotless and the facilities were very modern. Washing machine was available to use with no extra fee. Couldn’t recommend more!

- Lena (10/5): -
- Joel (9/5): Great apartment in a cute, quiet area of Hanoi - Very cute and cosy place. Away from the hustle of main Hanoi, but a short walk away from all the major touristy spots. Staff is very friendly, and the apartment itself is extremely clean and comfortable just like the photos. Perfect for a short of long stay if you want to unwind from the noise! Everything was perfect!
- Wei-Yu (10/5): This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The host is very gentle and kind, the facilities, the cleanliness eve -
- Marko (10/5): - Soba je zelo čista, osebej je super prijazno. To sobo zelo priporočam. Nič
- ALEKSANDRA (10/5): Aleksandra i Antonio- Polska - Nowy czysty apartament wyposażony w niezbędne urządzenia, dobra lokalizacja, blisko Train Street i przystanku autobusu 32, którym można dotrzeć na dworzec autobusowy firmy Futa.
- Jon (10/5): -
- Sebastian (8/5): - Very nice apartament, perfect for my solo trip to hanoi. Good location, very helpful staff.
- Hong Hanh (8/5): - New facilities and spaciousness Hard mattress
- Craige (9/5): Clean & contemporary apt with good central location. Not much natural light. Would stay here again. - Very good communication from the owner.
The room looks great - consistent with the online pictures. Clean and contemporary. Perhaps a little spartan. If you are looking for quirky/eccentric/charming/historic, this may not be the right place. But if you like the looks of the pics online (as I did), then you will be content.
There is plenty of nice storage space for your belongings. Electrical outlets are cleverly positioned to help with charging devices.
The bed was quite firm and the pillows a little rubbery - but comfortable overall. Good bed linens.
Good working A/C and fan. With the a/c fan on, I heard no outside noises from 10pm to 650am during my stay.
The bathroom is nicely done. There is a clever/functional shower head set up. You have to turn on the hot water a few minutes before you shower (clearly communicated by owner). Toilet paper is decent quality. Note: toilet paper goes in trash not toilet.
There is a small, efficient kitchen area: fridge, microwave, cooking surface, kettle - all small-ish; and with the kitchen basics included here (except for drinking glasses) you could definitely self cater. With delicious and inexpensive food all over the place in Hanoi, I'm not sure why you would want to self-cater, but you could.
Room is accessed by elevator.
This is a good central location: Train Street, Beer Street, restaurants and stores catering to tourists are all a short walk away. And Grab app taxis seemed able to find the address easily, were readily available, and made excursions by cab easy (and very inexpensive).
The property prefers that you pay cash upon arrival. This is indicated in the reservation. I was short on cash and appreciated that the property let me pay by credit card (for a reasonable additional fee).
The property is not perfect (I've noted some issues below - mostly very minor) - but overall this proved a very good option. There were some negatives, which I'll note here for completeness - but a very good stay overall.
There was construction noise at 650am. The property manager had warned me about the risk (but indicated it started at 8 or 9); but drilling noises started early and was VERY hard to ignore.
The view from the front of the hotel is not particularly salubrious; the street has a lot of shops doing moped repair. That gives a disappointing initial impression; but the rooms are nice, the property feels safe, and the overall location is very convenient. Don't let it put you off.
Water pressure was a bit light - but adequate.
No drinking glasses - just two coffee mugs.
The LED lighting was a little intense/harsh.
The "view" out of the one window was of a solid wall of the next building - only about 4 feet away. This may not be a great choice if you want lots of natural light.
- alexxandrasj (8/5): - The host was very welcoming and helpful - always answered fast and was very accommodating. The room pretty much looks like the pictures and everything is very new. There was construction work going on next to the building during my stay, but the host was very informative about this, which I appreciated. She even paid me back a small amount due to construction during one of the evenings. Personally, I felt that the bed was quite hard. The kitchen could also have been a little bit better equipped.
- Marco (9/5): great stay, was very relaxing and Loan is so helpful and attentive - the property was a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of hanoi, allowing for easy access to food and souvenirs! the facilities were all clean and well maintained. the owner was extremely helpful at all hours of the day and night. I had misplaced my wallet in a Grab and Loan wss able to organise the wallet to be returned within an hour of us informing her of our issue! the service was simply amazing and we are so happy with our stay! The bed was a bit hard but we still slept quite well!
- Aaron (10/5): -
- Michael (10/5): Perfect Place to stay! - I have been to Hanoi several times. This accommodation was the best I have had so far. Check-in was easily arranged via WhatsApp, and any other queries were answered promptly at any time. The service apartment itself is very centrally located, just a few minutes' walk west of Train Street and the western edge of the Old Quarter. Located on a side street, street noise is not a problem, even for an apartment with a balcony. I have never slept so peacefully in Hanoi. The beds are a little harder, as mentioned in other comments. Personally, I find that wonderful. With ample storage space, the apartment is also well-suited for two people travelling together. The furnishings appear very new and offer ample storage space, as well as a kitchenette. Perfectly equipped. In addition to a roof terrace, there is also the option of using the washing machines provided. I will most likely choose this place for my next trip again! Other comments mentioned an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. In my experience, however, this concern is not with the shower or sink, but rather with the drain, which is often built into the floor. Rinsing it occasionally with a little water or placing a towel over the drain usually helps – so it's not really a problem. I'm only writing this under ‘Negatives’ to show that I really had nothing to complain about :-)
- Andrii (10/5): - Perfect place to stay. Good location. Nice modern apartment with a kitchen. Rooftop terrace, washing machine. Like home!
- Ellie_D_T (8/5): -
- Thư (10/5): Must-try homestay - The owner, staff, location, facilities and the awesome view from the rooftop. The homestay is exactly what it looks like in the photos. Nothing
- Hien (9/5): -
- Kateřina (10/5): Great stay! - We had a great stay at the Vincent apartment and we gladly recommend it! The apartment manager, Loan, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even contacted us before our arrival to make sure everything is going smoothly. The room was nice, clean and cosy and the location is close to the main sightseeing places. We will be happy to stay here again!
- Remco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (8/5): Very good -
- Samuel (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (7/5): Pleasant but expensive - Overpriced for what you get
- Juan (8/5): Walking distance from train street. Good value for money - Close from train street. Apartment was brand new. All amenities. Host was friendly and resourceful The mattress was very hard. I could not rest properly
- Max (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohamed (10/5): Spacious, clean, and cozy apartment with great facilities. Convenient mini kitchen, free laundry, and modern design. A c - This apartment is spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The modern and cozy design enhances the overall comfort of the stay. Even the bathroom is spotless and well-equipped.
The room includes a mini kitchen and microwave, which is very convenient for preparing ready-to-eat meals.
Additionally, the rooftop is equipped with free washing machines and dryers, making laundry hassle-free—guests only need to bring their own detergent.
Overall, the facilities are excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. To reach the city center, it is recommended to take a Grab or taxi. Walking is also an option, though it takes approximately 30 minutes (around 2 km).
- Bernadette (9/5): Lovely stay in quiet part - Service from staff was lovely! Nothing
- Anatolii (10/5): Great apartment - A very nice apartment in a very nice building. The host very responsive. -
- Stefanie (9/5): Superb - Host was super helpful and friendly. Ahead was also very responsive to messages. Place was spacious and clean. I liked the location, easy walk into the old town within 10-15 minutes whilst being a little bit outside the hustle and bustle.
- Dnyanada (8/5): Very good -
- Pankaj (10/5): A Memorable stay. - The Studio was a big one with all the facilities like kitchenware, toiletries, towels , sheets and also a washing machine on the roof top with a Dryer , as mentioned on the site. The room and bathroom were clean and airy with a strong AirCon. They clean the room everyday and Change the towels. The The Property is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The Train street is Just a street away and the Old Quarter is only 15 mins walk. The Host Loan is a Cute Girl who will explain everything in English during checkin. After that , One can communicate with her on Whatsapp and She responds Positively. Overall an excellent stay . Will again stay with them if in Hanoi. Nothing that didn't meet our expectation .
- Annika (8/5): Very good -
- Ephrata (10/5): I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Hanoi. It was clean, cozy, and in a great location—peaceful and quiet at nig -
- Anton (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent room, very secured (lobby and the room have separate keys), very nice and friendly girl Loan who helped us.
- Kristina (8/5): Very good -
- Šarūnas (9/5): Matched ezpectations - I stayed in a 1 bedroom appartment. The room was very quiet and actually looked very new (as of 2025 March). It had all the equipment needed, and it was a nice place to stay and rest. The location in the city was also fairly good. The windows were to the building next door, 1 meter distance to the window of its stairway, so altough it didnt cause any noises or issues and it wasnt busy, it was a surprise. Curtains were definitely shut during the stay.
The bed matress was quite hard, but that generally looked as the theme in Hanoi...
- Charice (10/5): Hands down the best accomodation ever in Hanoi - will definitely stay at Vincent again when we’re in the city! - Clean, comfortable and fully equipped accommodation with kitchen. We did not have any expectations but we were absolutely delighted! Truly loved our stay in the area and we got to explore a chiller side of Hanoi city. Will definitely be back. None!
- Nguyen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Loek (10/5): Comfortable stay at walking distance from Old Quarter and Citadel. - Walking distance from Hanoi Old Quarter and Thăng Long Citadel / Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
Studio/room was really comfortable: modern bed(room), bathroom (best shower of our Vietnam-trip), and kitchenette (altough I wonder who would use it with so many great eateries nearby).
Accommodation does not include breakfast. However, if you walk eastward, there are plenty food stalls with banh mi, pho or bun cha.
Great service! Always quick respons via Whatsapp. And we were very happy to be able to check-in at 4 AM, after arriving with a nightbus.
Would definately recommend and visit again! Located in a bustling street with loads of motorbike repair shops - if you're sleeping in the front ("01"-serie rooms) the street can be a tat bit noisy between 7 AM and 9 PM. Street calms down a lot when shops close. Might be quieter if you're sleeping on the other side (102, 202, 302, etc.).
- Wendy (8/5): Very good - Helpful host. Great to have access to a washing machine and dryer. The street appearance was a bit of a surprise but it seemed ok. A bit of traffic noise but not enough to keep you awake.
- Deepak (10/5): Very clean apartment with nice facilities. All places of interest are within 1.7 km. - Ms Loan was there to receive us. She gave us a guided tour of all the facilities available in the apartment and how to operate each appliance.
She was also very helpful in suggesting to us various places to visit / markets around.
The apartment was very clean and nicely maintained.
The location is so good that all the historic places as well as train street & markets are in close proximity. UPVC windows are not very effective. So if you want to catch a nap in the day hours, it's a bit noisy due to continuous 2 wheeler traffic.
- Hanh (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean and quite close to the Old Quarter but not as crowded as in the Old Quarter. It is within a walking distance to many main attractions. We had a good stay there and will definitely stay there again when we are back to Hanoi. We enjoyed our stay in general so nothing to complain about.
- Sofia (6/5): Pleasant - Location in the city center. The smell of smoke in the apartment.
- Isabel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hemant (9/5): Superb -
- Gabor (10/5): Perfect - Good location.
- Gabor (10/5): Perfect - Very good location. New building. -
- Lydiawati (9/5): Excellent stay - The room was spatious and well equipped (incl microwave oven and kettle, fridge...) and clean... lot's of storage spaces...
The bedsheets were clean and the towels (in 3 different sizes) too...
A small dining table with 2 chairs...
Hot water with strong current for the shower
Wifi working good... AC and fan available
There was even washing machine and dryer available on top floor...
Big screen smart TV The location was in the neighbourhood of people coming modifying cars, but it's still feel safe...
- Dušan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arjun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Montyab (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and well-located. It is about 10 minutes away from the old quarter. Loan is a great host. She helped me check in and was always available via Whatsapp. I felt safe as a solo traveller. Nothing.
- Rishabh (10/5): Amazing stay in Hanoi - Extremely helpful owner
- Giulio (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice room in a quite area of the old Quarter. Many attractions are within walking distance and there are many options to eat out. Great host.
- Katerina (10/5): Quiet location and comfortable stay - Everything was better than we expected. We stayed in several hotels in Vietnam and Studio-Vincent Apartment was the best so far. Everything worked well in the room, the room was clean, the washing machine has a dryer option (it was very helpful so we didn't need to dry clothes in the room. Detergent was also provided). Staff were extremely helpful and professional.
Location is a bit far from the centre of the city, but it is very quiet there and easy and quick to book a grab taxi (or ask stuff to help the taxi) and reach any touristic place.
- Chetan (7/5): Excellent property, but hospitality needs improvement. - Posh and clean property that comes with an elevator and a digitally locked main entrance that can only be accessed by guests, making it quite secure for kids and families to stay as well. It is located on a street with many trees on both sides, with cafes and restaurants at walking distance. The room we booked was super clean and had windows that opened up into a standing balcony facing a street, making it fun to watch the locals start their day in the morning and also to check the weather conditions. The room also came with a water purifier, stove top and microwave and a super clean bathroom. Overall, a very good property at this price point. 1) There is no staff at the property except for the cleaning lady. 2) We were asked to pay the full amount at check-in time even before we could settle down into our rooms. When asked the reason, we were told that this is a studio apartment and not a hotel. This did not make much sense to us since we stayed at 7 different properties during our travel across Vietnam and none of them asked us to pay a single penny until we checked-out, even though the final bill was as high as 4 million VND at most properties. 3) The host was not very helpful and was mostly concerned with making sure we pay the amount on check-in and checkout on time. Being new to the country and city, guests will rely on the hospitality of the hosts, but the host simply responded with "I don't know" for many of our questions and requests. Hospitality needs to be improved. 4) The location is a bit far from old quarter and places of interest so a grab is a must, unless you don't mind walking for 30 mins.
- Diem (10/5): The best stay i ever have in Hanoi - Good facilities, clean room, nice location Nothing
- Keanu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (10/5): An oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Hanoi! - A comfortable and well-equipped room within easy reach of everything you’d want to see in Hanoi, yet is nice and quiet, which was perfect for us. We just needed a quiet room for 1 night before a long flight, but I can see how you could easily spend a week or so in this space given the kitchen and desk facilities Nothing
- Rukaiya (9/5): Superb stay in Hanoi - Great accommodation tucked away in a quiet corner, but located within walking distance of most of Hanoi's attractions. The staff and the owner were super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable, without hassle and ultimately, perfect!
- Duy (9/5): Superb -
- Thanh (5/5): It’s ok for short-term staying. - The property is quite clean and private, however, the room had not-too-fresh air and I feel suffocating. There was no staff in the property, so if I wanted to ask for anything, I would have to contact through Booking apps chat, e.g., cleaning or exchanging towels, and checking out.
There was no balcony for this property and it is beside another building with big glass window. People in that building can see us doing anything if we open our window curtain.
- Marcin (10/5): If I back to Hanoi I will stay there for sure! - I love everything! The owner was amazing friendly and helpful. Satisfaction 10000000%
- Dominik (9/5): 4 nights and we really enjoyed it there - The appartment was very spacious and clean and the staff/owners are really kind! It is located in a more calm area of town but with many interesting places in walking distance. The bed was really really hard - not a negative point but we had to get used to it;)
- Bilal (10/5): I recommend - Every thing in the apartment was new. Clean and comfortable. Not noisy , and there is a washing machine and a dryer free to use. Nothing
- Sofiana (10/5): Excellent stay. - Well located property with very good facilities and amenities. I will stay here again when I am coming back to Hanoi.
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb -
- Alexey (8/5): Quite comfortable place, close to various sightseeings in Hanoi - The room was big and comfy, with new kitchen stuff and good Wi-Fi. It's close to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Train Street, and the Old Town, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby for different budgets. The only thing I could see from the window was a wall of the adjacent building, so not much natural light. However, because of that, I probably got less noise from the street.
- Reilly (10/5): The location is perfect. On a quiet road but very close to train street as well it is only a 5 minute walk away. The apa - It’s a new property, lots of space and very clean! Nothing :)
- Yuliya (10/5): Great value for such a new and comfortable place in the center of Hanoi. - This is a great new apartment close to the Old Quarter. The whole street is dedicated to motorbike repairs, but we were not disturbed by any loud sounds (7 nights). The room was exactly as on the pictures, really new facilities, big TV with Netflix if you want to chill out a bit. The bathroom is clean, no problems with hot water, just sometimes have to wait 2-3 to heat it. We’ve also used kitchen to cook breakfasts, the apartment had the necessary appliances for that. Air conditioning worked perfectly. A cool bonus is that there is a laundry on the roof floor that you can use for free and then dry clothes - this is a real luxury in Vietnam! And most importantly, the place is owned by a very supportive and kind woman. Smell from the bathroom drain from time to time.
