• Julie (10/5): Nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view! - I really liked the location. The neighborhood is charming with a local flare. You are steps away from the beach, restaurants, and a great place to watch sunsets. I was nervous about the parking, but we were never more than a few blocks away. The host was accommodating and responsive. The bonus was being able to watch the waves crashing on the rocks from your window.
• Adriana (10/5): Beautiful appartment with breathtaking ocean view - Absolutely charming,beautiful,perfectly equipped and very clean appartment in very calm and quiet neighbourhood...if you like to fall asleep listening to the sound of ocean and first thing to see in the morning,then is this appartment simply a perfect choice...the centre of the Puerto de la Cruz is about 10-15min walk away...Mr Pedro is available via whats app for any hepl and support...I would always chose tih beautiful place for my future vaccation in Tenerifa There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
• kimbopumpkin (9/5): Fantastic place to stay - highly recommended! - The views of the ocean right from the window! Close walking distance to everything including Loro Park and the beaches. Only one flight of stairs up which is manageable. Very quiet room even with windows open overnight. Double vanity sinks in the bathroom and huge shower space made it easy for kids to shower in. There is a washing machine including dryer function which we appreciated. Owner very responsive in messages. Chair legs a bit too wide and had difficulty all fitting under the table. Shampoo appears to be watered down which had difficulty frothing up so had to use my own shampoo. There is no conditioner. Needs to have a drying rack for washing up dishes. Parking can be difficult to find depending on day and time you arrive however alternative parking wasn't too hard to find.
• Christoph (9/5): Noce place to stay near the Park and the sea - Clean and modern, exactly like the pictures, well equipped (except coffee pads) and close to some restaurants and the Loro Parque. Free parking not too difficult - about 400m away (especially outside of the park opening hours). Nice views (small plaza in thee front, sea arm on the back). You need to install an app to unlock the doors, and we had to be really accurate about our leaving and entry times (via WhatsApp).

• Olha (10/5): I highly recommend this place🫶 - The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with cozy beds. The kitchen had everything needed for use, which was very convenient. The shower was also clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the beach. Even though we had a car, we always found parking nearby. There are also nice cafés close by. If you’re not used to the sound of the ocean—which is amazing—it might be a bit difficult to sleep at night, so you’ll need to keep the windows closed 😀😀

• Kacper (9/5): Było bardzo fajnie, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, lokalizacja wygodna i bardzo ładny widok z okna. - Przestronność, ładnie i czysto, super lokalizacja, wygodna łazienka i sprawny check-in. Trochę za duża wilgoć (z racji bliskości morza) przez co trzeba liczyć więcej czasu na wyschnięcie prania.
• Signore (10/5): Spokojenost, můžeme doporučit. - Útulný a pohodlný apartmán ve výborné lokalitě, přímo nad útesem. Přímo u pláží, Loro Park 5 minut pěšky. Ochotný majitel, okamžitě řešil naše požadavky i když jsme přijeli na ubytování dříve než bylo domluveno. Komunikace v angličtině. Zaparkovat se vždy dalo v blízkosti apartmánu. Nic, vše bylo OK.
• Ewa (10/5): Fantastyczny, komfortowy pobyt w świetnej lokalizacji z widokiem na ocean! - Nasz pobyt w apartamencie w dzielnicy Punta Brava, tuż przy Playa Jardín, był naprawdę fantastyczny i z czystym sumieniem możemy to miejsce polecić. Przede wszystkim ogromny plus dla Pedra - przemiły, serdeczny i bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Od pierwszej wiadomości czuliśmy się zaopiekowani, zawsze szybko odpowiadał i służył radą, przesyłał przydatne linki polecając miejsca w okolicy. Sam apartament jest nowy, pięknie urządzony i nieskazitelnie czysty. Widać, że wszystko jest świeże i zadbane. Bardzo doceniliśmy to, że na łóżkach były prawdziwe kołdry, a nie tylko prześcieradła jak to często bywa w Hiszpanii – dla nas to był ogromny atut i gwarancja komfortowego snu. Wyposażenie przerosło nasze oczekiwania: zmywarka, toster, pralko-suszarka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, komplet ręczników – wszystko, czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt! Widok z jednej z sypialni na ocean był po prostu oszałamiający - poranna kawa z takim krajobrazem to coś, czego się nie zapomina, do tego ten kojący szum oceanu... Z kuchni z kolei widać było Plaza Ballesteros, co dodawało lokalnego klimatu. Do plaży Playa Jardín jest dosłownie kilka minut spacerem (na plaży jest ratownik), a sama okolica jest niezwykle spokojna, a jednocześnie klimatyczna i „prawdziwa”. Jeśli chodzi o parking - polecamy wynajmować mniejsze auto. My mieliśmy SUV-a i manewrowanie w wąskich uliczkach nie było najłatwiejsze. Mimo to mieliśmy szczęście i za każdym razem udawało nam się znaleźć bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe w okolicy. Naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce na mapie Teneryfy - komfort, widoki i świetna lokalizacja w jednym. Jeśli wrócimy do Puerto de la Cruz, to bardzo chętnie ponownie zatrzymamy się właśnie tutaj. • Galina (10/5): Great! - It was our second time in Ballesteros Sunset apartments. The owner’s instructions were detailed and clear, check in and check out were pretty simple. The apartment is modern, comfortable and well furnished. There also was awesome view from kitchen and from second bedroom. We had all that we needed! The owner was really helpful and friendly. Near the apartment were some cozy restaurants and bars. A great beach is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. My high recommendations to this place! -

• Carmen (10/5): Magnífico - Muy completo, tenía de todo, hasta secadora! Para una familia con niños eso es un plus a valorar Las almohadas, eran muy incómodas. Me dieron dolor de cuello porque estoy acostumbradas a unas más duritas. Pero lo demás era por encima de la excelencia.
• Petra (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Toll ist, dass man dem Meeresrauschen zuhören kann. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

• Dacil (10/5): Dormir en el mar - Estaba muy limpio y todo nuevo. Las olas rompen literalmente en tu ventana Uno de nuestros hijos tenía que dormir en el salón. No nos dimos cuenta de que la tercera cama era el sofá cama
• Cristian (10/5): Inmejorable - Absolutamente todo perfecto. El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, frente al loro parque, e ideal para moverse por el norte y descansar tranquilamente oyendo el sonido del mar. Todo limpisimo, camas muy cómodas y un anfitrión pendiente en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. Nada. Todo fue ideal.
• PolFla (9/5): - Comodissimo al centro di Puerto de la Cruz (10min a piedi piacevoli), a due passi dalla Playa Maria Jimenez - appartamento nuovissimo completo di tutto. Bellissima la vista dalle finestre lato ovest direttamente sull'oceano, il rumore delle onde che si infrangono sulle rocce ti culla tutta la notte, MERAVIGLIOSO! pochi parcheggi per l'auto, nel weekend è facile non trovare posti auto nei pressi dell'appartamento

• Vojtech (9/5): Property is fabulous, just keep in mind that beaches in the city and basically all northern cost is closed. - The apartment itself is fabolous. Very well built and designed, loved it. The bathroom will serve us as an inspiration for our home reconstruction one day :)
• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is beautiful and clean. Not enough towels , cleaning products , toilet paper , coffee capsules, and not a no welcome gesture . The playa Jardin advertised on here has sewage since the past 8 months, which prevents swimming, so there is No Beach close by to swim. This should be advised to people who book to be close to the beach !
