• Nichola (10/5): Perfect Villa - Absolutely beautiful villa, the pictures do not lie, with fantastic views right on the beach. There was rarely anyone on the beach in front of the villa, which made it very private. The sunrise was spectacular. Great supermarket, butchers, ice cream shop a few minutes drive away. We found we could walk to restaurants, down a quiet road in 20 minutes, our favourites were Stefano's and Il Porto. Nikos, the manager, could not be more helpful. He booked a free yoga session for us, which was amazing, provided basic provisions, including homemade cake, and was always responsive to any queries. The villa and pool were clean, and the garden was well maintained. We would definitely book again. We came in October, so it can be a little chilly in the evenings, so pack a jumper if coming then, but the days are still very warm.

De - Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt ja sogar übertroffen! Sie eignet sich ausgezeichnet für Generationenferien oder Ferien mit Freunden. Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen!

• Susanne (10/5): Traumvilla am Traumstrand - für Ruhesuchende ! - Wir waren bei der Ankunft überwältigt ! Von der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers, von der Größe und Ausstattung des modernen Hauses (es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht !) und von der Lage, direkt an einem einsamen, wunderschönen Strand, wo man das Gefühl hat, er gehört einem nahezu alleine. Die Villa liegt im doch recht abgelegenen Kiotari. Wer abends gerne shoppt, flaniert, das "Nachtleben" genießt, ist hier falsch ! Sehr gute Tavernen, kleine Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei liegen jedoch nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig ! Für unseren Familienurlaub war es perfekt !
• Lee (10/5): Arrived and met by Nikos, who couldn’t have been more friendlier or helpful a start that couldn’t have been better. Easy - The location, the view, the host, the proximity of Tavernas, the accommodation, the well maintained pool, the garden furniture. Absolutely nothing 👌
• Charles (10/5): Exceptional villa; perfect for a family or friends. - It's hard to know where to begin. We went with 6 adults, an infant and a baby. First, the setting is superlative - masses of space; large villa with 4 bathrooms and 5 double bedrooms; childproof stairs; excellent swimming pool and right by an almost deserted beach. Second, everything worked: the pool; the beach; the garden; the very helpful agent; the kitchen; the bathrooms; the barbecue; the high chair; the cot etc. Third, the location was very good with nearby supermarkets, restaurants etc. I cannot think of a better villa for us. Nothing.
• Christopher (9/5): Perfect Villa when staying on Rhodes - Perfect location - out of the way of the hotels and yet just 5 minutes from the shops and the excellent local restaurants. The villa is perfectly positioned, and you more or less have the huge beach to yourself. There is just so much space and its very quiet. Our host, Nikos, could not have looked after us any better and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. At anywhere near this price level your not going to do better on Rhodes; in fact you could pay double and do much worse. The entire family loved it.
• Matthew (10/5): We all had a great stay and will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Rhodes - We were lucky enough to find the villa available last minute as we hadn’t booked any accommodation and we were not disappointed. The villa is literally on the beach. We stayed at the villa as a couple with my sister and her 9 year old daughter. We were very impressed with the lay out of the villa and the en suite rooms with the views of the sea from each top floor room. The villa, pool and sunbeds were all spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything we needed. We enjoyed having breakfast on the large outside dining table and couches. Waking up and just looking at the water was a dream come true. We loved the short walk to the sea, being so close to the villa and my niece especially liked swimming in the pool and playing in the large garden under the trees. The hammock was an ideal reading and snoozing spot. In the evenings we opted for dinner in Gennadi and also visited Pefkous, only a 10 minute drive away from each. Next time maybe we will use the BBQ. I would definitely recommend it to couples and families who just want to relax and enjoy the pool and the sea. My only negative if you can even call it that is that the grass needs watering a bit more as they were a few dry patches. However this was probably as it was late in the summer.
