• Maria (3/5): Bad neighborhood - The room was ok although did not have TV. The staff was great. The neighborhood was not safe with homeless & drug addicts around. Then, I saw a mouse running around in the living room and was not even afraid of my presence
• Diana (7/5): - I liked that it was quiet throughout the house and when I asked them to wash our dirty clothes, they did it and returned the clean clothes that day. It was my first time in Toronto and I didn't know that our apartment would be in an area with homeless people, it was scary. Part of the faucet in the bathroom was falling off, the bed was made of two mattresses and it was uncomfortable to sleep on, the dust was not wiped off in many places.

• Faizan (8/5): I like the stay as a whole ! Very nice interior and amazing staff. - Overall interior, cleanliness and the staff was very good. Check in was easy. Location was in downtown but a bit far from local markets.

• Boychuck (9/5): Comfy even with street people nearby - The staff were very responsive, professional and friendly. The location is not the greatest due to street people in the neighborhood but we were comfortable anyways because we always came and went together, my dad and I.

• Lauren (7/5): Lovely spacious room - Beautiful house with lovely shared facilities. Lovely big room and big bathroom. Host was very helpful when we needed anything. Sorted out the WiFi issue promptly and provided extra towels on request. Some of the windows were lacking blinds to block out light in the morning. Nice big bath but no water flowing to it. Area felt a bit sketchy, maybe not great for families with children.
• Anthony (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Never had breakfast. The very spacious suite, was lovely. Comfortable beds. The location was not good. We felt safer using taxis, particularly in the evening.

• Teresa (8/5): Nice and quiet, good location, friendly welcome. - Good location for downtown activities. The bathroom mirror, sink and cup were dirty. The lighting was not good for reading in bed. The place could use a couple of bedside tables with lamps. Nothing much to be done about the fact that there were several people smoking crack and some evidence of drug use around the property. There was a crack pipe on the handle of the parking gate.
• Milla (9/5): - The property is at a great location, I could walk to pretty everywhere in the downtown area. My room and the common area are super clean and well maintained. Both kitchens are also well equipped. Check in and out were super easy. The host was really prompt in responding to my inquiries and provided clear instructions throughout. Overall a great stay. I had the back room downstairs so when other guests were using the kitchen quite late at night, the door of the inner room would make a sudden crack sound and wake me up. Maybe some door gap cushion would help? It's a minor issue really. I understand it is a vintage house and I could tell the other guests were considerate and tried to make as little noise as possible.

The house is walkable to a lot of good sightseeing areas. House is very creeky so it's hard to move around without disturbing other guests and bed is a bit firm. The neighbourhood is rough with a lot of addicts about

• Solène (6/5): Bon emplacement pour un stop d’une nuit, propre mais un peu bruyant - Le parking, les parties communes, nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de croiser les hôtes mais ils étaient réactifs par message 0 équipement dans la chambre, les voisins du dessus bruyants et quelqu’un a fait un bruit monstrueux dans la cuisine vers 23h30

• Kim Julia (5/5): Für einen kurzweiligen Aufenthalt ok - Kurze Wege zum Zentrum,Gastgeberin sehr bemüht, Einrichtungsstil nett es könnte mal wieder Staub gewischt werden, Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, ohne das man den Deckel hochgehalten hat, im Dunkeln in der Nachbarschaft rumlaufen war keine Option für uns, da überall Drogenabhängige und Obdachlose waren und es im Dunkeln nur noch schlimmer wurde
• Ignacio (7/5): Adecuado para pasar unos días - Sitio cuidado y cama muy cómoda. Buena relación calidad - precio. Aunque no tiene nada que ver con el propio alojamiento, el barrio no es el más pintoresco. De noche hay drogodependientes, aunque es verdad que son inofensivos. No obstante una noche al llevar había una persona en la puerta de acceso a la casa. En cuanto a la habitación, se veía en general limpio pero en algún sitio polvo acumulado.
• richard (9/5): - Good location to get around the city. Close to tram and bus services. 10 mins walk to subway station. Nice house with good facilities. The surrounding area of the property looks as though it is where the homeless people live and there was a constant smell of weed. It didn't really bother us but it could be an issue for others.

• Kate (8/5): - The room was lovely although it had no tv. There was a tv in the lounge but the remote was missing. The location however was not good. It was in a run down part of town and I have never encountered so many homeless people. Unfortunately you can’t change the location.
• Heinz (6/5): - In der ersten Nacht bekamen wir ein Zimmer, aber das kleine Bad war ausserhalb. Zwischen öffentlicher Küche und Eingang. Das Zimmer hatte nur Tagvorhänge und war die ganze Nacht hell. Wenn im Zimmer Licht brannte, konnte man durch die Glastüre bzw. den Vorhang direkt aufs Bett sehen. Kleiderhaken oder Nachttischchen fehlten. Keine Klimaanlage, und nur ein Fenster liess sich öffnen. Am anderen Tag hatten wir das Dachzimmer erhalten, sonst wären wir ausgezogen. Dieses entsprach unserer Vorstellung. Aber auch im Dachzimmer fehlte es an vielem, dass eigentlich Standard sein sollte.
• Megan (8/5): - The location was amazing for price especially for post season baseball! Honestly there's not much, yes the area isn't the greatest but we didn't feel unsafe at any point.
• Florian Pit (4/5): Décevant - La proximité avec le centre-ville. Chambre spacieuse comportant un frigo. Arrivée et départ en toute autonomie. Une annonce qui mentionne des places de parking disponibles, alors qu'il y en a seulement 2 pour 7 logements, dans une ville où les parkings sont très chers et pas de place gratuite. Un quartier très très mal fréquenté (énormément de toxicomanes). Dans l'ensemble, la propreté n'était pas top. Stores manquant ou défectueux, donc réveillés très tôt avec le jour. Le loquet de la porte de notre chambre étant placé du mauvais sens, il est possible de l'ouvrir même quand celle-ci est verrouillée.
• Kiyomi (7/5): 閑静な宿泊施設 - ・キッチンが自由に使えた ・ランドリーサービスは追加コストかからず対応してくれた ・閑静な宿泊施設なので周辺の環境音には悩まされず、静かに過ごせた ・ホテルのせいではないですが、周辺にはホームレスや少し異常な人を毎日見かけました。同行した家族が喫煙者なので敷地周辺の外で吸わざるを得なかったですが、夜間は怖くて出歩けなかったです。 ・ホテルスタッフの方とはメッセージでのやり取りでしかなく、色々質問すると親切に対応はしてくれますが、常にスタッフがいると安心します。

• Hans-albrecht (3/5): Nie wieder! - Nichts Schlecht gepflegt. Alles verstaubt. Es wird anscheinend nicht Staub gesaugt. Fenster extrem verdreckt und nicht zu öffnen. Alles wurde nur per Mail geregelt. Keinerlei Infos auf dem Zimmer wie zum Beispiel Stadtplan Restaurant Tips etc. Außerdem ist die Gehend voll von obdachlosen und offensichtlich drogenabhängigen Menschen.

• Treacy (4/5): Not much sleep was had, I guess you get what you pay for. - The rooms were big and the kitchens were well equipped. The location - very sketchy neighbourhood and very noisy. People yelling/screaming and playing music in the middle of the night well into the morning. No hooks or places to hang clothes or towels in the rooms.
• Marja (9/5): - Viihtyisä ja kotoisa, kauniisti sisustettu huone ja erinomainen vuode nukkua. Huoneessani oma kylpyhuone ja vaatehuone lisäsivät mukavuutta. Minulle majoituspaikan sijainti oli ok, koska liikuin vain valoisan aikaan. Yöllä liikkuville yksin matkaaville ei sijainti ehkä ole ole paras mahdollinen.
• Anna (10/5): So, so nice - Historyczny budynek, styl wystroju, czystość, lokalizacja, cisza, widoki z okna (pokój nr 2), kontrast wieżowce vs tradycyjna zabudowa Okolica jest bezpieczna, choć na rogu ulicy, gdzie położony jest dom można spotkać wieczorem osoby, które nie miały szczęścia w życiu. Przywitają się z tobą i tyle. Jednak kobiety podróżujące samotnie i nieprzyzwyczajone do nocnych spotkań tego rodzaju mogą czuć się lekko niekomfortowo.

• Orin (7/5): - Der vorgängige Kontakt war freundlich und die nötigen Infos für den Check-in kamen rechtzeitig und verständlich und man ist zeitlich nicht gebunden. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, ich habe alles zu Fuss gemacht und nicht auf die ÖV-Anbindung geachtet, aber man kommt innert einiger Minuten in belebte Gegenden mit Restaurants, Bars und Läden und zur Union station in ca. 30 min. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Bei Check-out kann man einfach gehen ohne aufwendige Prozesse. Es war das hellhörigste Haus das mir je begegnet ist. Die überaus lauten Personen im Stock über mir gaben den Eindruck, eine Abbruchparty zu feiern und dabei ein Mikrofon hinzuhalten. Als die Dusche benutzt wurde, ging ich erschrocken zum Fenster, weil ich dachte, das Gewitter des Jahres prassle auf ein Blechdach über mir, aber draussen regnete es nicht. Mit ausreichend Silikon in den Ohren ging das Schlafen aber trotzdem gut. Das Lavabo im Badezimmer lief nicht ab.

• Gernot (6/5): - Sehr citynahe Lage. Parkplatz inbegriffen In einem sehr heruntergekommenen Wohngebiet. Nebenan Obdachlosenheim und auf der Rückseite Psychatrie. Viele Drogensüchtige in der Umgebung.
• Keith (8/5): Great space for downtown Toronto. - Check in and check out was incredibly smooth and easy! The room we had was nice and spacious with a great bathroom. I would fully recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy downtown Toronto.
