Guest Reviews
- Martin (8/5): Very cozy and spacious, but a few things that should be improved. - The property was cozy and spacious - ideal for a family. It had lots of different rooms to venture to, so everyone was spread out, and it also had two bathrooms. The kitchen was spacey and the lounge rooms were nice and cozy. I found a used towel behind a door in my room which wasn't pleasant. The washing machine stopped working because the filter had something stuck in it. This took up a lot of our time to sort, and this cleaning should be done by the cleaner in between guests. We nearly decided to go to a laundromat - this shouldn't be the case when paying for a laundry with the property. The coffee cups provided were boiling hot coming out of the microwave - couldn't hold the handles. Bought my own in the end. There is no ventilation in the downstairs bathroom - not ideal when it is right next to the kitchen. Little things that add up to become annoying.

- Rob & Jac (9/5): - Location and spacious Neighbours worked shift work and could here them....music and talking outside
- Craig (6/5): Traffic noise ruined our stay, poor hygiene. - The email system for sharing access details worked fine The noise from passing traffic that comes into the front bedroom is a deal breaker- we could not rest. We even pushed towels into the window gaps but this really did not assist with stopping noise from ruining our sleep.
- Ron (9/5): Overall a very good property, but better attention to kitchen equipment and guest communication would improve the experi - The property is excellent – very well presented, comfortable and roomy and in a great location for enjoying Launceston and its surrounds On arrival, some of the kitchen equipment was not hygienic. The frypan was greasy, the chopping board had food residue, and most of the other items of cookware had chipped non-stick surfaces that were unsuitable for use, so we chose not to cook and dined out instead.
After we raised the issue, a replacement pan was delivered the next day and we were advised the cookware would be upgraded, which we appreciated.
One interaction regarding the matter was unfortunately uncomfortable, but the issue was ultimately addressed.
When we arrived the hot water was not working. The host responded quickly and it turned out that a switch had been turned off by cleaners. Information on how to deal with this issue in the accommodation information pack would help.
As other reviewers have notified one of the three bedrooms faces a busy street and gets noise fairly early
- Adrian (9/5): It was really lovely. We were very comfortable there. I also appreciated that the manager very responsive and accommodat - Very convenient - short walk into Launceston centre through a lovely park. We were there for a tennis tournament and it was also a short walk to the courts.
comfortable house, good cooking facilities and nice living areas.
The beds were very comfy. It was great to have the garage as parking outside the property was limited. It got a little hot in the house on a couple of sunny days but there are good fans in the bedrooms.
- Martin (9/5): Classy, Clean, Close and Comfortable - Walking distance to every attraction. Lovely character home, lovingly renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Safe and quiet. Rooms 2 and 3 need a fan or AC. Carport is only big enough for compact car.
- Simon (1/5): Had to sleep in my car the night because I couldn't get into the property - Im sure there would have been heaps i liked but I couldn't get into the property Couldn't get into the property due to needing a code sent via email. Once I got the code I Couldn't go back to the site online to enter it

- Eileen (7/5): - Great location, lovely old home. Comfortable bedding A few differences between what was stated on Booking.com and reality
- Anna (9/5): Most satisfying 4 day break - Amazing and comfortable house. Very well maintained . Great position next to park and walking distance to centre. There was nothing not to like. A lot of stairs to upstairs bedroom for those who might struggle with that
- Anne-Maree (8/5): Most enjoyable and wonderful stay - Location, location, location. Walking location to CBD, botanical gardens, pubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, chemists, river, and many other attractions. The property was very homely and comfortable, a most enjoyable stay Not much

- Alana (8/5): - A beautiful heritage home in a great location. The traffic noise and street lights through the windows in the front bedroom required ear plugs and an eye mask to sleep.
- Holly (10/5): Old world charm - lovely property which oozes warmth - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. It is beautifully styled and so comfortable - a perfect blend of new meets old. We loved it.
It has everything you need to feel right at home, all the little touches are just so lovely.
Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious.
Property is well equiped for the cool weather with heating throughout.
Great location close to CBD, parks and shops. Street noise can be a little disturbing during the night due to proximity to a main road and age of property.
- Jason (7/5): Nice set up, great location - Location
- Ruth (8/5): . - Location was good and it was comfortable Took to long for heating to work to warm the townhouse up to a comfortable temperature
- Nicola (10/5): Beautiful House, Excellent Location,Wonderful Host -
- Ken (10/5): Great long weekend in a beautiful home. - The location being a little outside of the cbd meant that there was no major noise at night. We loved the back room, with the underfloor heating it was nice and cozy watching tv. Comfortable beds. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen knives. Modern appliances. Adequate heating kept the house at a nice temperature. Prompt response early one morning solved an issue we had with one of the internal door latches. Coles and Kmart only 5 mins walk away was handy.
- Janelle (9/5): Superb -
- Sandy (8/5): We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. - Location was spot on. Walking distance to the CBD. It was advertised at an apartment but was a two storey house. No chux in the kitchen which was surprising.

- Xiaolu (9/5): Nice to stay fantastic property - Location is very good, nice property with very well furnished. The stairs are steep and narrow, not easy to carry suitcase up and down

- Kristian (8/5): Very good - The location. The attention to detail. Aesthetically very pleasing. Spacious. It was noisy, particularly in front bedroom, from traffic. Not sure if windows double glazed. Also could be improved with block out curtains or blinds, as all bedrooms very bright. Two spacious bathrooms but no bath which was disappointing.

- Joanne (8/5): Very good - Beautiful townhouse in a convenient location. Decor is lovely and the TV room is a great room to sit and relax in. Heaters kept us warm and loved the underfloor heating. Appeared maybe hadn't been used or checked recently. Garbage full, bit dusty and some ants throughout. Needs instructions for washer, tv etc.

Large
Charming We came in the middle of summer, it was quite hot upstairs
- Kunal (9/5): amazing stay just because of this well presented house..!! - the house was well presented and plenty of amneties, games for the family as well..!! nothing not not like..!
- John (8/5): Great location and a comfortable stay - Location was very good to get around to all the main spots. Parking was easy in the street whilst the off street parking provided was quite tight for our car. Quality of the premises for the price. Very good value. Property is not good if you require it to be accessible for people with mobility needs (due to the age of the property).
The lack of air conditioning was a challenge with having to open windows over night which required ear plugs to ensure sleep.
- Nicky (8/5): Great property but horrible noisy neighbours - We loved this charming home in a good location close to the venue where we’d booked to see a concert. All inclusions were tasteful and the property has been newly refreshed with a nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Off street parking was a bonus. The next door neighbours are young party people who had loud parties in their courtyard on both nights of our stay which prevented us sleeping. On our second night they returned home late and then partied outside from 1am until 7am. Even when we requested they go inside they persisted with yelling and loud music which only stopped after we alerted the police and they attended the property. Thankfully our host kindly offered us a late checkout so we could get a few hours sleep before the revellers got up!
- Linda (10/5): Great -
- Arif (10/5): Perfect - Everything was amazing. My Kids were not ready to leave the apartment since it was so good. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Since the TV was so good the kids spend most of the time seeing TV instead of lanceston
- Leah (8/5): A great spot to stay in Launceston. - Great location, close to town but far away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. The staircase - too narrow and steep, felt dangerous.
- Carmen (8/5): Very good - The location was great & lovely appointed townhouse. The bedrooms need block out blinds & air conditioning
- Alta (5/5): Passable -

- Malcolm (10/5): Beautiful well-presented accommodation. - Loved everything about this accommodation. The presentation, comfort and cleanliness were second to none. There was more than enough room for myself my wife and our two grown sons and it had everything we needed, it also had the best Wi-Fi we received on our trip around Tasmania. could not fault it.
- Rosemary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (9/5): Centrally located, clean and comfortable - A great house , comfy beds, newly furbisshed I wouldn’t recommend elderly people staying due to the narrow stairs to the bedrooms upstairs.
