• Ilse (8/5): Qua locatie en grote zeker een aanrader - De locatie echt perfect op loopafstand van centrum T ligt aan een vrij drukke weg en dat hoor je binnen aardig. Het water in de badkamer bij de slaapkamer aan de achterkant loopt slecht weg met als gevolg dat bij t douchen met de regendouche de badkamer redelijk blank staat

• ANASTASIOS (7/5): Αρκετά καλό - Μεγάλο, άνετο, με κλιματισμό, άνετα κρεβάτια Η μία κρεβατοκάμαρα είχε τζακούζι, που όμως δεν λειτουργούσε.Μας είπαν ότι λειτουργεί, γεμίσαμε την μπανιέρα αλλά διαπιστώσαμε ότι δεν λειτουργεί οπότε το αφήσαμε να αδειάσει..δυστυχώς ξεχείλισε, τα νερά έφευγαν μέσα από τη λεκάνη μέσα στο δωμάτιο...μεγάλη αναστάτωση..το μόνο θετικό ότι ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα οι ιδιοκτήτες..ήρθε τεχνικός πολύ γρήγορα και έφτιαξε τη ζημιά, και καθάρισαν άμεσα το δωμάτιο
• Jacqueline (5/5): Overall the apartment wasn’t okay but the cleanliness was definitely an issue. - The location of the apartment wasn’t very central and convenient. The apartment wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, the toilets were dirty, the decorative blankets on the bed had not been washed, the baking tray in the oven had not been washed as there was a ton of bread crumbs and other food items on it. The kitchen mittens and towels were soiled and unwashed. The A/Cs were leaking and spat out ice, two of them made really loud scratching noises, we thought it was going to break down.
• Michelle (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment. 20 minutes to the main attractions and 10 minutes to the station. Excellent. - Lovely spacious apartment with brilliant air-conditioning. The lady who met us was super helpful and super friendly. right near the station so easily accessible when you arrive. Proximity to a busy road so if you wanted to lay in the morning that wasn’t gonna happen, however you’re in Florence why would you want a lay in.
• Jan (7/5): Van de 3 appartementen die we in Italie hebben gehad was dit wel de beste. - Locatie dicht bij het centrum en treinstation. 3 toiletten en 2 douches en 1 kamer met bad en handdouche. Alle kamers voorzien van airco. Bedden waren goed. Wasmachine aanwezig. Lift aanwezig. 2 slaapkamers zijn wel gehorig voor het drukke verkeer/tram. Er waren nog wel wat technische mankementjes. Voordeur iets verzakt waardoor we bijna 1 keer niet naar binnen konden. Van één douche (in slaapkamer) was temperatuur niet af te stellen, toilet liep soms door. Er is geen vaatwasser, maar miste dan wel een afwasborstel en theedoeken.

• Prity (9/5): Convenient location, spacious but noisy. - Location is close to all transportation and landmarks. Comfortable and spacious. First floor apartment is a little noisy due to trains, trams and automobiles. The (nice sized) shower of one bathroom is almost unusable since drainage design is poor and water puddles in entire bathroom.
