- Rostislav (6/5): Sehr schöne Lage, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht. - sehr gute und ruhige Lage, Aussicht vom Balkon Mit der Unterkunft Haus Gratz waren wir leider nicht ganz zufrieden, weil das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht gestimmt hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist eher mangelhaft ausgerüstet: Es gibt kaum Ablageflächen, die Küchenzeile ist extrem klein und ohne Beleuchtung, die Kochplatten und die Mikrowelle muss man erst von einem Regal herunternehmen, um sie benützen zu können, und im Bad gibt es auch keine Heizung. Bei konkreter Frage nach einem Stopfen für die Abwasch, damit wir darin unsere Wäsche waschen können, wurden wir abgewiesen. Zuletzt sollte noch angemerkt werden, dass die Unterkunft nicht ganz sauber war.
- Kai (6/5): - Gute Lage direkt an vielen Wander und Radwegen. Einrichtung der Wohnung nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Dusche und Waschbecken deutlich zu klein für normale Menschen.
