Manque d’intimité, le wc de la suite donne directement sur la partie commune. Literie ferme comme dans tout le Maroc.

• Claude (8/5): Découverte d'une ville impériale pas très riche en musée. - Leila, Fatima et Mohamed ont été d'une grande gentillesse. Souriants et attentifs. Leila nous a pris en charge pour nous conduire au restaurant, au hammam. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, pris dans le patio couvert. Lieu charmant et confortable. La chambre avec deux lits jumeaux était petite, ouvrait sur le derb, bruyant en fin de soirée. Lits confortables avec couverture supplémentaire. Proche de Bad Boujloud, la Porte Bleue, nous avons facilement apprivoisé la médina qui a seulement deux rues principales pentues. Lieux intéressants dans la médina, en plus de tous les commerces, la Medersa Bou Inania, la mosquée Qaraouiyine, et un centre Guerniz de tanneurs. Restaurants Mom'stouch et El Filadi et Hammam Mernissi. Hors de la Médina le jardin Jnane Sbil mérite un arrêt sous les grands arbres et les bassins. La saleté des ruelles qui mènent aux différents Riads. Les chats faméliques qui traînent partout.

У нас был люкс Андалуз, невероятно красивые двери, очень большой номер, весь интерьер очень красивый. Мы были в восторге. Очень жаль, что всего на одну ночь оставались в Фесе. Лила написала нам за день до заезда, очень заботливо к нам относилась. Мы выезжали рано утром в пустыню, и парень приготовил завтрак нам с собой. Оба были очень вежливы и интересными в общении. Очень рекомендую данный рияд!

Appena arrivate ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili per visitare le attrattive principali di Fes. Ci hanno preparato un'ottima colazione super abbondante, sia di prodotti tipici che non. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerato che abbiamo pagato circa 20 a notte a persona compresa la colazione. La struttura è curata e pulita. Hanno una bella sala curata e riservata per la colazione. Super consigliato

Se tornerò a Fes, tornerò assolutamente qua. - Tutto il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, il riad è bellissimo, molto curato e anche in un'ottima posizione. Il Wi-Fi funziona molto bene, la camera e il letto sono molto comodi e la terrazza è davvero romantica. Ripeto che il personale è davvero tanto gentile perché vale la pena sottolinearlo, mai trovate persone cosi carine e brave in vacanza. La stanza d'accoglienza è molto suggestiva La camera è un po' umida e gli scuri non si chiudevano bene, ma nulla di grave.

• Ilse (8/5): Heerlijke Riad om Fez te ontdekken - We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze Riad. Perfecte locatie, dichtbij de Medina en we konden onze auto ook dichtbij parkeren bij Ain Azliten voor €4 per dag. De Riad is van alles voorzien en we hadden gratis een upgrade van onze kamer gekregen omdat ze bezig waren met wat werkzaamheden in het gebouw. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk en omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken, konden ze ook regelen dat we vroeg konden ontbijten. Helemaal top!

• HIROSHI (7/5): - リヤドの雰囲気は充分に味わえる。特に私達の泊まった部屋は中庭に面していて室内もゴージャスだった。メディナの中心にありロケーションは良い。 スタッフはフレンドリーだが、ツアー等の案内は不十分。最初テレビとWiFiが不調だったが、熱心に対応してくれて時間はかかったが回復した。
• Uta (7/5): Sehr zu empfehlen aber nur wenn das Wetter warm ist. - Sehr gute Lage um die Medina zu besuchen. Sehr schönes Riad, schöne Zimmer. Es war sehr kalt. Das Zimmer ließ sich nicht gut heizen. Frühstück im kalten Innenhof des riads.
• IOANNIS (10/5): - That was a traditional riad, comfortable and in an area of the Medina which was pretty easy to reach it, especially following the signs in the souks. The room was very big, with hot water 24/7. Delicious traditional breakfast. Mohammed and Leyla were amazing! They did their best to make sure that everything was fine for us, so, even when we needed an extra heater to our room, they provided us immediately. Great value for money. Totally recommended!
• Jürgen (9/5): Great - The owner was very helpful and really friendly, he even stayed up very late until we arrived from the airport. He explained us the surrounding areas and how to find our way through the medina. The room was nice and the view from the rooftop beautiful.

Mohamed e Leila sono persone meravigliose: sempre sorridenti, disponibili, attenti a ogni dettaglio e pronti ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento, facendoci sentire davvero a casa. Un enorme grazie anche a un altro loro collega dello staff, altrettanto gentile e professionale, il cui nome purtroppo non ricordiamo, ma che ha contribuito in modo speciale a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Il riad è bellissimo, pulitissimo, accogliente e in una posizione ideale per visitare la città. Se state pensando di soggiornare qui: non abbiate dubbi, prenotate subito. Torneremmo qui altre mille volte!
• Yumna (8/5): - Reservamos una habitación con dos camas y un pequeño baño. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Nos facilito y gestiono: taxi por la noche a nuestra llegada, nos recogieron y acompañaron al hotel (ya que ésta en la Medina donde no acceden coches), nos gestionaron excursion a Meknes y Volubilis, elaboraron cena casera en el Riad, etc... Los desayunos son sencillos pero buenos y muy completos. Riad sencillo pero con una relación calidad- precio correcta. Gracias Fueron dias de mucha lluvia y Fes no esta preparado para ello. En la Medina con sus callejuelas se sentia mucha humedad y hedores, cosa que desafortunadamente también se notaba en nuestro baño. Por otra parte, hizo mucho frio pero afortunadamente el aparato de aire acondicionado nos soluciono bien la situación.

• Souvita (8/5): Quiet Riad ensuring privacy, comfort and safety. - They accepted my request at the last minute and made my stay comfortable. Packed breakfast was provided and it was value for money. Room was super big and the location was really good. Nothing as such.

So you hear all people coming, talking, eating. - you need to wait 5 minutes for hot water if it runs at all 🤷 - too cold during our stay, even with heater and AC working

No te cambian las toallas, estaban empapadas y a pesar de pasar 3 noches y de que pedí que las cambiaran no lo hicieron. El baño era minúsculo y no estaba limpio. Salía muy poca agua de la alcachofa de la ducha. La habitación olía a desagüe y la última noche olía a orina de gato. Era económico pero no lo recomiendo.

• Julie (10/5): Cachet et accueil chaleureux - Nous avons été séduits par le cachet des lieux : une architecture traditionnelle, une ambiance chaleureuse et un riad qui correspondait exactement à ce que nous recherchions pour vivre une immersion authentique au cœur de la médina. L’accueil et le service ont grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Layla a été d’une aide précieuse pour l’organisation des transports et la réservation d’un guide privé francophone. Mohamed, quant à lui, s’est montré attentionné, disponible et sincèrement soucieux de notre confort. Le ménage de la chambre était impeccable, et nous nous sommes sentis pris en charge tout au long de notre séjour.

• Vernel (9/5): Definitely my favorite stay during my trip in Morocco! - The most beautiful interior of any riad I have seen and managed by wonderful people! Got great tips about the city from Layla. You have to go through a couple of alleys to get there, but on the other hand, it’s in a quiet and calm area.

• OleLo17 (10/5): Как насчёт пожить в музее? - Рияд расположен очень удачно, близко ко всем достопримечательностям и транспорту, недалеко от Синих ворот. Вежливый внимательный персонал, красивый исторический дом, с террасой и патио, антикварной мебелью. Очень тихо, комфортно для сна и отдыха. У меня был просторный номер на первом этаже с огромной дверью в патио. Но т.к. в рияде почти не было гостей во время моего пребывания, то никакого шума не было. В рияде сделан косметический ремонт и смена обивки мебели, поэтому цветовое решение на фото и нынешний дизайн будет немного отличаться, сейчас мебель в сине-зеленых тонах Не совсем просто найти с первого раза. Завтраки достаточно однообразные, углеводыные. Неплохо бы добавить яйца

• Rudykh (10/5): - Отлично расположение, в первый день мы боялись потеряться по пути, т к приезжали ночью, но нас встретили и привели в риад. Нас расположили на верхнем этаже, было чисто, спать было приятно и очень тихо, утром пели птички, от этого было ещё приятнее просыпаться. Также отмечу, что риад обновляют и в наш приезд мы уже видели новую мебель. Помимо этого очень понравилось отношение персонала: нас написали заранее, нас встречали и большую часть времени нам помогали Мухамед и Лейла Хотелось бы обновления в ванных комнатах: лейки и слив воды в первую очередь

• Thomas (8/5): A pleasant and peaceful stay in a magical labyrinth - We were amazed by the ambiance and decoration of the place. Also the fact that there were only 5 rooms made the place feel very private. The access to the terrace is also a must, the terrace is well decorated and furnished. I had the opportunity to stay in the big room next to the patio, we were amazed by the huge wooden doors decorated in a traditional arabic style, it was a bit strange to be situated right next to the main patio room that also serves as the management's office and connects to the breakfast salon in the morning but since it is the only room connected to it, it did not make a huge problem, we just felt that the patio was our own salon. The staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you for sharing good insights about food place or friendly discussions. As expected, it needs to get lost in the Medina a little bit in order to find the place. We were very happy with our stay, however here is a list of what, I think, could be improved : - Minor Bathroom facilities were broken (curtain, towel holder) - Lighting in our room could be improved (it was very dark, especially this room, near the patio that did not have a window) - Close or soundproof insulation of the door of the toilet to the patio (it is not nice to imagine people in the patio hearing private noises) - Verify your google location as it was not accurate for us (I proposed a new location to google and it was accepted I think) - Adding 2 or 3 signs to the ways from the Boujloud gate and the Ain Zleten parking would help a lot ! (Especially in the path where we have to take stairs to the left under a kind of tunnel passage) - Breakfast was very complete but better beldi Moroccan products could be chosen especially the oil, amlou, honey or cheese. - The same for the disposable cleaning products : soap and hair products. I think you can find better local products.
• Marie (7/5): Nice but not homey. - Beautiful Riad and my room was comfortable. Glad to have ac to cool room each night. Pre-trip Layla helped to book our hammam experience nearby. Staff changed by day/night so didn’t get a sense of hospitality that we had at other riads. Bit of a maze to get there but we eventually got used to finding it from the main Medina streets.
• Glória (9/5): Superb - The staff Leila and Mohammed were exceptional in welcoming my friend and I. They were very supportive and also helped us with several tips of tourism in Fes. One of the days we have to leave early for a day tour guide, and Mohammed provided us breakfast to go. Also the riad is beautiful! The location is not so easy as the Google maps do not work well, it seems that the map of the Medina was not made by Google. The room where we were had problems with the drainer in the shower, it was solved momentarily, clearly it needs deep maintenance.
• Rishika (8/5): Very good - Absolutely stunning Riad in the middle of the medina! The rooms are beautiful and both Leila and Mohammed are very friendly and kind! The only caveat would be to make sure you ask for directions ahead of getting to the property- it’s located in a small bylane- practically impossible to find by yourself- so make sure you ask locals (they’re very helpful)! Otherwise lovely stay!

• Sarah (1/5): NEVER STAY AT THIS RIAD!!!! - The female staff member Liela and the other female staff members were incredible. She was very professional and friendly. Liela went out of her way to help us in all areas. She is the only saving grace of this hotel. The manager, on the other hand, was incredibly unprofessional! We booked our stay months in advance, and this manager tells us just a few days before our booking that he has overbooked his rooms and that we can't stay for the full 4 nights we booked for. He offered for us to stay at a close by riad instead for 1 night only, in the middle of our booking (which meant we would have to pack and move there and then come back again for one night, what a hassle that would be!). We politely declined and said if anything. We would move to the other riad for the remaining 2 nights.which he reluctantly agreed to. The day before we were due to move, he called and said we couldn't go there any more and he wanted to send us somewhere else and could we go and have a look and agree to that place instead. We went and looked, and it was not the same standard as the original riad or the first replacement, so we said no. We said we would move to the first replacement or not at all. He was very angry and blamed us because he would have to pay more for us to stay there than in second place. Absolutely ridiculous!! We wasted hours of our short time in Fes dealing with this idiots mistake and he kept blaming us that would lose money when it was his own fault for overbooking! Why the last people to book weren't the ones to be cancelled, I don't know! NEVER STAY AT THIS RIAD!!!!
• Jasmine (9/5): Beautiful, less than 10 minutes to the blue gate. - Beautiful riad with lots of nice tile work and detailed gypsum less than a 10 minute walk from the main blue gate. We stayed in the suite on the first floor and it was very spacious with high wooden ceilings. You have to walk through a few alleys to get to the riad which was fine but I wouldn’t want to do it at night.
• Jovana (10/5): Exceptional - Unit is really big, cleaned every day and full of light. Location is good, we felt safe all the time. Staff is wellcoming and friendly, especially Laila, who greeted us and gave good recommendation and tips for the city. Also, they offered us to call a taxi at arrival and we could count on them during whole stay.

Thank you Mohammed & Leila! The riad is close to many good restaurants and the action of the souk. The nearby streets are busy and full of life. The lobby is so colourful and bright. We stayed in the Andalous suite which was spacious. It was difficult to locate the riad on our first night as it is far down a dark alley. Once we knew the location though, it was easy to come & go. The suite was adjacent to the lobby affording less privacy than the other suites.

The rooms Were comfortable and clean The common areas needed a bit of cleaning mainly dusting.
