El yıkama lavabosu ile duş & wc alanı birbirinden ayrıydı ama ufak bir detay. Bir de her zaman resepsiyonda birisi yoktu, fakat ne zaman whatsapp tan ulaşsak oradaydılar.

• Raoul-Morgan Daryl (10/5): Perfect! - Copal Simple Staying was honestly exactly what I was hoping to find in Chania. Calm, minimalist, tasteful and thoughtfully designed without trying too hard. You can really feel that this place was created by people with a strong eye for aesthetics and atmosphere. I later found out that the owner’s wife is an architect and it absolutely shows in every detail of the space. Finding places with this kind of clean, modern Mediterranean vibe is actually harder than people think, especially within walking distance to everything. Copal somehow managed to hit that perfect balance: quiet but not isolated, stylish but not pretentious, minimal but still warm and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Chania on foot, going to the beach, coffee spots and restaurants without needing a car. But what really made the stay special were George and Lisa. Both were genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful in a very natural way, never overbearing, just great hosts who clearly care about the experience they create. One of those rare places that actually looks and feels even better in real life than in the photos. Would absolutely stay again. Honestly, only one thing: I should have stayed longer.

• Rabea (10/5): Amazing stay with the perfect hotel! - Hotel is located in the perfect location in Chania Old Town, the streets are very lively and local restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Room was very clean and lived up to the pictures displayed. George was very helpful with check-in and Lisa was an absolute gem - so lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend! Nothing bad, the stay was lovely

• Ally (8/5): - Location, helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable bed, self check-in/out was very easy. Modern room. Outside noise could be easily blocked out. The lovely cleaner (Lisa/Liza) was very helpful. The host was also very happy to help organised taxis and answer any queries we had. Very minor things - such as, the shower was more like a wet room and very hard to keep towels dry, lots of puddles - the style of the shower meant it was quite difficult to avoid this. Layout of the room i.e. toilet was a bit too close to the bed. When we arrived the soap was not fully filled up and only one toilet paper roll was provided. Again, minor things and easily resolved when we asked the host and cleaner who were very happy to assist.

• Carolina (10/5): We want to stay forever! - Ideal location in the very center of Chania Old Town, walking distance maximum 8 minutes from anywhere, and the streets were very safe even late at night. The rooms are clean and a good size for 2 people to be very comfortable. The staff was wonderful, kind and considerate. I was glad we got the included breakfast, which is at a nearby café. The service there was also very pleasant and portions generous. I have food allergies and felt completely safe. Nothing! Only thing is be advised that the stairs up to the apartments are metal spiral staircase with no handrail. It can be a little tricky if you have heavy luggage but the staff is very helpful.

• Eduardus (10/5): Great location, Great room, Great service ! - First of all, the location is very good, located in old town, just 4 minutes walk to Chania Harbor, about 10 minutes to bus station. The room itself is very minimalistic, but have everything you need to comfortably stay for 2 people (Air conditioner included) with a very reasonable price. They even have small balcony! Finally their service is really great! They are really kind and give a lot of suggestions for dining places and trips. They even fulfill my request to have a bathrobe in my room :). Would really be back there next time I am in Chania. It would be better if the apartment equipped with elevator, as the room located in the first floor, and bringing heavy luggage could be a problem, especially if you check out in the morning. But I am pretty sure they will help you out if you want their help to bring your suitcase (they even accept to store your luggage).

• NateAirMIA (10/5): Centrally Located Gem with Exceptional Hospitality - I had a fantastic 2-night stay at Copal Simple Staying, located just steps from the heart of old town in Chania. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and feels freshly built or renovated. George greeted me upon arrival, shared his WhatsApp, and gave a detailed tour of the apartment, including how to use the jacuzzi. The room spans two floors with a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop area—super pleasing! The location couldn’t be better, putting me within walking distance of everything in Chania. What really stood out was George’s hospitality. From the moment I booked until after I left, he made sure I was completely taken care of. The only minor inconvenience is that the property is on a pedestrian-only street, so you’ll need to be dropped off about a block away. Otherwise, the entire experience was seamless and welcoming—truly a delightful stay!

• Ben (10/5): Gorgeous apartment fantastic service right in the centre - The location is incredible. You couldn’t get any closer to the port. We love a balcony and this one over looks small lane ways you can see viby restaurants and people out and about. once you shut the doors the noise stays outside. The premises were fresh, clean and very stylish. The host George was exceptional he stayed in constant communication and provided so much help and information. The apartment is a little tight but the decor made up for it. There are a few steps to get to the room, which didn’t bother us, but if stairs are an issue maybe ask for a lower level room. George was so nice he carried our two enormous bags up to our room for us. What a champion!

The space is currently managed by Antonis, who is closely involved in every aspect. His thoughtful presence and attention to detail add much to the atmosphere and overall experience. Thanks to him, everything runs smoothly, and guests feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. Our room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and perfectly styled. Everything felt thoughtful, elegant, and comfortable. The location is excellent. It is right in the heart of the old Venetian town of Chania, just a 2-minute walk from the old port. The atmosphere of the whole area is magical, with small streets, old stone walls, and hidden corners. This blend of history and the present creates a unique and special vibe. Giorgos, our main point of contact from the time of booking until the end of our stay, was warm, professional, and always available. From the first message to when we left, he made us feel truly welcome and cared for. He genuinely wants every visitor to have the best possible experience, and that care shows in every detail. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania. It made our trip full of fresh energy, calm, and a real sense of decompression. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Even though in middle of old town, we didn’t hear any noise from outside streets at night. Staff extremely friendly & accommodating. As other reviewers have stated the stairs are loud so at night you do hear other residents coming in late & up the stairs - but we got used too it & it was fine.

The owner was super helpful, hooked us up with everything and made life super easy for us. Shower needs a door pr something so the bathroom doesn't get wet.
• Alina (9/5): Nice stay in Chania’s Old Town - Located right in the Old Town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Although is situated in a busy area, the room is very well isolated and you can’t hear the street noise (you do need to keep the windows closed at night). It’s also close to the Central Bus Station so it’s very convenient if you plan do visit the island by bus. Maria was a super host and helped us with recommendations, useful information and even booked us a tour last minute. Breakfast at Atropolion was AMAZING! That place is worth at least one visit even if breakfast is not included in the room rate, it has delicios options for breakfast or brunch and good coffee.

The location is perfect for being in the center of the Old Town of Chania and very quiet at night! I will definitely choose the same accommodation if I visit Chania again!

Location was smack down in the middle of Old Town, and very close to Harbour, multitude of restaurants and shops. Best part was Maria, our host. Very friendly and gave a lot of great recommendations for the area and town. Only absolute very, very minor issue is that a bit of noise can be heard from the stairwell when people come/leave. But as it is not that big of a hotel, you rarely hear anything. This does not subtract any points or parts of our enjoyment of the place at all.

The room itself was clean and tidy, a beautiful aesthetic with a nice balcony to enjoy the morning sun. Maria was the best host!! She was absolutely amazing and helped us with any request at any time. We were able to message her whenever we needed help or had any questions. We were provided with the best spots to visit and eat prior to arriving also which was fabulous! Highly recommend anyone to stay here, we will definitely be returning in the future :)

• Tara (9/5): Great value for money. Modern clean room, wonderful hostess & perfect location! - Maria looked after us at this hotel & she was so wonderful. She gave us so many great recommendations for restaurants, beaches & activities. The housekeeper was also the best we’ve had in a hotel! She did so well at cleaning the room & made it feel special every time we came back from a long day. The only reason I’m not giving a 10 is due to the noise. Unfortunately the walls between the room & the hallway/stairs is very thin & you can hear everyone coming in and out. During the day this is okay however when you are trying to sleep at night it can be quite frustrating.

The staff was excellent in providing service. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was divine and more than ample. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a balcony to overlook the street. It was quiet yet close to the center of town. We would definitely stay again. Nothing needs to be changed.

It's near the main tourist area, but tucked away down an alley (that feels safe) so it's not super loud. The room was nice. It was nice to be able to look outside and people-watch. There was a bench in the room right under the window to make people watching easy. The staff was very nice. The A/C worked well and they provided bottles of water (which are great in the summer). I don't like the shower not having a door to close it.

From before I even arrived, the host Maria was so incredibly helpful, giving me all the information I needed and always so promptly. The room is very nice. Everything is very new and the interior design makes it feel warm and inviting. I’m a stickler for good lighting and the lighting in the room was perfect. It is right in the centre of old town. There is everything at your doorstep. And if you need to get out of Chania, Maria had plenty of recommendations. And huge shout out to Eva who cleaned the rooms and she was just as lovely. 10/10

The rooftop patio is the - Location was great, just around the corner from old town central square but yet quiet and peaceful. Rooftop patio was fantastic & is highlight of the apartment, with nice lounge chairs & hot tub. Also, just outside main room is small patio with 2 chairs & table. Hostess Maria & owner Antonis are very nice and are great communicators; even urgently assisted me in retrieving forgotten wallet at restaurant 1 hour away & having it delivered to the property! Nothing not to like… property is wonderful!!
