• Petr (10/5): - This was one of the best accommodations we had during our short stay in New Zealand. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location in beautiful neighbourhood Parnell is just walking distance from the city center. Susan, the owner, was very nice to us and she also let us park our car in front of her house until late afternoon. Definitely nothing to complain about.

В комнате есть всё необходимое - холодильник, чайник, микроволновая печь, тостер, утюг, фен, кондиционер, телевизор, радио, есть посуда. Комната очень тихая и уютная. Удобная кровать, много разных подушек на любой вкус. Легко добраться до интересных мест в Окленд, до центрального вокзала, до морского вокзала. Окленд очень большой город по протяженности. Этот район Parnell очень тихий и престижный. Завтрак надо было готовить самим, всё необходимое для этого есть в комнате - кофе, джем, масло, сыр, тосты, йогурт, мюсли, бананы, яблоки, мандарины, киви. Мы провели чудесных 5 дней в этом отеле! Нас даже отвезли на машине к вокзалу, откуда легко добраться до аэропорта. Большое вам спасибо за прием Сюзан!

Парковку на улице иногда нужно поискать, но она всегда есть.

Heat pump on and underfloor heating in bathroom - the selection of breakfast and hot and cold beverages - I could go on and on. Just the best. Thank you. A little bit tricky to find in the dark but otherwise nothing to note. The gate was left open for me which was very helpful.

Super clean, well organised and great communication. Susan went above and beyond to help us as we’d had transport issues. • Thomas (10/5): Perfect stay for New Years Eve. - The Suite is very conveniently located between Parnell Road and the Harbour and directly at the Parnell Rose Garden. Susan and Wayne are exceptionally attentive and caring hosts. We arrived early and were welcomed and taken care of immediately. The apartment is well equipped and a basket with fresh fruit awaited us upon arrival. Nothing that we did not like.

I was going to a concert at Spark Arena and it was the perfect walking distance. The only problem I had was noisy neighbours late on a Saturday night, but even they shut down once I spoke to them

• Elizabeth (9/5): Comfortable and handy place to stay. - Location was handy to the city, but there were also places to eat within walking distance, although the area is VERY hilly, so you need to be prepared to walk up and down some steep roads. We ate at a local brewery Two Fold. Very nice. Breakfast was included and was very substantial - cereals, fruit, toast, yoghurt, tea, coffee. Bathroom had lots of extras - shampoo, body wash, deodorant, moisturiser. Lovely quiet location, room was neat , tidy, clean and looked nice. Very comfy bed. Host Susan was lovely. Would highly recommend. Couldn’t really fault anything.

The bathroom items that were supplied were also above and beyond what we've seen in previous accommodations. Value for money and location are perfect. We RARELY give out 10 out of 10. • Claudia (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in der Stadt, aber ruhig und hat einen kleinen Garten, so dass man auf der Terasse frühstücken kann. Für das Frühstück haben wir alles, was man benötigt, vorgefunden. Die Parnell Street und der Bahnhof sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Susan hat uns großartig geholfen, unsere Probleme mit dem Bahnticket zu lösen und wir wurden sogar am frühen Morgen zur Bahn gefahren.

• Thomas (9/5): - Wonderful stay with a very nice and accommodating guest. A lot of space in the bedroom and bathroom. We were disappointed by the breakfast (although there were a lot of fruits options). No cheese or plain yoghurt.
• Suzie (10/5): - We travel frequently both in NZ, Australia and places well beyond. This large studio was the BEST provisioned place we have ever encountered. The hosts provided huge quantities of fruit, cereal, bread, yoghurt, juice, milk and even thought to put a small torch on the bedside table. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, reading lights worked well and there was an even a night light in the bathroom. There were tables and chairs outside in the private courtyard so you could eat outside if you wished. Fridge and microwave included plus plates, utensils and even a picnic basket. A FABULOUS place. Not relevant!

Delightful courtyard garden. Host Susan was very helpful. Fridge and cupboards stocked with everything you need for breakfast. Electric blankets on very comfortable bed .

Parece que ella (la anfitriona )vive encima de la habitación, se escuchan bastantes los pasos de arriba, pero se puede descansar. El trato de la anfitriona fue escaso. Solo se acercó a las 10:10 de la mañana para echarnos de la habitación de mala manera. En ningún momento preguntó qué tal habíamos estado allí. Yo justo estaba enferma y me volví a duchar por los mareos y me retrasé esos 10 min. No pasa nada si me cobra algo más por esos miseros 10 min, pero por lo menos educación de preguntar si todo está bien. He viajado por más de 50 países y SOLO valoro la humanidad, no tantas cosas en la habitación.

Wonderful hosts who generally care about your stay. We spent more time at the suite relaxing rather than exploring Parnell. The property is fantastic. Just be aware that Parnell is very hilly with some steep climbs if you’re walking to and from town or the train station.

Completely private. The owner has provided every possible thing you could need, from a selection of breakfast cereals, a few fridge items, cleaning supplies, A/C, comfortable chairs, a dining table, and much, much more. Never seen a place with more thoughtful amenities. Nothing.

The effort the hosts have made to ensure the suite is welcoming and comfortable, the variety of breakfast supplies, the private garden and all the little extras not normally found in guest accommodation. • Robert (9/5): I would highly recommend and would stay there again! Great place, comfy and great location. - Beautiful little room in a wonderful neighborhood. Rose garden was just across the street and the Parnell neighborhood was awesome with great restaurants and coffee shops etc. We took an Uber downtown but I guess we could have taken the rail nearby. We took electric scooters back from downtown waterfront to the apartment, it was perfect! Breakfast was fine but I wouldnt say amazing, but very fair for the price.
• Suzanne (9/5): 2 night stay in Parnell - Excellent service and communication, super clean and tidy, loved all the little touches, the food in the fridge and cupboards, and the toiletries in the bathroom. The shower was amazing, great pressure and nice and hot. The room was nice and private. Close to all that we needed, i.e., shops and spark arena for concert. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Bed was a little hard for me, but that is just personal preference. Apart from that, no complaints at all.

Close to several good cafes, restaurants and coffee places. Easy walking to several areas of interest and next to a large park with beach access. That we couldn't stay longer.
