Madeline Prendergast (10/5): Albuferia May 2025, Quinta da Barracuda 👌 - Apartment & Complex are beautiful & clean. No noise transfer which was a bonus. Full kitchen was amazing & decent size fridge. Really lovely balcony, sun loungers would have been a real bonus. We found the bed very hard & pillows could do with an upgrade. Location to old town bit far but we managed.
marian (1/5): Ga hier niet heen, ONGEZOND VERBLIJF. ONVERANTWOORDELIJK. - Op het eerste gezicht was het een mooi appartement. Er bleek zwarte schimmel in de slaap en woonkamer te zitten, na 1e melding werd het in de slaapkamer weggepoetst na 3 weken, vlak voor vertrek bleek de slaap en woonkamer achter de gordijnen flink aangetast en kwamen wij met een longontste King thuis. De klacht werd weggewuifd met ach dat kan gebeuren zijn oude appartementen. Kan geen kwaad ??? Ik kreeg thuis een onderzoek en gelijk een antibiotica kuur. Nu 2 maanden later nog steeds niet geheel hersteld. Volgens ons was dit ook niet het appartement wat door ons geboekt was maar een gebouw dat verderop in de straat lag. Gangen tochtig en 3 weken met water.door regen . Ga hier niet heen !!!! het is niet gezond !

Gabriel (4/5): The apartment is nice, clean, quiet and reasonably priced however, the mgmt of detail is poor - I had to make arrangements to meet the agent at a particular time. I was anxious about this as my flight could have been delayed. Leaving the keys in a drop box would have been much more convenient for me Hot water was not available on a number of occasions. A technician was called out, I had to remain in the apartment in order to allow them access to the apartment. They fixed the issue but the problem re occured after that. The shower head holder was too high for anyone under 5 foot 6 inches to access easily. The TV remote did not work and required batteries. The arrangements for the payment of the deposit in advance was overly cumbersome . I was also requested to provide proof that I had paid the deposit in advance which I consider to be unreasonable. The agent could check their bank account. Also the name on the account I was given (the apartment owner , I think) was too long to fill in on the bank transfer fields at my own bank account . This was frustrating as it meant I had to modify the detail in the hope that the EFT would be successful. The agent was not at all understanding about this.There were no towels provided , I had to request them and received them on the second day. I was not provided with any leaflet to explain essential information regarding pedestrian and main gate access control to the apartment block. Although the agent confirmed that smoking was not permitted in the apartment, there was a very strong smell of smoke in the apartment which took several days to clear after I had taken corrective actions by leaving windows and doors open and leaving air freshners throughout the apartment. The agent was very pleasant but was , in my opinion, overly defensive about all issues I raised. The agents instructions re leaving the keys upon departure were different that those provided to me by Booking.com, I await refund of my deposit.
