• Filipe (9/5): Top place - Wonderful place, fully equipped, large balcony with great views to the sea and city. Spacious, modern, homey. Highly recommend it. I underestimated the walking distance to the historical city center. It was quite a walk under summer hot temperatures. Nevertheless not much of an issue and it was on me 😅
• Ania Tol (8/5): Fantastycznie duzy taras i duze poczucie bezpieczeństwa - Rozkład pomieszczeń byl bardzo dobry, mieszkanie spore, nowoczesnie urządzone. Przestronny taras ze świetnym widokiem na port. Mieszkanie w nowym bloku bardzo czysta klatka, winda, duże poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Kuchnia duza, 2 klimatyzatory, 2 telewizory w salonie i sypialni. W kuchni ekspres do kawy oraz kapsułki. Świetny internet i trzeba sie codziennie logowac. Blisko jest raj dla smakoszy bo ok 7 minut drogi znajduje sie rynek z lokalnymi pysznymi produktami. Spacer do Bari Vecchia zajmowal ok. 30-40 minut ale byl dla nas przyjemny, moglismy poznac okolice Zbyt mała ilość garnków szczegolnie jesli jest sie alergikiem i wiekszosc posiłków trzeba bylo sobie samemu przygotowac, przydałoby sie dodatkowe krzesło do siedzenia przy bufecie. Lodówka duza ale źle wyregulowana : wszystkie produkty nam zmrozila. Zmywarka ma niepoprawnie zamontowany dolny kosz wiec nie dalo sie z niej korzystac (tabletek tez brak). Szklane drzwi do łazienki byly bardzo niekomfortowe- bylo dokładnie wszystko widac od strony sypialni. Płytki na tarasie byly nieumyte co troche psuło efekt łał.

• Antonio (9/5): - Un piccolo appartamento dove, anche per una notte, puoi fare tutto quello che vuoi, dal pranzare ad organizzare una serata film con il proprio partner, proprio come fossi a casa tua. Ci ritorneremo Non avevamo acqua calda, abbiamo fatto una doccia con acqua fredda.
• Elena (9/5): Nice apartment, we would stay here again! - Cosy apartment, clean, nice furniture, coffee and tea available, nice view from the sunny balcony. Good value for the money. The glass door to the bathroom. No parking.
• Renata (9/5): Cozy new apartment - Apartment is still new (a new building). Kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. You will also have a nice terrace with a view towards the sea (port) and the city. It's a cozy place, a bit further from the center and old town, but there is a nice Market place (Mercato del Carmelo) near by, small shops, pizzerias or coffee places just around the corner. Communion was a bit weird. They received our document copies and that's when comunication stoped. We received the code (for opening a box with the keys) straight after making a booking, but it didn't work eventually. When we called their customer service we were told we didn't send our documents and so we didn't finish check in procedure (which we did), but after probably checking their emails the lady shared a new code, so we could enter our room. TV wasn't connected to the internet (so you couldn't use Youtube, Netflix or else) and one of the remote controls didn't work, so we couldn't use it, but as we didn't come for TV, it wasn't a big issue for us :)

• Gerard (2/5): - We had not received any communication from the property until the morning we flew to Bari. Not knowing whether we had antwhere to stay that night, we booked another accommodation. The property owners said that not confirming details until their guests had begun their journey was perfectly acceptable and refused to refund any money. It subsequently came to light that the contact details they had lodged with Expedia were wrong so we were unable to contact them by phone or email. Not entirely their fault because Expedia should have made sure the contact details were correct but that is something the property owners and expedia should sort out between them. In the end we were the ones to made to suffer by ending up having to book a second accommodation with no refund given for circumstances which were not our fault. Can't comment on the quality of the property because we never saw it but communication and customer care were atrocious. Book somewhere else if you want to be sure you have somewhere to stay before you travel.
