• Céline (6/5): - Le séjour était bien, nous étions proches de la station Oji. L’hôte répond rapidement. La propreté était à revoir mais dans l’ensemble ça allait, le code de la porte bug énormément faudrait le faire vérifié sinon à tout moment on peut rester bloqués dehors.

W pobliżu sklepy. W apartamencie jest wszystko, co potrzeba na dłuższy pobyt (lodówka, pralka, mikrofalówka, kuchenka, czajnik, ricecooker). Sprawny check-in i check-out. Przydałby się haczyki na ubrania/kurtki przy wejściu. System sortowania śmieci - trochę inne informacje są w pokoju, a inne otrzymaliśmy w pdf przy check-in (ale do ogarnięcia:)

• Ana (6/5): Ok but not good, and definitely not great - Convenient location and not expensive, especially considering that I booked it last minute. The flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift, which I wasn’t informed of at the time of the booking. Going up the narrow flight of stairs with our four luggages wasn’t great. Also, the flat is quite small, definitely not your typical one-bedroom, but more like a very tiny studio. The floor was quite dirty, with papers, dust and hair under the bed; the cooker was also unclean. The mattress was very uncomfortable. We got a bunk bed with a folding mattress, so extremely thin. The air conditioner didn’t work, as it seemed that the remote was out of battery. Based on my 2-night experience, I don’t recommend staying here, unless you get it cheap and want to prioritise low-budget accommodation.

• Sean (10/5): So far my best stay experience in Tokyo, I will definitely visit again. - Fully functional, comfortable studio in a convenient location close to supermaket, dollar store, and station. Tidy and organized on my move-in date. Shower supplies, laundry detergent, tooth bruh, soap, extra garbage bags, and napkins are all provided. Prompt customer support response. Price is reasonable for a 21sqm studio in Tokyo. The only thing I hold a little bias to is the insulation of the room, I had to turn on the ac while sleeping. It may disturb sleeping quality for people sensitive to sound. But I found it totally acceptable.

• Pancil (8/5): Functional Space, but Needs Better Maintenance - This unit is a fully-functional studio which is spacious and equipped with essentials such as kitchen, toilet, and a bathroom with bathtub. The electrical appliances and cookware look really cheap for Japanese standard. The sofa bed was broken and unstable. The comforter and mattress pad were made dirty by previous guests.

• Jin Hui (6/5): You get what you paid for. - This is my second time staying in two years, the reasons are it has clean and convenient bathroom layout, a little open space with a desk and a chair, is a relaxing spot after walking 20k steps everyday. It feels like the cleanliness has gone down over the year, my futon was dirty but they gave me a new one after I ask to change, the pillow and blanket are little bit of dirty as well.

Dårlig beskrivelse og vanskelig å få tak i pinkoder for å låse seg inn. Ingen som svarer på telefonen. Hadde ikke klart å komme oss inn i leiligheten uten hjelp fra 2 lokale japanere. Her måtte man kunne lese japansk. Vi måtte senere også hjelpe andre fortvilte gjester med å komme seg inn i leiligheten de hadde booket. Våknet flere netter av høylytt fest i etasjen under. Igjen var det ingen mulighet til å gi beskjed noe sted. Det var ikke opplyst om at det kun passer for et par, var heller ikke soverom som det stod at det skulle være. Ingen seng i hele tatt. Måtte sove på gulvet med dobbeltdyne. Dårlig renhold. Vi fikk ingen rene håndkle før siste kvelden. Måtte kjøpe disse selv. Null stjerners overnatting.

• t (10/5): 必要十分な機能が備わったお得な宿。 - 最寄りの駅からはアクセスがしやすい。 ホテル自体は閑静な場所にありゆっくり過ごせる。 部屋は過不足なく、必要十分な清潔さがある。 スタッフとのやりとりが極めてスムーズで安心感がとてもある。 利用中に困ったことがあった際。常に迅速なやり取りができて本当に安心感がありました。 部屋自体も完璧な清潔さではないが、とても快適に過ごせるように、必要な箇所は清潔でとても居心地が良かった。 階段は少し狭いので、大きい荷物などは気をつけたほうがいいかもしれません。 人数が多い場合は狭く感じることはあるかもしれません。

Just one heater in the small “bedroom” and no information how it works. Just one pillow to sleep with and we were two! Terrible plastic mugs. To difficult to check in.

• Riho (4/5): Disappointing - I cannot recommend this property because the electronic door key of the room was not stable, and one night it didn’t work and I was unable to enter the room. It was already late at night, so I had to stay at a different place. I explained the situation and asked them for refund for one night, but they just told me the key was working fine and refused the refund, which was very disappointing.

Also, they reply to the messages within 30 mins or less. The Wifi was good for an average use. It's pretty convenient that you have all of the kitchen devices. The amenities were good. They provided: 2 big towels 3 small towels 2 shampoo bottles (100 ml each) 2 conditioner bottels (100 ml each) 2 shower gel bottels (100 ml each) 2 small laundry gel sheets 2 toothbrushes each with a small toothpaste I will definitly choose to stay there again! The futon they provided on the bed was a bit cold for me! I had a small travel blanket and it helped me to overcome this. Maybe I'm just not used to using futons though!

• Greta (2/5): I don’t recommend staying here - Usb adapter We found garbage from people before us si it wasnt clean, you can’t leave the luggage before the cehck-in and there is no near coin locker. “Sofa bed” was just a bad matress. And in the colidors smells like shit.
• Jimmy (8/5): Pick this place if first time travelling. - Is very nice, clean and organized. If the bed was more comfortable it would be perfect.
• Pimwalun (10/5): Nice stay! Love it ! - The space is bigger than hotel in Japan. Clean and have everything you need, washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator etc. quick reply from host! The disadvantage is that there’s no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you have to carry it by yourself as responsibility.
• Wai (9/5): Very good - All facilities are functional. Overall clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money! Only one air conditioner inside the room, but it was strong enough to cool down the house. 5-10 mins walking distance from the nearest metro station but a little bit far away from city centre.
• Riitta (8/5): Very nice and quiet neighbourhood, clean and modern apartment. - There could have been a bit more kitchen things, like classes and maybe some coffee and tee to get started.
• Evija (2/5): Worst ever been to - There was washing machine. First of all – we had not the same room as it was showed on the picture. It includes the bed!!! It was the worst bed I and also my husband have ever slept on! It was the one that is shown in pictures as couch standing on floor. When you open and straight it out, you have a mattress with three different parts with two too huge (for at least normal sleep) gaps between these parts. We literally spent some 5-10 minuets before every sleep to find at least some suitable position for sleep. We stayed there 6 nights and we could not wait to get away from there. It was not so clean as it was mentioned in the comments! The oven was cowered with fat, and on the table, there were some pretty disgusting green-yellow spots… Had to clean them. Thought there was a washing machine there was not any laundry powder. It would be good if there would be at least some portion for at least one time of washing – we had to buy the whole bag of it. And the worst was their policy of recycling. There were such rules about which we were not informed before the visit. If you do not recycle properly, you will get the penalty. I am ok with recycling and I am doing that at home. But there was no place for such stuff as aluminium packaging. So that was an additional headache to worry about. As well – the apartment is too far from the centre. Of course, it was cheaper then hotels in the centre. But still – not the cheapest. And you still have to spend lots of time and also money to get somewhere.
