Bernal (9/5): Una estancia agradable y segura. - Nos encantó la ubicación, contar con ascensor porque iba con dos adultos mayores, el desayuno muy rico las personas muy amables. El agua caliente. La seguridad. El silencio de la zona. Lavamos estaba averiado; arreglo de la habitación antes del check out: consideramos que no es lo correcto ya que podría ser doble trabajo para las personas de la limpieza y para nosotros fue muy incómodo ver que ya todo estaba listo y tuvimos q usar baño y lavamanos, nos dejaron sin toallas para secar las manos. Estos dos temas fueron informados al hotel. Muchas gracias.
