• Catiuscia (7/5): Bellissimo appartamento poco curato - L’appartamento è molto accogliente e spazioso, bello e posizionato bene! Materasso molto comodo. Ha un bel terrazzo grande La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, polvere dappertutto, peli e capelli in ogni cassetto del bagno e nell’armadio in camera.. il divano sporco che non ci si poteva sedere, ho dovuto lavare i cuscini per poterlo usare! Le sedie della tavola da pranzo sfondate e sporche, piene di macchie… il copri materasso pieno di macchie gialle!! il terrazzo con piante secche , lumache schiacciate , sdraie con cuscini alquanto sporchi… Veramente dispiaciuta di scrivere questa recensione perché l’appartamento sarebbe molto bello se non fosse per la pulizia e la poca cura!
• ane (7/5): El apartamento está fenomenal, pero tiene detalles que se podrían mejora - El alojamiento está bien ubicado, las habitaciones son confortables y la terraza es fantástica El apartamento no estaba sucio pero le faltaba limpieza en general. La cocina no estaba bien equipada, aunque tenía copas no tenía vasos. Le faltaba detalles hacia el huéspedes, solo había un rollo de papel higiénico, no había papel de cocina, ni sal, ni azúcar..

• Ivana (10/5): - Opis apartmana odgovara stvarnom izgledu. U blizini je svega (samousluga, javnog prevoza, kafeterija), a ipak je u mirnom i tihom kraju. Terasa je divna. Iako terasa gleda na zgrade, sve je tiho, kako ujutru, tako i u toku dana i uvece. Povremeno je dolazila komsijska macka koja je prelepa i nije nam ni malo smetala. Bile smo u potpunosti zadovoljne nasim boravkom.

• Leticia (4/5): Reclamo - La ubicación, el espacio. Hubo muchos incidentes mal resueltos por ellos. Trabajo en turismo, me hacía mucha ilusión está instancia, tenía un almuerzo preparado para hacer en la terraza, por eso lo alquile... Fue imposible.,. Una obra sin parar en el departamento de al lado..todos los días.... desde 9am ( Nadie me avisó esto,,) Fui a descansar!!! A pura máquina..me tuve que ir..el primer día! El.gato del vecino metido.en mi departamento...todos los días.. El señor nunca dió la cara... Persiana rota , persona mayor no puede agacharse para salir. Lámpara living rota.. Sillas esteticamente lindas , te sentas y te hundis completamente Manija del baño rota..nunca pude tener intimidad al cerrar la puerta porque te quedabas encerrado. Lámpara de un cuarto rota, y se notaba que hace mucho ... Nadie le importo arreglar el departamento para mí llegada .. El butter del.lavabo se quedaba sin agua por falta de limpieza, hemos decubierto, ya que luego de 3 días vino un chico que me dió la razón en todo .todo ..pero solo arreglaba eso. Nunca pude hacer nada en la terraza del ruido agobiante... El personal uno en particular, me obligaba a aceptar que un técnico entre cuando no estoy porque nunca me podían confirmar si iban a ir porque tenían mucho trabajo!!! La gestión me lo han hecho pasar mal. No me dió nunca una hora par esperar a un técnico... Solo José mando un técnico para lo de Butter porque me quedé sin aliento.. Yo pagué confiando, y realmente tenía ilusión.. Tiene todo por ser bonito, se nota que no les importa... Mismo personal del equipo me aceptaron que todo esto está reportado para arreglarlo y nadie fue. Solicito una compensación coherente porque no tuve lo que compre. Les pido que me ayuden. Gracias

• Jancic Heinemann (9/5): Nice stay, a bit confusing host, good location and proximity of transport to access all in the city. - The apartment is clean there is a lot of light in the room during the day, the terrasse is an beautiful point, we could stay there all the time, we had breakfast there, it was spacious and very comfortable. The view is on the inner court, and it is very calm. In the apartment we had all we needed, it was clean and comfortable. one of the bedrooms is a bit small and has a very small window, but it was supportable. Neighbors have a beautiful cat that came for a short visit and we liked it very much. Elevators worked well, the apartment is on the 8th level and this was important. There are shops nearby and no problem to find everything one can need for a short stay. We agreed to meet the host at 12h, then we should meet at 11h30 as he was busy at 12h, and finally we met about 13h. When we arrived there were previous clients in the apartment. It was not a bad experience, only a bit unserious from the host. If you want somebody to meet you at the apartment there is a fee to pay, depending on the time of arrival. As this didn't go smoothly we paid nothing as a sign of good will. The host was not reactive at all and didn't answer any of our messages during the stay. We had some trouble to find where the wi-fi was. We realized that when we wanted to use the washing machine. It would be good to signal the information about the internet connection. There is one rooter in the central room but this one does not give the internet. The blankets were adapted for the weather, but the dimensions were a bit narrow only 1m in width and I personally didn't have enough of cover for a good sleep and I have an average built.

• susy (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Terrazza molto grande , vicino al servizio della metropolitana . Appartamento spazioso. Accoglienza positiva , anche nell’assistenza della prenotazione personale gentile e disponibile. La pulizia un po’ scarsa . Il gatto del vicino che entrava in casa . Letto da una piazza e mezza e non matrimoniale .
• Corina (7/5): - Locația a fost curata, aproape de metrou și de stații de autobuz. Terasa foarte frumoasa, spațioasă. Prosoape curate. Nu mi-a plăcut că nu ne-a fost lăsată hârtie igienică, deși a fost închiriat apartamentul pentru o săpt, pentru 4 persoane. Am avut o singura hârtie igienică, și aia începută. In locație nu au fost lăsate, sare și piper macar. Scaunele din living ar trebui sa fie schimbate, aproape cazi cu ele. Astea au fost părțile negative și care ar trebui revizuite.

• Alfonso (7/5): - Le dimensioni dell'appartamento, la buona divisione delle stanze e la bellissima terrazza. Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. La pulizia. Il cestino delle immondizie in bagno non era stato pulito e dentro vi erano anche degli assorbenti usati

• Birgit (9/5): - Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind super und die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, 2 bequeme 1,40 m Betten und ein geräumiges Bad. Da unser Flug Verspätung hatte, kamen wir erst 30 Minuten später an, was wir auch rechtzeitig kommuniziert hatten. Wir mussten dann mit unserem ganzen Gepäck extra in die Agentur und dort den Schlüssel abholen, anstatt einen Mitarbeiter wie vereinbart vor Ort bei unserem Apartment zu treffen. Dann wieder per U-Bahn mit Gepäck zurück zum Appartement. Das war nicht gut organisiert und anstrengend. Auch ein späterer Checkout als 11 Uhr war nicht möglich, obwohl unsere gepackten Koffer im Flur des Appartements sicher nicht bei der Reinigung gestört hätten. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber, aber die Armaturen im Bad und die gläserne Duschwand , wurden offensichtlich bei der Reinigung vergessen oder schon länger nicht mehr geputzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war teilweise nicht sehr freundlich und auch nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Hier ist in Punkto Kundenfreundlichkeit in jedem Fall noch Luft nach oben.
• Piriyakulchai (10/5): Amazing! I love this apartment - The room was bigger than I thought, and it's including a large balcony! The location is easy to get to the city center. Beds were a bit small for 2 big adults.
