• Zornitsa (10/5): - The best apartment I've ever stayed in at Bookong. Absolutely equipped with everything you need. Large rooms and terraces. 2 minutes from the tram stop, which takes you to the center in 10 minutes. I recommend!

• JINGYUN (10/5): Very good experience. - The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is also well equipped, for needs from board games to complex cooking. The location is convenient, T2 tram line is 2 minutes walk from the property and goes to city center/rail station and airport without transfer, nearby restaurants and supermarkets are also good and cheap. Marco welcomed us and showed us around the rooms, as well as good places to go nearby. Considering the price I would say it is very much high value.
• Abel (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at this property! Florence is so vast that we couldn’t explore it all in our short visit, but we’re already excited to return next year. Our kids loved making new friends and playing in the garden right in front of the house. Highly recommend this wonderful rental!

It's also in a good location, close to the tram station, making transportation convenient. The service attitude is extremely good! They respond promptly and are very enthusiastic. Its location in a quiet area was ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet it was very convenient with a tram stop nearby that easily connected us to the city center and the airport. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, there are excellent Italian restaurants nearby for delicious dinners and charming pastry shops for a relaxing breakfast or coffee break. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful base with fantastic local tips and easy access to Florence’s main attractions.
• Akshay (7/5): Good - The place is nice , adjacent to a tram station. Quite neighborhood ,nice apartment well equipped kitchen , very proactive communication with the management. The bath showers and one of the beds need improvement. Also the central heating we found was too hot. Had a very comfortable stay !

The apartment is spacious, Confortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay. It’s just a 1-minute walk from the tram station, which can take you anywhere, and there’s a beautiful public garden right in front of it for relaxation. Restaurants and supermarkets are also very close by. We really had a blast! We were also onboarded by the amazing Marco, who spent more than 20 minutes giving us advice on where to eat and the best gelato spots in Florence. His recommendations were spot on. • Elena (10/5): EXCELLENT - This very cozy and spacious apartment is located in a quiet area. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is just 1 minute walk from the tram stop. The tram runs every 5 minutes and it only takes 5 stops to arrive at the Historical Center. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for living. The owners constantly offered their help and for this we thank them very much. When we come next time to Florence, we will definitely stay in this apartment.
• Ricardo (9/5): Very good! - The apartment has a good size, is located very close to the tram station, the beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. There's no garage, in my case it was an issue, to try to find a vacant parking on the street was really tough!

• Radek (9/5): Superb - Spacy apartment with nice balconies, comfy beds. Their service was very attentive and offered help a lot. We didn't really use their help as we had everything planned. We were told there were no mosquitos at the moment but if so there were electric mosquito repellents. However, we found all of them empty. Also they promised us to bring some soap or gels as they were missing. But we never got them.
