• Lorentzos (8/5): - Σε καλή τοποθεσία 500 μέτρα από το χωριό δίπλα σε χωράφια,πολύ ήσυχα και όμορφα, με τεράστιο σαλόνι και μεγάλη tv ,τζαγκουζι και σχετικά οικονομικο Μικρές λεπτομέρειες όπως τοστιέρα η τηλεόραση στα υπνοδωμάτια που δεν είχε,επίσης η πρίζα κάτω από το τζαγκουζι δεν ήταν ασφαλής(έβαλα πλαστική σακούλα από πάνω για να μην γίνει κάποιο βραχυκύκλωμα,τα υπνοδωμάτια δεν είναι τεράστια και στα διαμερίσματα στο ισόγειο η 1 κρεβατοκάμαρα δεν έχει παραθυρο
• Anna (8/5): Very nice, would be 10/10 if the bees and water weren’t a problem. - Very nice location, house modern clean and had the essentials. The hot water wasn’t working even though they explicitly told me that we have hot water 24/7. Even after turning the water heater on for 2 hours there was no hot water. Also there were many bees in the balcony they had a nest in one of the chairs so we could not seat on the balking (which was one of the main selling points for us).

• Maria (2/5): Good place, awful if you want hot water - The house was clean and comfy, beds were large with nice pillows, living room and kitchen nice and adequately equipped, comfy sofa and chairs, included capsules for coffee. We had one but very large issue. We were informed about a continuously available hot water for bathing or the tub. However, during winter weather (outside temperatures of 2-3 degrees) we did not have hot running water from 20:00 to 10:00 in the next morning. This was unacceptable, as we wanted to clean ourselves, and it was an amenity that was clearly mentioned when booking. When speaking the next morning with the customer service, our complaint was not understood and they even tried to mock us. They kept mentioning that the water was there but maybe was consumed by other houses (huge foul that each house did not have its own system). After communicating with another house, the tenants also mentioned that they had the same problem with cold water and did not manage to have a proper bath. This clearly is an unprofessional way of renting your property. Will definitely not recommend to any other friend/acquaintance.

• NICOLAS (10/5): Μαγευτικά, ξεκούραστα! - Ωραία τοποθεσία, φανταστικό διαμέρισμα! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
• ILIAS (10/5): - Τοποθεσία. Ευρύχωρο σπίτι. Μεγάλο τζάκι. Άνετα κρεβάτια καί γενικά ποιοτικά έπιπλα. Θα ήθελα μία τοστιέρα στήν κουζίνα κάι ένα φούρνο μικροκυμάτων. Επίσης υπάρχει μία έξτρα χρέωση αν θέλεις ξύλα για τό τζάκι η οποία θα μπορούσε να είναι χαμηλότερη.

Θα μπορούσαν να υπήρχαν λίγα ξύλα για το τζάκι ή έστω αναπτήρας και προσάναμα που να συμπεριλαμβάνονται στην τιμή. Αγοράσαμε τα δικά μας οπότε δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα. Έλειπε επίσης χαρτί κουζίνας αλλά και αλάτι-πιπερι. Ο φωτισμός θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο θερμός.
• Λάμπρος (5/5): Αρκετά απομονωμένα από το χωριό,δε γνωρίζαμε ότι ήταν στο 2ο όροφο. - Μας άρεσε η καθαριότητα. Δεν είχε θέρμανση τη μια ημέρα ενώ η γυναίκα μου ήταν έγκυος. Μας πήραν τα χειριστήρια του air condition όταν ήρθε ο ηλεκτρολόγος να φτιάξει το θερμοστάτη. Αρνήθηκαν να μας τα δώσουν μέχρι να πω ότι είναι έγκυος. Επέμεναν ότι είναι εντάξει οι 22-24 βαθμοί,χωρίς να τους νοιάξει αν εμείς θέλουμε 30 βαθμούς μέσα στο σπίτι.

• IRIS (7/5): Very Good but not excellent needs some updates - Clean, spacious, calm, quite well organized, needs a few more things The lighting was little and very cold, not suited for the style and atmosphere of the house. Only when we lighted up the fire place we felt the warmth. Some more furnitures are needed in living room and bedroom. The biggest disadvantage was what they charged us for the wood to use in the fireplace. I particularly picked the accommodation to stay because of the fireplace and they charged me 30€ for 20kg wood. In Attica region you get 40 kg for 10€, so it’s an extreme difference which made me feel they are trying to make the most money they can out of their guests. Not very welcoming

• Νεφέλη (8/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για ηρεμία και τα γύρω μέρη απίστευτα , αξίζει να επισκεφθείτε το κατάλυμα! - Το σπίτι ήταν αξιόλογο, πολύ όμορφο εσωτερικά μπήκαμε και ήταν ζεστό διότι σαν χειμερινή απόδραση το σκεφτόμασταν για τη θέρμανση. Το τζάκι όμορφη παρέα (εάν και θα επιθυμούσαμε περισσότερα ξύλα διότι εννοείτε πως δεν φτάνανε όσα παρείχαν, εμείς αφήνουμε ένα δώρο στους επόμενους τα ξύλα που αγοράσαμε) Πραγματικά άξιζε το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Ιδανικά το μόνο που θα επιθυμούσαμε πέρα από την παροχή της πετσέτας, θα ήταν σίγουρα κάποια είδη υγιεινής παραπάνω, και κάποια τα οποία δεν τα βρήκαμε καθόλου διαθέσιμα να προστεθούν, ειδικά σε κράτηση όπως τη δική μας όπου ήταν για αρκετές μέρες.
• Αλικη (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή! - Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος. Η τοποθεσία φανταστική, με όμορφη θέα και πολύ βολική για τις μετακινήσεις μας. Θέλω επίσης να αναφέρω ότι το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικό και ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ένα θέμα που προέκυψε το έλυσαν γρήγορα και με ευγένεια. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμέναμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Ioanna (10/5): Ζεστή και άνετη διαμονή με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. - Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο, με εξαιρετική διαρρύθμιση και προσεγμένη διακόσμηση. Η διαμονή μας ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστη. Η εξυπηρέτηση από την εταιρεία διαχείρισης ήταν άψογη, με άμεση επικοινωνία και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για την καλύτερη δυνατή διαμονή μας, καθώς ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα και σε αίτημά μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που να μην μας αρέσει.

• Kostas (9/5): Είχαμε μο ωραία εμπειρία, και το προτείνουμε! - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, η διακόσμηση πολύ ωραία και γενικά πολύ προσεγμένο και πολύ καθαρό.ειναι πολύ ζεστό και τα καλοριφέρ ζεσταίναν αμέσως τον χώρο. Από το κατάλυμα έλειπαν βασικά πράγματα, όπως χαρτοπετσέτες ή χαρτί κουζίνας κι αυτό που μας χτύπησε άσχημα είναι ότι το χαρτί υγείας στην τουαλέτα ήταν μισό απ τους προηγούμενους. Επίσης είχε καφέ και καφετέρια αλλά δεν είχε ζάχαρη.

• Sophia (10/5): Cozy apartment in quiet area - Sparkling clean, very cozy apartment. We paused our roadtrip due to bad weather conditions and stayed in this apartment for two nights. The bed was a dream, we slept very well and kitchen had all the facilities needed.

• MARINOU (9/5): Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά στο χωριό, απόλυτη ησυχία και απίστευτη θέα από όλα τα δωμάτια. Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο, άνετο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο. Το κρεβάτι, αν και δεν είναι King size, έχει πολύ καλό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια, οπότε κοιμηθήκαμε πολύ καλά. Η εξυπηρέτηση από την εταιρεία διαχείρισης Theraiseprojects ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Εννοείται πως θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά! Το υπνοδωμάτιο είναι αρκετά μικρό και το κρεβάτι είτε ακουμπάει στον τοίχο από τη μια πλευρά, είτε αφήνει ελάχιστο χώρο, οπότε αυτή είναι μια δύσκολη συνθήκη, αλλά με τόσο άνετο στρώμα, ξεπεράσαμε αυτή τη δυσκολία. Το μέγεθος του δωματίου προφανώς δεν αλλάζει, αλλά ίσως αν αλλάξει η διαρρύθμιση των επίπλων, να λυθεί αυτό το πρόβλημα, γιατί πραγματικά είναι κρίμα για ένα τόσο όμορφο σπίτι.

• Panagiotis (3/5): Poor - The apartment is nice although it has a small bedroom without closets Extremely Poor Experience & Customer Service Our Valentine’s weekend stay at this house was one of the worst experiences we've had. While the house itself was aesthetically beautiful with a minimalistic and tasteful interior, everything else about our stay was disappointing. 1. Freezing Cold on Arrival – We arrived at 7 PM in the middle of winter, only to find the house completely unheated. The indoor temperature was 10 degrees Celsius, making it unbearably cold. 2. Slow & Ineffective Support – When we reached out to customer service, their "solution" was simply to turn on the heating. Needless to say, it takes hours for a cold house to warm up, making the first night highly uncomfortable. 3. Firewood at an Extra Charge – There was a fireplace, but if we wanted to use it, we had to pay 30€ extra for firewood. This felt unreasonable given the freezing conditions. 4. Uncomfortable & Minimalist to an Extreme – The bedroom had only a small 140cm-wide bed, hardly suitable for two people to sleep comfortably. 5. No Hot Water on the Second Day – On the first night, when we were the only guests, we had warm water. The next day, after two more families checked in, the second-floor hot water stopped working completely. When we reported this issue, customer service dismissed our complaint and even accused us of “creating problems where there aren’t any.” 6. No Basic Welcome Amenities – Upon arrival, there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge or any essentials provided. 7. Poorly Equipped Kitchen – The kitchen lacked basic necessities like a paper roll, salt, or pepper, making it inconvenient for even the simplest meal preparations. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing stay. The customer service was inflexible, unhelpful, and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing serious issues. No one was present to welcome us, nor was there any assistance during our stay despite repeated problems.

• Cinnamon (1/5): Worst experience! - Very disappointing! Upon arrival there was a bad odor coming from one of the bedrooms. The room had no window therefore no ventilation. The whole apartment had a bad odor! Very bad odor!! The bathroom tiles and wall had mold. We were disgusted to shower. I requested another apartment or a refund to leave but it was not an option. The raise projects management insisted the apartment is in perfect condition. They were not helpful and didn’t seem to care at all. Unfortunately, I had to stay there for 10 days with 2 children. It was dreadful! Worst experience! Not only was the apartment horrible but customer service made the experience worse. Thank you the raise projects for the awful apartment!
• Michalis (8/5): Lovely, comfortable apartment with everything you need! - The only thing “negative “ I can say is that the front bedroom had a really bad smell. We did try opening windows in the day but the smell was only in that room constantly.
• Dorita (7/5): Very clean and beautiful rooms spacious bathroom spacious living room it was the functionality of the spaces that could - Quiet place Minimalistic though not a practical kitchen as many kitchen basic items were missing such as napkins and kitchen towels. Also the bath massage tub was not working and the telephone shower had a problem throwing the water to the side and the owner could send someone to fix. Also I requested a broom and dust pan to clean myself the floor of the kitchen as I was preparing breakfast to keep and feel clean and they told me to find a key hidden outside that opens the storage room and I told them I couldn’t find it and never replied back. Their fist answer was that it is ok not for me to clean as I will leave the very next day and the e cleaner would mop the floor but that was not a great first answer and then u explained them how important for me is to use a broom as I feel this way clean when I make a mess in the kitchen as it felt like home this lovely place to me. Anyways then they told me to find a key outside for the storage room but I told them I could t find it and never replied back. In general it use a great place to stay but these things need to be fixed as the next customers will surely complain for the same things the owner just needs some mentoring on hospitality. Some ideas would be also a welcome touch point as the host was impersonal and the messages makes the experience cold. Also I was expecting some water in the fridge and a few more capsules for the coffee machine and not only two capsules for two days stay

• Ioannis (9/5): We are already looking for dates to visit again with friends!! - The property is at the outscirts of Polydroso, however, everything is close and convinient. It is away from traffic which means full relaxation, but close to everything like local food and coffee places that makes it super convenient. Since it was summer, the airconditioners were doing a great job to keep the place cool. The hosts very polite and on extremely quick in responding when we realised a set of linen was missing. Finding it was a bit of a small challenge as the directions are not very clear and signage is not good. The toilet seat was very wobbly! Nothing else really!
