• Guest (6/5): Great place except for the pool - Room was really nice, so was the staff The pool is very bad, dirty, warm water and sharp edges on the bottom (that you can not see because it was too dirty to even see your knees)
• Jacqueline (4/5): Don’t bother - The food It’s rundown some rooms don’t have hot water the pool has seen better days electrics hanging out murky water our son cut his foot on the bottom really not worth the money if you do feel the need to stay just turn up and pay it’s a third of the price. We tried to contact bookings.com about a problem they never got back to us

• Sunesh (8/5): Very good - Meals are tasty and the portion is fair with the cost Tv doesn't worked saying that no signals in tv screen. A/C was not cooling well. Water smells bad I think they purifying the water pumps from lagoon.

• Thran (10/5): Exceptional - The great customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds and Amazing location, close to all the main attractions. Delicious foods with a great variety. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, Highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation, and i felt truly pampered by the greatest service.
• Jeremy (7/5): Lovely peaceful location but need to improve customer service - Quiet, peaceful location on the waters edge with amazing birdlife. Lots of friendly staff but little idea about customer service. The place has great potential but needs to improve the ‘wait awhile’ service

But it did not mentioned during the booking. We booked Double Room, it is seems to be they give least facility rooms for guests who booked via Booking.com. Next day they gave another room where Hot water facility IN, but the system did not work. My kid was struggling to have bath and finally they gave outside bathroom for kid. - First Day , Dinner Restaurant is not allowed for the Guest and they said they have private function . This very disrespectful. - Not recommend for descent guests.
