• Christian (9/5): Comfortable and cosy - It was a comfortable and clean place. Learn how to use the bath auto fill function because it is AWESOME. The area is also really nice with lovely walks and an okonominyaki shop that closes at 1am. There wasn’t much space, especially floor space and it wasn’t possible for me to open all my luggage.

• Ana (9/5): Comfortable flat! - Convenient location, super clean and comfortable. Great mattress. The flat had everything we needed! Being on the ground floor was also a plus for us. The flat is a bit narrow and small compared to other studios I’ve stayed at, albeit comfortable.

• NGA WING (8/5): Good 👍 Recommend - 房間細小但十分乾淨整潔，兩個人住剛剛好。雖然一開始鎖匙被放在不同地方導致搵唔到但cs回覆十分迅速，很快解決問題。地方算十分方便，走一會兒就會到兩個不同的車站，附近三家便利店都有。車站附近亦有不同的餐廳。 浴室的乾衣功能略嫌有些不足，還有沒有提供牙刷，但提供意外的直髮夾，很好
• Virginie (10/5): Nous recommandons sans problème ce studio! - Le quartier est génial! Calme mais avec tout ce qu il faut! Des restaus, des kombinis, les transports! Le studio est suffisamment grand pour un couple et assez fonctionnel. Literie ok! Très très peu de vaisselle… 1 verre et 2 tasses… c est très peu.

Close convenience stores, a won - In an adorable quiet location very easy to get to and easy to get anywhere else. Automatic filling bath - hot and essential after a long day walking. Clean and modern. Exceptionally clear guide to get to the place. Limited space to eat, but fine really.

• Amy (10/5): Small but ideal - We really enjoyed staying at this location. It was an amazing location and had all of the amenties we needed. There were easy to follow instructions for getting in, the place itself was clean and tidy. It was very handy to have a washing machine available and the drying settings within the shower cubicle were very efficient. Would happily stay here again. It is a small place for two, so three would likely be a bit uncomfortable if staying for more than a couple of days.

• Nick-jonas (10/5): pretty, clean, comfortable, kind house owner, no more than 10 minutes walk to either supermarkets or public transportati - The Property is located in the north west of Tokyo and have everything you need, it’s clean and a washing machine is also there, the bed is very comfortable and the way either to several Supermarkets (Lawson 3 min, Super Mirabelle Nakai (Supermarket) 8 min) or to the public transportations (Tozai Line 10 min, Oedo Line 6 min, Shinjuku Line 4 min) are close by. For me and my girlfriend it was the perfect decision to go to this place. The house owner helped us immediately when we had problems, for example to close the blinds or to bring us a cutting board, because it was missing… so not now anymore. 😉 Highly recommend to check out this place when you want to stay a few days in Tokyo and the value for the money you pay is definitely worth. 😁 Another tip: Check out the day passes at Nakai Station (Odeo Line) when you want to explore Tokyo! You can combine this Line with the Metro Lines for just 900 Yen per day, because these are several companies and a ticket for the Matro doesn’t count for this line as well. With this ticket you don’t need to buy the more expensive JR line tickets 😌👍 The shower hose is a little short. It was just about right for me at just under 1.90 m tall.
