• Iris (10/5): - Het appartement ligt aan een gezellig plein, best centraal in de stad. Het appartement is helemaal nieuw en keurig schoon, ruim, met een fijn bed, prima keuken en goede badkamer. De hostes is een zeer behulpzame dame, gaf goede tips voor een zinvol verblijf, waaronder het huren van een fiets; een aanrader! De stad is groter dan we dachten. Het Spaanse ontbijt wordt geserveerd in het café (of op het terras) onder het appartement. Heel gezellig, prima bediening! En communicatie met haar is via WhatsApp ook heel effectief. N.v.t.

• Bacon (10/5): - A beautiful location on the perimeter of a larger plaza. Easy walk to the city bus stop and then a short ride to the cathedrals and museums. Many restaurants and small grocery stores are only a few meters in either direction. Augustina prepared an awesome breakfast, exceeding all our expectations. I highly recommend this apartment/hotel if you're staying in Seville. The ONLY thing we didn't like was the stairs. The staircase is pretty steep and narrow. The steps are 2-3 cm taller than average, so after a couple of days, our old knees were sore. Other than the stairs, I wouldn't change anything.

• Daniela (10/5): Volvería! - El departamento es lindisimo y está súper bien ubicado Me gustó todo. Solo que la numeración de la calle cambió y no coincidía con la que me daba la App. Me costó un poquito encontrarlo. Pero la sueña fue súper amable y me ayudó a encontralo.

Eine Cafe-Bar ist angeschlossen und man kann dort schön draußen sitzen und frühstücken.Die Umgebung ist sehr attraktiv, mit Cafes und Restaurants und ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt Sevilla fußläufig zu erkunden. Sehr nette Vermieterin und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Hier gibts garnichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Da gibts garnichts

El trato fue exquisito, dejamos las maletas y cuando volvimos incluso nos las habían subido al apartamento. No hay nada malo. Solo una recomendación por si hace algo de fresco, poner un calefactor en el baño.

La zona è comoda ma non centralissima, durante il weekend è molto affollata la piazza dove affacciano le finestre ma l’appartamento rimane abbastanza silenzioso. Colazione migliorabile.

Si affaccia su una piazza molto frequentata dai sivigliani con le loro famiglie e puoi avere modo di conoscere le abitudini del luogo. Puoi arrivare a piedi ovunque ed apprezzare ogni luogo. Tutto qui è magico anche il rapporto con la signora che gestisce la struttura molto gentile ed affettuosa. Ritorneremo.

• Adrian (9/5): A great four night stay in Seville - The apartment was modern and very clean. It was located in a vibrant part of Seville with lots of cafe's and tapas bars nearby. Breakfast was served from the superb cafe located below the apartment. Augustina, who runs the cafe below was a great host and kindly let us store our luggage on the last day as we had an evening flight. The walk into town takes 20 minutes or so, buses are available nearby which are easy to use. All in all we had a great time. A note only, there are two flights of around ten steps upto the apartment, so factor that in if it maybe a problem.

• Dario (10/5): - The accommodation is nice, newly renovated and spacious. The beds are comfy and you got all the amenities you need. The hosting lady is super nice. The breakfast was also really nice. The staircase is a bit narrow and steep.

• Collette (9/5): - Tout est conforme à la description. Le quartier est très animé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. Le petit-déjeuner est servi au café au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble. L’appart se trouve à une bonne quinzaine voire 20 minutes à pied de la cathédrale et du Réal Acazar. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, mais peut-être proposer deux petits-déjeuners différents quand on reste plusieurs jours.

Such a lovely apartment and super comfy beds. What I will say is that the door at the bottom is jammed and you can't close it without smashing it, which you can hear from the apartment. Everything else was great! The jammed door at the entrance, everything else was fab
• Sullivan (10/5): A must stay when visiting Sevilla - The apartment is beautiful and newly renovated. We were welcomed by Agustina who was so accommodating and sweet. She even had a little doggy bed put out for our furry baby. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were even given complimentary wine, beer and water. The location is perfect to visit the whole of Sevilla. I would recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Sevilla. It is simply beautiful 😍 Nothing not to like. Everything perfect
