En la habitación con balcón se escucha bastante ruido por la noche de gente yendo/viniendo de fiesta, pues el piso está ubicado en una calle cerca de bastantes bares y pubs.
• Susan (9/5): Great location, amazing view from the balcony. - Fantastic location. Easy to walk to places of interest. It's about 5 mins to the cathedral and you can walk to the Alhambra entrance in about half an hour (depending on fitness - it's very steep uplhill!). There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The view from the balcony is incredible. The host was very responsive via whatsapp. The bed mattresses were a bit soft for us. And the pillows are those tube ones which were very high and firm. The lift is quite noisy if you are a light sleeper for the back bedroom and there is noise from the street from the bar below for the front bedroom until late.

The staff were very responsive and nice. Instructions were very clear. Small supermarket one minute away. Fabulous view from the 6th floor balcony. Location is good, 10 minutes from points of interest in the city. We would definitely pick it again. The internal structure of the apartment is a bit weird. One bedroom is a bit far from the other two and from the kitchen. Both bathrooms are far from bedrooms. It's not a big deal, just a bit weird.

• Martinez (10/5): Supero mis espectativas - Precioso alojamiento… limpio amplio cómodo bonito trasmite mucha relajación… habitaciones espaciosas camas comodisimas… baños y cocina completamente equipados y lujosos… La terraza mi sitio preferido acomodada con asiento chill out… Sin duda un acierto. La cochera debería de tener una cajita con la llave dentro igual que el piso… por comodidad fui antes a la cochera para aparcar e ir a casa y Alfinal tuve que volver a dar la vuelta porq las llaves estaban en casa…

Restaurants and cafes all nearby. The view from the Apartment were fantastic. really enjoyed the stay there. Would definitely visit this apartment if I come to Granada again.

The place was well equipped and there is a grocery and cafe right downstairs. It was a bit loud at night, both from the street, but more so from the elevator, which made a lot of noise when it stopped, started, and traveled.

• Dimitra (9/5): Superb - The apartment is huge and in a very nice central building block . Amazing views from the balcony. The living room and master bedroom have this great view as well. Very sunny and pleasant. The host was super friendly and always responsive! Overall a great stay! One of the three bed rooms is a bit noisy because it’s closed to the elevator. The two bathrooms and kitchen while they are very well maintained, they are relatively old so some partial renovation could upgrade the property significantly.

• Peter (10/5): A gem in central Granada - A large, spotlessly clean, apartment located in the heart of Granada with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, living/dining room, a terrace with stunning views over the city to Sierra Nevada plus secure parking. There is a small Carrefour right next door, a bakery on the same street and lots of excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Communications with Juan were excellent before, during & after our stay. Highly recommend this apartment when visiting the beautiful city of Granada.

We were able to pop in a load of washing and it dried quickly on the balcony. Great location. Enjoyed having a balcony to sit outside in the morning with a coffee.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Lovely sun and views on the terrace - The apartment is very spacious, one of the bedroom is far away from the other rooms. I loved the terrace! Although the temperature on the street was around 5-10 degrees, you could easily sit at the table in a T-shirt enjoying the sun and gorgious view at the mountains and the city. The same nice picture from the bed in the master bedroom. The location is fantastic - close to the main attractions, shops, restaurants. Good communication with the host. Lots of coffee left for us. The noise from the street. Even on the last floor, with close windows and earplugs we were woken up mostly by people walking in the street. The bedroom with twin beds is though the quietest.

The cathedral can be reached by foot in about 5 minutes. Basically every important sight of the city is within walking distance. Additionally, the price is more than fair. Perfectly suitable for groups of up to 6. A highlight of the apartment is the balcony with its astonishing view across Granada. In short: We strongly recommend!
