- Cassaundra (6/5): Good enough but not great - Pros: -lots of beds -Comfortable -Foosball table was a nice touch -Great location for where we needed to go -good communication from owner -easy check in Cons; -Both top bunks were broken -No tvs in the bedrooms -No batteries in 2 of the 3 tv remotes -There was 3 used bars of soap in the shower -If you didnt wear shoes, the floor turned your feet black -The fridge was filthy and the ice maker didn't work -We found a roach in the kitchen the day we were leaving -They have a lock on the thermostat so when we arrived the heat was on and when it got to be almost 80 degrees in the house we had to contact the owner to turn on the A/C and wait for them to do it.

- David (7/5): Good - Location was ideal for Texas A&M graduation in an older, quiet neighborhood. The house was pleasant, clean and secure. The lawn was mowed and had nice big backyard. The owners were friendly and helpful through messages. A few things need fixing or replacing but our hosts appreciated us letting them know.
- Powers (8/5): The house was very nice and it accommodated us very well. The neighbors to the left were VERY friendly and kind. The pr - The property accommodated our large family very well. The 4 bunk beds were very nice. We enjoyed our one night stay. The house stayed nice and cool all night and the owners responded very quickly to questions. We used the backyard as a space to cook out and eat and it was overgrown.
