• Emmanuel エマヌエル (10/5): Best stay in Guatemala City - Wonderful stay. The room was clean and luxurious. The bathroom was the best one I found on my trip in guatemala. The hotel staff was really helpful. They assisted with currency exchange and also helped us to find a place to leave our belongings while visiting the city. I highly recommend this place. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Marlen (7/5): - I liked the location and how nice looking the hotel was. Was able to sleep comfortably because the blankets were really warm and the a/c was amazing. I didn’t like that there was barely any hot water. You have to let it warm up and it takes a while. I had to take a cold shower because it was not coming out hot at all.

• Stacy (9/5): low-rise hotel in quiet area of city. - Security always at front lobby area of property (parking).Quiet! Nice lobby and overall interior. Location was a little sterile but just one or so blocks from main thoroughfare. The Parilla ("Asada") restaurant across the street was excellent and inexpensive! high-rise area, but with local spots nearby. Not a tourist area (if that's what you like)
