• JL Garper (8/5): Fantástica ubicación, calidades muy mejorables. - La ubicación, si duda. El alojamiento es algo antiguo. La habitación es muy simple y no está muy cuidada.
• Jean-Paul (10/5): - L'accueil de la propriétaire, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux jours à Porto, en plein centre et à proximité de tout. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied, sans avoir besoin de transports en commun. L'hôtel est très propre. Le seul petit bémol est le petit-déjeuner, qui est un peu léger. Cependant, je vous recommande vivement cet établissement pour son emplacement idéal et un accueil exceptionnel, bien supérieur à celui des autres hôtels que j'ai pu fréquenter à Porto et à Lisbonne durant mon séjours. Le petit-déjeuner un peu léger.

• REGO (4/5): Good location but not great place to stay - Location was good and central. The Reception is on the 1st floor and entrance is dark and dingy. The staff were very good and friendly. However, there was insufficient lighting to the entrance to the room. Hence had to use the cell phone light to see the keyhole. The bathroom water wasn't draining well. The staff (receptionist and another lady) came to solve the issue but were not able to. Though my spouse liked the antique feel of the hotel, I wasn't very happy to stay there.

• LesHodgson (1/5): Find another hotel. This one is terrible. - Location was fine. Staff were fine. It was clean. The hotel can best be described as a hovel. We booked and paid for 3 days but left after one night having found another hotel. Our room was within 5 metres of reception and the doors and walls were paper thin so every conversation could be heard in the room. In the bathroom an electrical socket was loose next to the sink and there was a large crack tracking down the tiled wall. The doors to the "veranda" didn't close properly and the veranda area itself was disgusting with rotten wood and mouldy walls. The doors to the veranda were very poorly maintained and sorely in need of maintenence. A reading light above one of the beds just continuously flickered due to an electrical problem. The drawers in the wardrobe were sticking and we couldn't open one of the sliding doors. There was obvious damp issues on the ceiling. The room was so dingy due to the grotty light well that we had to keep a light on at all times. We should have refused the room at first sight but we were exhausted and just wanted to get some sleep. We pointed out all these issues to a member of staff when we checked out and he apologised but made no offer of any refund. We paid 303 euros for a single night in a room that should be condemned. Please read the other reviews of this hotel which confirm the very poor standard of the accommodation.

• Francine (8/5): Overall I would say here again. - The best part of the stay was the helpful staff. Also, the location was just about a 10 min walk to the river and to the cathedral / of area of Porto which was good. The rooms were small and a bit noisy.

Las instalaciones son antiguas y las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad por lo que eso no permite apreciar totalmente como son hasta que llegas allí. Considero que es un alojamiento para simplemente ir a dormir pero lo peor es que eso tampoco fue del todo satisfactorio porque el colchón es malísimo al nivel de despertarse de noche con dolor de espalda y la habitación era pequeña, ni una mesa ni silla tenía. El baño tampoco destaca para bien. Otra cosa a decir es que anuncia que todas las habitaciones tienen vistas a la plaza y es mentira, nuestra habitación tenía vistas a un patio pequeño y sucio. Por todo esto no repetiría!

Staff was rude and facilities was poor even basic stuff like kettle was missing, elevator was faulty and stop anytime, and overpriced for what is offered.

• Sandra (8/5): - L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la station de métro qui permet d'aller à l'aéroport. Il est au pied de l'hotel-de-ville et très proche des autres lieux d'intérêt. On peut facilement visiter la ville à pied depuis là. L'accueil est très chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner, composé de pain, fromage, jambon, céréales, yoghourts et boissons chaudes et froides est tout à fait acceptable. L'établissement offre le strict minimum mais dans un cadre propre et accueillant et il est idéal pour un court séjour à Porto.

De medewerker vertelde dat het niets voorstelde en dat ik beter in de stad kon gaan eten. Maar ik heb er voor betaald? €103 voor mij (1 persoon) per nacht. De gele nacht hoor je auto's ove4 de klinkerweg rijden. Gelukkig had ik oordopjes bij me.

• REGINA COELI (8/5): Bom hotel para quem fica o dia inteiro na rua e só volta a noite para tomar banho e dormir - Localização excelente, Limpeza e roupa de cama confortável. Não possui cesto de lixo no quarto, não tem porta papel higiênico no banheiro, ficando o papel solto em cima do vaso. Mas, o que mais senti falta foi um frigobar no quarto, para colocar água, medicamento e comida para criança sob refrigeração.
