• Carmel (6/5): Good. - I did not receive any information for checking in and had to call the host. There was no welcome pack and had difficulty logging onto wifi. The host eventually gave me the correct login and password when I photographed the back of the device. Kettle was supplied but had no connection to the electric.

• Philippe (8/5): Bel appartement ou nous avons passé deux très belles semaines de vacances. - La situation proche des plages dont la crique carabeillo et le vieux Nerja à quelques minutes à pieds, la terrasse, la climatisation, bonne isolation phonique. une seule clé, nous aurions eu besoin de 2 clés car parfois des activités différentes donc pas toujours simple à gérer. Matelats des lits un peu trop mou mais c’est une question de goûts personnels.

• Ana Isabel (10/5): - Nos ha encantado. Está muy bien ubicado y el apartamento es espectacular. Tiene de todo, está súper limpio, las camas son muy cómodas y tanto la galería como la terraza están genial. Totalmente recomendable.

• estanislao (7/5): - La ubicación La ducha no se traga el agua parece que está atascado las tuberías , las luces de las habitaciones no alumbraban nada y algun ventilador esta roto. Estaba todo muy sucio sobre todo el baño y la cocina
• David (8/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación, al lado de playa Burriana y a 10 mins del centro. El apartamento estaba bien equipado. La comunicación no fue buena, no respondían a los mensajes. La zona de comedor, que está en la terraza necesita al menos un ventilador. La ropa de cama necesita cambiarse por una nueva. Las TVs deberían ser smart.

• Javier (8/5): - Ubicación privilegiada con plaza de garaje. Donde el aparcamiento en la zona está complicado. Apartamento con aire acondicionado y WiFi. Sofá pequeño e incómodo.

• Melani (10/5): Top Wohnung in top Lage! - Geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und sehr gutem Psrkplatz In der Wohnung kann man nur in einer Art „Wintergarten“ essen. Im Sommer ist es da aber extrem heiß.

• Sara (10/5): Vacaciones perfectas - Ubicación excelente, a escasos metros de la playa de la Burriana. Apartamento muy completo y equipado y permite la entrada de mascotas. Volvería sin duda alguna. La conexión a Internet fue regular. No sé exactamente que problema hubo, pero no tuvimos conexión WiFi hasta 2 días antes de irnos.

• Noelia (7/5): Buena ubicación, horrible horario de entrada y salida - El apartamento está limpio, tiene de todo y está al lado de la playa. También tiene parking, lo que es perfecto porque en verano se llena de coches. La dirección está mal puesta y he visto que esto es algo que se repite en los comentarios y que no terminan de cambiar. Una de las habitaciones da a la calle y hay ruido, pues es zona de bares. Y lo peor de todo: las horas de entrada y salida. No se puede salir más tarde de las 10.00 de la mañana lo cual es escandaloso. Teniendo en cuenta que la hora de entrada es a las 16.00, esto no tiene ningún sentido. Se entiende que debe entrar alguien a limpiar para dejar el apartamento preparado, pero si hay que salir a las 10.00 y el siguiente no entra hasta las 16.00, hablamos de seis horas, un tiempo un tanto exagerado para limpiar.
• Afahy86 (8/5): Overall enjoyable and really loved the location - Great location, excellent balcony area. Shower very good. Kitchen was ok, washing machine was not working and no dust pan and brush available. It was specified that the latest you could check out was 12noon. We had planned to be gone by 11:30am anyway but the cleaning lady arrived at 10am and told us we needed to be gone. She didn’t speak any English so I showed her that it wasn’t in fact until 12. She then stood at the door until we had left which was at 11:20am. That was irritating and an obvious misunderstanding from someone.

• Dustin (3/5): Worst experience I’ve head with Booking.com, could not recommend this property. - El Fuego owners below the property are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met with great food and drinks. I was extremely disappointed in this booking. The host did not provide any pre-check in information (which apartment we were in, process for getting keys, etc). All of which was very rushed and poorly executed over several phone calls. When arriving to the property, we were told a different address than listed on the booking. Calle Filipinas 10 is a beachfront address with a balcony facing the beach, where as Calle Filipinas 11 is located behind this other listing. We would not have paid such a premium rate for this location and feel mislead. Not to mention no WiFi information was ever shared (despite being advertised), the smoke detector had a dead battery and kept beeping, and the master ceiling fan/light did not work, old pillows and bedding. Super late check in with an early check out. No where to store luggage before/after hours, no exceptions.

• Steve (9/5): Location location location - The apt as a whole, the beautiful sun terrace and the underground car parking space. I seem to remember on the booking.com info it said no parking, why because it has and is so important. We arrived a little early to find the apt for ease of check in. Luckily Kim was just finishing and told us to go to the other side of the block to check in, she was a lovely lady and gave us keys and fob for car park. Advise for when no one there, get to Burriana Steakhouse, El Fuego Bar the apt is above. Drive to the beach 50m turn left (one way) take 1st left 50m and after 70m you will be by the entrance door and ramp down to car park. Kim will tell you which key safe box to get keys. The beach bars and restaurants are so close we felt no need to go into Nerja center, location is perfect. If I was to be very picky the corners of the bed frame protruded from the mattress and wee very sharpe. We both did ourselves a bit of damage, Julie more than me (sorry Kim for the blood on the sheets) I think we should have been more aware.
• Jane (8/5): Perfect location for lazy days on the beach. - Located very close to the beach, great views, spacious, excellent roof terrace, very clean, well-equipped, great communication with cleaning lady Air-conditioning smells so didn’t use, very early check-out time, no luggage storage, parts of wardrobe locked and unusable, large padlocks on drawers under bed which children scratched their legs on several times, lack of information re WiFi/bibs etc, bedding and towels (although clean) are old and need replacing

• Craig (9/5): Comfortable apartment near the beach - Tha apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. Central air conditioning was nice to have. The beach, restaurants, and small grocery store were nearby. The cleaning fee was relatively high.

Helpful Host. would use again. - well equipped property near beach quiet area great view of the sea. lovely balcony to sit on and sun room. Host very helpful even came back to help set up the chrome cast tv. would have liked a safe to store passports and money. list of places things to do in area. we only found the walk to main centre by accident. list of where to go if need medical help -although we didn’t need. need to say on site that copy of passports needed at least 24 hrs before travel as we didn’t know who was asking for them and why as it was different phone number asking. also would be helpful to say need chrome cast app for tv and explanation how to set it up.

• Georgia (9/5): Overall exceeded our expectations, definitely great value for money despite a few minor issues. - The apartment itself was very spacious, especially as there were only 2 of us. The terrace and outside area especially exceeded our expectations, as well as the useful location next to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes etc. although it could've done with some coffee as there was a machine provided. Special thanks to our cleaner Kim who was very helpful and allowed us to even extend our check out by 2.5 hours - very friendly and made us feel very at home. The main light in the bedroom and the fan did not work, which would've been useful in the hot weather. There were also quite a lot of ants in the bathroom which we had to manage ourselves!
• Martti (4/5): nice apartment, nice location, but badly mismanaged - the apartment is nice and it has a very god location next to Burriana beach Complete mismanagement of this apartment. First of all: You'll lose half a day. You can enter only at 16:00 and you must leave before 10:00 am. There is absolutely zero flexibility on this. We were asked to pay 1 month in advance. Still the owner did not reply any of our messages when we asked how and where to park and refused our arrival 1 hour earlier with kids. We were told that at 15:45 we will get entry instructions from the cleaner, not a minute earlier. The instructions were wrong: the cleaner sent a photo of wrong box, where the keys are, she gave no instructions how to enter the apartment or garage or even what is the apartment number. When my wife was calling to cleaner in and also to Belgium to the owner, I ended up driving nonstop multiple circles in the congested narrow streets of Playa Burriana, as there is no place to park. When we finally got in around 17:00 there was first no electricity. The problem was the water boiler, which repair man came to fix at night at 23:00. WC tank had problems as well and there were not any channels on TV, no instructions for WiFi. This was supposed to be a family holiday.

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, just across the road from the beach and right next to restaurants, seaside shops and a mini supermarket. The large terrace was nice and rooms a good size
